Greggs in East Riding of Yorkshire

I ordered a vegan sausage roll. While my family's sandwiches were being prepared, I noticed a large container of tomato sauce on the back wall. I politely asked the young lady who was serving us if I could have one. Unfortunately, an older staff member rudely interrupted and abruptly said that the sauces were only for the hot food in the counter. The young lady then offered to put some sauce from the bottle into a container for me. Initially, the older staff member rolled her eyes and said no, but she eventually agreed. I found her behavior to be very rude and unnecessary, especially considering that we had spent a significant amount of money at the establishment. It was disappointing to receive such poor service. All over one little pot of sauce!!

Don't bother trying to get sausage rolls there they never have any cooked. Complete waste of time. They need a new manager

We’ve popped in here a couple of times the first time the staff were moaning about having to make a hot chocolate and how much a fuss it was. This time we went in we got 2 sandwiches and hot drinks the girl on the till missed the drinks off so we asked for them again and told where we hadn’t asked for the drinks. she was rude and a bit confrontational until my husband said we had asked for them then she said we hadn’t paid so we paid again. Got in the car to realise we had paid for them twice. Won’t go back now need costumer care training.

Never have sausage for the baguettes on a morning and the staff are extremely rude. If there was another nearby these wouldn’t get any in my money. No please or thank you and slam the change in you hand, the staff here all need to go in a customer service course.
