Was in the Annan Greggs today Was very disappointed with the customer service , a young lad served me , no greeting no smile and no please or Thankyou ,won’t be going back anytime soon

Had a takeaway that was disgusting .curry??more like soup! No flavour. I would not recommend this place if it was the last curry house around. Wouldn't serve it to an animal!

12 English StArrived 8pm.locked dark and abviosly shut - no answer from.phone number posted on door no reply via booking app -it felt like a scam and had to.find somewhere else to.stay - they claimed we arrived after 11pm despite time stamped photos refused to refund via booking app- AVOID

Annandale Water 16 A74 JunctionDelicious sweet and sour chicken with rice/noodles. We were given plenty of time to choose and sample the sauces to see what we liked. Service with a smile - we will definitely return.

A74(M) Junction 16It is predictable service and quality from Roadchef and McDonald's. Waiting was acceptable. Facilty was clean and tables being cleared by staff quickly.
