Greenhouse Cafe in Spelthorne

Coffee and cake good. However, very disappointed to see extremely poor cleaning/hygiene - member of staff clearing table next to ours and using the used napkin from one of the lunch plates to wipe the table, we were hoping she would come back with a spray to clean the table properly but did not. Within 2 minutes the table was occupied - revolting !

£6.95 for a children’s lunchbox which didn’t even contain a whole sandwich let alone a fresh piece of fruit

Rude staff. I have been to this cafe many many times, but I will never go back after being treated so unkindly by one member of staff. 😞

Went this morning for breakfast and because there was not a full breakfast menu available (fully notified) we decided to have bacon and egg sandwiches and pots of tea. Excellent, Beautifully fresh, well served, hot. Served with professionalism and humour. Well done to chef and to the delightful ladies serving.

ordered pancakes got waffles (mysteriously non even on menu) and the sausage in my sandwich may have been introduced to a pig in the past but not recently. Won’t go back.
