Greggs in Cotswold

Visited with my family on holiday for lunch. Sadly a staff member ruined our visit, incredibly rude, think her name was Susan. Ruined our lunch.

I had some work being done at a local engineering workshop, and was told to find somewhere for breakfast and return in an hour. I parked up and went into this combined Greggs / Burger King. The tables and floor at 09:15 hadn't been cleaned or swept, and it looked like they had been in that state for hours. The staff were friendly. However, my bacon baguette arrived with brown sauce rather than the ketchup I had requested. The toilet facilities stank. It was as bad as a London subterranean underpass ! I am guessing it hadn't been cleaned in 24 hours, and to be honest with the amount of foot traffic I witnessed in the time it took me to drink my tea, I think the whole restaurant needs closing for a day to bring it up to standard.

A quick stop off for some breakfast rolls and coffee. Seemed pretty busy and shares building with burger king. Staff very nice and plenty of team so wait was not long. Plenty of parking and petrol station next door
