We came here for some food during the jubilee and the food was nice but the toilets were awful, the sanitary bin in the ladies was overflowing onto the floor, tissue everywhere and it smelt nasty. There was no toilet roll in either toilet. Mens toilets just as dirty.

I went in for a take away sausage roll (lovely) and was refused a squeeze of ketchup! When I asked why the chap said "Allergens" I said "I'm not allergic to ketchup " and was told "Well cant do it that's the way it is." I could have been allergic to the sausage roll. Its a shabby way to treat customers.

Stopped for drinks and cakes, all good. Can't fault the staff, they were lovely, kept the place clean. Cafe seems a little dated and if you need the toilet be prepared for 2 flights of stairs.

Popped in for a B&S roll with a latte and enjoyed the food and banter. Clean table and a comfy chair just made my morning.

Waited fifteen minutes in the queue, only two people serving and was quite busy but they did not rush. Chatting to people in front even though queue was getting longer and you could hear people behind us getting impatient. Finally got served and they did not have any sausages, it was 9 o’clock when we visited so they were only half way through there breakfast menu so had to have just a bacon roll. Woman that served us was not particularly happy but was slow to get our order through. Went to sit down and tables were not clean but managed to tidy these up with a napkin. Bacon roll was lovely though.

Stopped here and got a sandwich meal deal with a coffee. Approaching the counter with the sandwich to order a coffee the assistant serving kept saying DARLING!!! Is that it my darling, would you like sprinkles on the coffee darling. Darling, Love, Mate, Buddy should never be used to customers. Try and educate the staff a little better Greggs!!

Went to my local Greggs to get a beef and vegetable pasty and wished I hadn’t it was bland and the beef and vegetable look like dish water. it was sloppy inside with a few hard peas floating around so won’t be buying one off them again from Greggs. Very poor and will avoid at all cost

Best in Norfolk if you ask me. Never go anywhere else for my king prawn curry, and the kids love the chips and curry sauce :))

This was incredibly good value for a budget hotel booking of two rooms two people at £30 each per night. Rooms were clean, comfortable and adequately furnished. But warm, it was not. On the night we stayed in early March, Hunstanton was as cold as the north of Scotland and there was no heating! I didn't feel like rousing the staff in the middle of the night so we stuck with it. The heating should have been on and we should have been told how to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast cost extra (£13 each) but in these straightened times reasonably priced, and set us up for the day. I could have done with some soap or handwash in my room, but the courtesy tray was decently stocked and the free bottle of spring water a plus. Overall, there was room for some improvement, but generally I would rate Wash and Tope 'Very Good' and would certainly stay there again. It is also very well situated for everything in Sunny Hunny, parking was no problem and the bar was pleasant, although I didn't appreciate it closing at 9.30 on a Sunday evening!
