didn't get my chicken bites and the no dips

Rubbish. Over an hour late so I had to go out. Chose Greggs because it said it would be quick.

The delivery driver went to the wrong street and when explained didnt understand

Don't order from here don't turn up

Yeah it came but unfortunately didn’t have my spicy veg pizza and forgot my sweet chilli sauce for my wedges but came warm and on time

My favourite thing about ordering breakfast baguettes is when the baguette has absolutely nothing in it when it arrives, and when you call to tell them they say “what do you mean” what do you mean what do I mean? The baguettes have nothing in them. Maybe it flew out on the way to us… maybe the omelette was just a figment of my imagination. The sausages weren’t real. All in all, our breakfast consisted of buttered baguettes. I suppose we should be grateful.

Got the Sausage and Omelette baguette with extra bacon, was no Omelette inside. and wanted the Greggs mature cheddar cheese and onion crisps, got Walkers cheese and onion instead.

The delivery driver made my day right happy man

I like greggs, I just wish they did more gluten free options. The only thing I can have in there is triple chocolate brownies, and they are absolutely delicious! Highly recommend them. All the other food looks yummy, just a shame I can't have it. Enjoy!

Pretty good apart from the fact they think it’s ok to only have 1 person serving while the queue continues to build up so expect a wait

Great as always, food was hot and always a nice message especially from Tom. But the driver was so miserable, didn't say a word and couldn't wait to get away enough. Not a fault of Greggs.

Let me start off by saying none of this is are the workers fault. My issue is with whoever manages shifts. Why have one member of staff working on the till, making coffees and sandwiches while the queue is quite large. The poor guy was overworked while I had to walk out otherwise I’d have missed the bus.

We had a lovely delivery driver called Tom and he was very attentive. The food came on time and in perfect condition. Tom also wrote a lovely note on the bag saying he hopes we have a good day 😊

every greggs should do the sugars etc in an extra bag like you because some greggs dont even send them

fantastic good followed instructions perfectly, delivery was very quick. they left me a sweet note on the packaging and even sent me an extra croissant!

Wedges could have probably done with a couple minutes longer, potato was still hard in the middle; like eating a hash brown. Chicken was good though!

I ordered the sharing platter with wedges, they didnt have the correct bakes but gave me a free one which was nice but forgot my wedges which wasnt as nice

There were no couriers so delivery time was ridiculous and kept getting pushed back. I also didn’t get exactly what I ordered. Very dissatisfied.

Chicken was undercooked which then caused me to become ill, although the wedges were well cooked and the best but, don't buy chicken from here because within the hour of having it I felt awful

i didn’t receive the correct items you have sent me 3 chicken bake’s instead out 1 chicken and 2 sausage,bean and cheese bakes

Wedges were burned, like charcoal skin burnt - wouldn't have minded that tbh if them being burnt didn't mean half of the skin of the wedges was rock hard. Nearly snapped a tooth

I always stop here before work and the new remodel looks great and sleek, albeit less cozy - always great service and high quality goods Was just served by Sam (I think, I struggled to see the nametag while they worked), who's friendly and genuine demeanor made my day before a long closing shift

The ham and egg sandwich wow! The ham is grey and lettuce brown doesn’t smell quite right waste of money cannot eat that

The items were packed incorecly with no indication what the items are the delivery guy looked like they had multiple delivery the hot food was cold

Delivery made using push bike so was cold on arrival. Delicious cookies and sauce. Delivery man apologised as pizza box had to be crushed to fit in his bag - he apologised that his bag is not big enough for the box to sit flat. The toppings from half the pizza slices was in the box, not on the pizza. All of it cold though

The staff member who served me was great and very professional and had great customer service, she made an error on the till and accidentally cashed it off before charging me and she apologised and Went to get what I assume is her supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t rude to me at all but she was an absolute cow to the staff member and was berating her lowdly infront of the customers by saying “well you can’t charge him, there’s no transaction there because you already cashed it off” in a very condescending way. It was a simple mistake any of us can make and as someone who works in the hospitality industry I expected a bit more professionalism from a senior leader. The staff member was visibly put down about this encounter so I did whisper some encouraging words to her because I could see this supervisor had upset her. Couldn’t praise the memeber of staff who served me any more though her name was Catherine and she was an angel who doesn’t deserve to be spoken to in such a manner

Food was decent - hot, fresh & tasty. Driver is a legend, he's delivered my food several times, friendly & always calls when he's just round the corner

Hot drink spilt and ripped bag due to being sopping wet, dripping all through house. Bacon not hot, not even slightly warm on arrival. Unsure if extra bacon added to baguette as relevant box on bag not ticked. Very disappointing

Food stacked on top of each other meaning cheese stuck to inside of bag and no cheese on either of the pizzas

A lovely little message was written on the bag saying “morning enjoy your food”. It’s the little things that make someone’s day

Worst food ever delivered to me. Chicken was bone dry and hard, cold, couldn't eat them as too hard wedges hard and cold, hot chocolate spilt. I know that delivered good can't be piping hot, but it is usually edible.

Arrived 90 minutes after ordering, hot drink spilled everywhere and had covered most of the food as well as the driver's bag

The food is absolutely gorgeous I've never had a complaint until today, I found a bone in my steak bake, I don't want people to avoid this place or the food but you do need to be aware that bones are on rare occasions in the bakes

Missing 2 cokes and raspberry lemonade

We're again had a weird order. Instead of receiving a free sausage roll and two order cheese and onion pastries we received 2xsausage rolls and 1 cheese and onion pastry. And one of the coffees is missing.

I think Greggs has the best delivery system, neatly packaged, special stickers to keep drinks from leaking and a lovely written message is a nice touch. Thanks!

Great service from the restaurant from a lady named April, we had an issue with a previous order and she helped straight away. 10/10 people are awesome!

Banging food but staff very very miserable and have an attitude may as well throw your change at you aswell whoever owns this greggs do yourself a favour and actually do something about it

I went there today and the staff were so nice and caring. Always asking if I’m okay and always smiling. The prices are also VERY affordable, you get good value for your money. I lost my phone in the shop and luckily, one of their excellent members of staff was already on it and before she gave me back my phone, she asked me to describe my Home Screen. This is very reassuring because if someone else had pretended to own my phone in order to try and steal it, it would not have been stolen. I really appreciate the professionalism and warmth of all their staff and I wish them all the very best.

Sadly, it was overpriced and filthy.

We seem to be short one of the yum yum packs they didn't arrive with the order. I will say that someone noted on the individual bags which pastry was which, this was helpful

The food was cold items missing this is the 2nd time I have had A order from greggs and I am very disappointed.

This was the 2nd time i have ordered here. I was to receive 6 slices of pizza, bbq chicken and a large portion of wedges share box however there weren't even enough wedges for 1 person about 8 wedges in a large share box. They were flat cold and hard, chicken was very dry. Was not happy with the quality of the food. Also both occasions ordering here they never send the sauces!!!

Was working & had missed lunch so ordered some food. Coffee spilt all over the food, called the store while the delivery guy was with me just to be told all they can do is apologise & stated the delivery guys work for just eat not them. Not my problem, I ordered a product from you & that product was inedible. Should be the store taking it up with just eat, not the customer going hungry & having to wait for a refund. Regular customer but guy on phone far too happy to lose custom for the sake of actually giving their customer an edible product, just expect you to accept it regardless then sort it out yourself. Won't be coming here anymore.
