The food was late, missing items and cold. I understand we were ordering not long before end of service, but this was inexcusable. Evidently no there was no adherence to HACCP, which makes me question the knowledge of food safety being practiced.

Ordered specifically because I know they're usually quick and I had to eat before going out to work. Estimated time kept moving later and later and then the guy walked up and down my street looking for my address instead of calling so it's also stone cold .. v disappointed

Just had a great take away delivered from this company. The meaty munch box was absolutely beautiful too the eye and the taste was so clean and refreshing. Couldn’t fault it at all.

I ordered the chicken gyros, it came with chips, flatbread and an assortment of vegetables and tzatziki, it was really nice and fresh and the portion sizes were generous, I ordered the ravani for dessert and it was so nice it also came with ice cream. The restaurant itself is so peaceful, playing calm Greek music. Absolute gem of a place

This was the perfect spot for lunch after finishing the Hadrian’s Wall Path. Service was excellent, portions were huge, best meal we had on the entire 8 day walk.

Unfortunately had a poor experience this time from Greek Maniacs. Normally the salad is a lovely Greek style with onions, tomatoes and lots of herbs, tonight it was just lettuce. And normally you get a nice tzatsiki sauce, but tonight just a bog standard sweet chilli. Have had food here several times and has always been fantastic but tonight was very sub-par

Cold and greasy! And by cold I don’t mean, it’s got a little bit cool while out for delivery, I mean the moussaka was fresh out the fridge COLD! Never been heated up stick your finger in it properly cold! And apart from being cold it was very dry, if there ever was any béchamel sauce there wasn’t much of it! My daughter got the Kofta Gyros, which was so greasy I had to spit out the taste I had! The chips were very nice and the salads were lovely and fresh. We were first time customers so you’d thank a business would want to impress to get return custom but obviously not! We won’t be ordering again.

This was the worst takeaway food I have ever had. A tray full of chicken skin. No meat. Over 12 pound per tray. Not what chicken gyros should be. Really disappointed.

We got the mixed munchy box, and everything in it was excellent. The salad was fresh and crisp, not wilted, even though it shared a box with warm pitta, gorgeous lamb and chicken, and chips that were as felicious as everything else. They were incredibly generous with the tzatziki, too. Food came early, and even the delivery guy was lovely. It was our second time ordering, and we will order again.

Well worth the money as you get loads, have only had the wraps and they are definitely enough for me. Takes me back to my Greek holiday island 😉

Do not order through Uber eats if ordering from this restaurant. As driver never delivered food. Food was marked as delivered from driver we rang the restaurant to inform them before they closed. They said nothing they could do take it up with Uber eats. We tried ringing the driver repeatedly and marked food as not delivered on uber eats. In the meantime we are left without any food after 13hr shifts at work and now the restaurant is closed and we are unable to reorder from them. Not great customer service offered from the restaurant as they were not willing to offer an alternative. Looks like we won't be using this restaurant again.

Regular at this place best food in North Tyneside the smells and flavours you get from this place are unbelievable and always delivered within half an hour the meat munchie box are worth every penny definitely try this authentic Greek restaurant and takeaway

Tried ordering 2 chicken gyros. On there web site Sunday afternoon but it wouldn’t take my order went into to place order 2 both with no onions he read the order back to me but still didn’t get such a simple order correct one came with onions totally ruined ! Couldn’t be bothered to go back food was nice tho just need to concentrate be more professional

Decent pork gyros, going to try the chicken one next time. Definitely worth trying out. The place was clean and tidy, and smelled like a Greek kitchen. Will give 5 stars if the chicken is as good as the pork!!! Nice.

Absolutely vile and threw straight in bin. So bad I asked for refund but didnt get it. Disgusting and will never order again. Nil stars if I could. Avoid.

We have had a few takeaways from this restaurant, food has been of high quality, we decided to pop in tonight as noticed there was a few tables inside. We had a really lovely time. No alcohol license but there was a good selection of soft drinks. Food was outstanding. The homemade pittas are delicious and we think the houmous is the best we have ever had. Lovely staff. Nice informal atmosphere, open plan kitchen. Gem of a place.

Went in for a spot of lunch on the way home for me, my wife and son and was glad we did. The food was fantastic we had the mixed gyro, chicken gyro and halloumi gyro and they were all amazing, more than enough for all 3 of us to share and full of flavour. The service in the shop was exceptional and couldn't have been friendlier would highly recommend trying them out the best Greek food in the north east.

Fantastic food, quick delivery and Good portion size! We ordered on a Saturday evening, the food arrived within 30 minutes and was hot, fresh and tasted incredible.

Amazing authentic Greek cuisine with take-away options. They are getting some products from Greece so the food quality is at decent level.
