Greggs in Dundee City

Had been to a meeting in Dundee so took the chance to get a KFC, The place was quite quiet so i had very little time to wait on my food. The chicken was above average, The Gravy was thick in texture and very good. But the chips were sparce and burnt , If there was 10 chips , they were dry and over cooked. I pointed out to the girl behind the counter that the chicken was good, But the chips were dreadful and sparce, To be fair to her, She asked if I wanted another portion of chips , But looking at the chips on offer, The bags were again sparce and burnt. For £9, This was a horrible visit and I wont be back.

Ordered online at 18.05, still no food over 2 hours later. Called Tongs twice to be told that “we are busy” and hung up on. I suggested that they should not take on so many orders if they could not fulfill them, hung up on again. Shocking customer service. 😡

I’d just like to say there have been a few negative reviews on here. I hadn’t seen them before I ordered. I got cheesecake and ice. It came quickly, and honestly it’s really good. So my experience has been only positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to my friends

I went and ordered a 16" pizza which was amazing loved the customer service. Will definitely be ordering from here again. It was good to have something different rather than having McDonald's or kfc all the time.
