great visit, place seems vastly improved since last visit and place seems a lot cleaner and better stocked than last visit in january

Huge improvement on last visit. Staff all friendly and helpful. Good coffee and bake. Tables and windows could be cleaner but it was generally fine for a busy place.

All there was left in the hot section was one steak bake and loads of vegan bakes. Also the one steak bake was not even hot .

Was in for a coffee, ordered and sat with it at a table for 20 minutes. The lady serving behind the counter was pleasant enough. I couldn't gelp noting a green bucket and mop propped up against a chair on the corridor to the toilets and also a broom propped against another chair with rubbish all around. Several tables dirty with rubbish on them. I politely mentioned to the male member of staff that the mop and broom had been left out for at least 20 mi uses and were a possible trip hazard for anyone (particularly disabled) needing access to the toilets. He simply said, "You're joking that those are trip hazards!" and made it clear that there was nothing wrong! I won't be returning. A pity, as all other staff members have been friendly and the coffee and baking have been good.

Good to see café section open again, after some tough weeks the place busy with varied customers and staff with Christmas jumpers on.

Since this Greggs has opened ive probably been there around ten times in total. I would guess that out of those ten times ive had issues or others ive been with at the time have had issues with either the quality of the food and the service/attitude of the staff. I went in yesterday (and it will be the last) and encountered possibly the worst customer service and attitude ive ever encountered in my life (and staying in Aberdeen thats saying something!) I ordered a coffee, a sausage roll and a chicken bake. I recieved an obnoxious and arrogant attitude from the server right from the get go, ive no idea what his problem was but his service was unfriendly to say the least and quite frankly i dont care what his problem was. My sausage roll was freezing (as usual) and my chicken bake was the exact same!. I attempted to just eat the chicken bake but it was too cold so i took it back and asked for a replacement to which i was told 'they are all cold' so i asked what was warm and he then mumbled something which i couldnt make out not helped by the fact the fridges and the music were too noisy. I then asked if the steak bakes were warm to which he responded with 'yes like i just told you the steak bakes are warm' but with an arrogant and obnoxious tone. At this point i was beginning to lose my patience and told him he didnt require the 'yes like i just told you' part of his response. I then put the chicken bake on the counter and he says 'bin it!' in his usual tone. I responded by telling him to bin it and to avoid serving food up at that temperature again. I sat down and ate the steak bake which had around about three pieces of beef in it one of which was chewy and full of fat which i had to spit out into the bag. About the only thing that was okay with this order was the coffee (which is prepared from a mchine). As i get up to leave i look at the counter and this clown is staring at me smirking with an arrogant look on his face. At this point i was becoming angry to say the least and approached the counter and asked for the contact number for the area manager which i was told i was not allowed (fair enough) but was instructed instead to call the head office (which i did). Even the woman i spoke with was displaying an attitude that suggested i was the one in the wrong in this matter. I contacted the head office and put in a complaint and gave a description of the staff member involved. I have spoken to several people over the last few years this place has been open who all have similar stories about either the quality of the food or the attitudes of the staff or both! places like this will need to start realising that due to recent inflation on foods and products the quality will have to match the inflated prices, if people recieve poor quality food then they are perfectly entitled to complain about it and either get replacements or a refund. Price goes up then the standard has to go up! its that simple. I would advise anybody thinking of going here to this particular establishment to avoid it like the plague. The one star review i have given is actually a quarter star and the quarter star is for the coffee which comes out of a machine which even they cant screw up.

Visited Greggs, Westhill, Aberdeenshire shop, Sat 23/7/22 at 14:05. Sign shows open until 17:30. Conversation: Me - do you have soup please? Assistant - checks soup pot and says, Yes. Me - good, two portions, please. Assistant - there is only one left. Me - OK, I'll take that. Assistant - eat in or take away? Me - eat in Assistant - sorry, we're closing at 3pm (15:00), you can't eat in!! Me - I'll leave it, and go elsewhere.

This place has so much potential - but the regional management seriously let it down continually. The food is excellent in terms of taste and price. The staff are always helpful and efficient. It’s usually very busy here. My visit today is typical of weekends - it was queued all the way outside into the forecourt. The staff were totally snowed under. I waited 20 minutes to reach the front only to be told they’d ran out of all types of breakfast rolls… at 10:30 in the morning!! If only they put up a small sign on the window saying they’d sold out then I wouldn’t have wasted my time. The lovely girl on the till was kind enough to offer me something as a replacement, but this experience just sums this place up - very busy and very good staff, but let down by not having enough resources to cope with the demand.

I came here on Saturday lunchtime. The service was good, and we got our food quickly. The prices are great - you get a meal deal which means a snack and hot drink for under £3. The toastie that I got was piping hot and tasted good. The place was neat and tidy. I would definitely come back again.

Got a nice guy to serve us got coffee and sausage rolls went to seating area 10 minutes later another guy shouts over to us telling us to leave as the shop was closing bad mannered to say the least we had to take our coffee and half eaten sausage rolls to the car

After I received my food, I was highly disappointed to no end regarding the quality of the food I received. Ordering a sausage roll, donuts and a coffee, I was not satisfied with any of these products. When I left, I could not think of which part of my experience I was dissatisfied with the most. A hair in the sausage roll, grease and dirt everywhere, disgusting facilities, poor service and understaffed. Overall, would not recommend!

We regularly go here as we (work mates) drive all around Aberdeen & shire this greggs in particular the attitudes of the staff are stinking coffee is always barely hot & bacon rolls uuuck half tub margarine on a softie with usually hard/cold bacon that is kept heated in a little tray oh warm grease, & you always get half bottle of sauce on it, the que is always out the door and there is always only one or two people serving at super slow speed avoid if possible

first time visit was there with my wife son daughter in law and there 3 children plenty child seats available got a large table no problem coffee and cakes were very nice and the bacon rolls. Service was good and very reasonably priced

On the last three occasions I have been in this shop I have stood over 15 minutes each time to get served, sometimes folk are standing outside the staff are so slow and rather stock the fridges instead of serving the public, I dont know how they cope with the school lunch time. GET MORE STAFF

Visited here today when shopping at Westhill. Reasonable selection of cakes, pastries and drinks etc. Bit late in day and the place was a bit untidy which was a pity. Cake was good and drinks were fair.

A fantastic place for a quick lunch, and very good prices. very friendly helpful staff . i have been quite a few times for a quick lunch. every one would like Greggs from families to business men, couples or some one on their own.

first time in any greggs and will be the last,,,food on the floor everywhere, dirty tissues empty crisp packs,tables not cleaned ,,rubbish bin looked disgusting,,,,terrible wont be back,,far better cafes than this in westhill.
