I went to the greggs amesbury store today around 9am I was served by a lady called Jodie, I just wanted to say a huge Thankyou you made my day, a little kindness really does go along way so Thankyou once again

This place for heigene was disgusting. Floors, tables and chairs filthy. Our order was taken and the guy got it wrong. I had to clean the table and chair before we ate. Surely the place should be clean after closing, or before opening. It looked like it hadn't been touched in ages. And as for the toilets, so filthy and no soap in the baby section.

As with a lot of fast food/drink drive through places it just doesn't focus Customer service well enough. Employees are mainly younger and probably not paid that well, and they don't come across as really giving a damn. Ordered a sausage and egg baguette, would you like sauce? No thank-you was my reply, got red sauce all over it (which I don't like). Have the app which I scanned but it didn't take my purchase off. It was a bit busy and just came across as panic stations. Needs a grown up adult or team leader.

Greggs bacon roll & coffee after Summer Solstice 2023. Fabulous, quick service by the team there & good quality food. Will definitely be going back. Coffee was delicious too.

Popped here for lunch with my partner, clean and tidy, staff very friendly and seemed to enjoy working very smiley

Absolutely love the service from all the young ones in Greggs drive thru, I am a regular customer and it’s always the same brilliant service, keep it up guys!
