Greggs in Wiltshire

Very good lunch, busy but were found a table quickly. Staff we dealt with were all excellent, special thanks to Amelia who recommended the BBQ chicken with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Will be another addition to our favourite lunch spots..

Have just experienced excellent service at the longs Arms. Greeted on arrival by Beth who is an engaging young woman made us feel welcome. The server George and Eloise were attentive and friendly. Great team and enjoyable experience.

Despite it being quite busy, there wasn't anything that wasn't available at any time. I think I had ro wait about 30 seconds for a pizza but that was it. One of the drink syrups had ran out but that was quickly rectified. It's not often, in my expirence where the waiting staff are quite rushed off their feet and seemed to enjoy it. It would have a 5 star overall review if it wasn't so expensive.

We have been to eat here many time's over the years, which have been good, this time was not a good experience, Friday 18th October, 4.30pm . The place was not busy when arrived, got seated, ordered food, when food came, it looked good but all was lukewarm, loaded chips very salty so didn’t eat all, tried to get waiting staff attention with no joy staff members standing together chatting(male staff) except for two young girls who seemed to be doing all the work. We did not get checked on which is not good, problem with food could have been corrected. Tips: Most people will be happy to wait an extra 15 mins to have hot food. Staff need to work as team. Check on your customers.

Amazing food. The portions are massive. Quick and friendly service. The food was extremely tasty. Really enjoyed our take away
