Never delivered and said they did spent 30 pounds and got nothing very poor service from the driver.

The ingredients in those jam doughnuts are ridiculous even the FDA would not approve them.

only the drink got delivered and was told I had to go collect the rest of my order or I'd have to get it refunded.

There was a problem with my order which was a spillage of the hot chocolates. The bag was wet at the bottom and you could see some of the hot chocolate had spilled so I would like a refund for both hot chocolates please!

Relatively quick and fresh. Unfortunately, it's the second time I've ordered and both times one dip has been incorrect, but that's a minor issue.

Lady at Greggs was very helpful and made sure both hot drinks were white. And kindly put sachets of sugar and stirrers in the bag.

Food and drinks were stone cold

I ordered this at 10:25am.and it finally arrived at 11:35am. It was estimated at 11:05 and kept changing. On arrival the breakfast roll and latte were both cold, but only the breakfast roll was refunded!!

Christmas lunch baggage was really delicious will order again

Bread was stale and inedible due to how hard it was to bite into

Came here for a pasty and I was served by a young girl, i believe her name was Sheniyah, she was so calm and polite, provided exceptional service even when the store was busy. My only complaint is that the area around the shop seems dangerous, there are crackheads who hang around the shop but its erdington so its not surprising.

I love this place, great staff and the food is delicious.

No butter on breakfast baps, freezing cold and crushed, sauce splattered everywhere. Whoever put our order together clearly couldn’t be bothered to do their job today.

If Greggs opens at 7am you shouldn't have to wait 10mins for the food to cook. Items should be available for 7am. This happens all the time at this store. Staff are unprepared and faffing about in haste, when people have to be at work

Got charged an extra £1.00 than I usually would in other branches. Didn't realise this one charged 50p a pastry bag.

Not happy my lucozade is opened and someone has drank out of it, I paid for a lucozade that im not gonna be able to drink.

Excellent as I rang and requested milk & sugar as usually don't receive them. Assistant made sure there was adequate milk & sugar supplied. Thumbs up 👍

Pizza was just doughy and hardly any cheese or sauce on them Gregg's needs to do better. It's not the shops fault it whoever makes these

Baguettes where fine, would have been nice if hash browns where cooked. Felt genuine frozen , no joke.

Okay so this is definitely the last time I order from here as I’ve officially had enough! I ordered a hot baguette it’s not hot so what did I pay extra for? you didn’t have the other one and that was fine but what’s not fine is you asked if you could swap it and I said no and you’ve done it anyway with bakes I don’t eat so what was the point In asking me if your gonna decide what I do with my money and what I should eat! There’s a reason why there was only one of the vegan bakes in the basket it’s was meant to be for someone to try and now I have 3 of them are you kidding me! I’m done no more orders from me to here I’m done with you deciding for me after asking me it’s disgusting how would you feel! Never again.

The croissant was excessively burnt and dry. It was a total waste of money. If they didn’t have croissant, it would have been better if they called to ask me to change my order.

I am absolutely disgusted that I waited 6 HOURS for my food and then for it to say it was delivered at 12:30 when it was actually delivered for 16:14.

Greggs is a fantastic restaurant. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

No, no, no. Two people working on a Just eat order and not focusing on the customers in the shop.. I waited on the queue for a very long time, and so did the gentleman in front of me... a lot of customers waited and left. However, they were focused on this just to eat order.. eventually, the lady started to serve the customers in the shop while saying they were short staffed.. they ended up burning the food in the oven.. I'm not sure if they have been trained properly... but I suggest Greggs to train the staff in this branch with customer service and logistics within the shop and create a set of Standard operating Process...

After a previous issue, the guy I spoke to helped me through multiple different days to make up for the aforementioned issue. I'm also glad to report that the 50/50 chance of 4 YUMYUMS being mistaken for 2 seems to have been corrected. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me but I'm sure he'll know from this review

Missing food items and cold food!!!

Wrong toppings on pizza, no dip, no drinks and all food cold. Terrible

Brilliant service provided. Will definitely order again. The member of staff who answered my queries over the phone and dealt with everything in a very polite and professional manner. Just awesome service.

Porridge ordered as ready to eat and sent tub uncooked, we have no microwave in office, supplied baguette instead of roll and sausage only no omelette, and no hot chocolate sent

Did not read order notes sent cheese and tomato pizza instead of the mix i asked for.

Customer service was great. I took my mother out for lunch and we had to chicken and stuffing baguettes with wedges and hot chocolate each.We were both really disappointed in the baguettes they were tasteless.

I have just received my order and despite the items being ticked on the receipt I am missing a 6 pack of mince pies and a slice of Christmas cake. I didn't bother to contact the restaurant as I'll only be told to contact Just Eat so I've dealt with the matter directly with them!!

Wonderful customer service, an item I ordered was out of stock so an alternative replacement was give , very friendly staff , very welcoming and happy delivery rider.

From the map, could tell the driver got lost a couple times, food was still warm, but baguettes were VERY dry, we ordered the pigs in blankets baguettes, but hardly any cranberry sauce on it. Bacon was burned too. Disappointed

Cannot comment on food as not received. Alarm was going off around the area and the shop was shut and locked. Which I understand meaning I cannot collect. However order was changed to collected when it obviously hasn't been, unacceptable.

I was given the wrong item on this order. I ordered chicken goujons, but received a chicken goujon baguette. Not happy about that.

Went yesterday to buy latte with vanilla syrup cream Indian worker was rude speaking wasn't even sure how to speak make drink put no syrup put different cream not for hot drinks cream free he was charging me other greggs not charging for cream now gave me arm swelling allergy to wrong cream put on latte Indian worker discriminating wouldn't go back again complaints

Always a big queue and only ever 1 person serving. They need more staff or the staff that are faffing about going back and forth need to serve!

This shop is great, they wrap the food much better than most, and because of this the food arrives in perfect condition, A+
