Great Wall fish and chips in Hounslow

Best local fish shop in the area. I would highly recommend the masala fish bites, they are very tasty. Also the fish fillet burger is very nice, and made fresh using battered fish. The food portions are generous and priced well. Staff are friendly and kind too. There is also seating incase you want to eat in. 10/10 overall, this is now my go to spot for fish and chips!

Great place with tasty masala fish. We make big orders from here for work, and they've always been on point. Today they even stayed open for us over by 20 minutes. I will recommend anyone to the great wall.

This is a little gem. There is a wide range of fish, some regular size others large. All food is cooked fresh in front of you. On average it is a 10 minutes wait but well worth it!

This is new - these are lovely people providing good tasty chips and the odd free sausage. Try it.

I cannot sing the praises of Great Wall enough. Over the last two years it’s become a weekly institution. The staff are always friendly, and despite how popular it is, there’s never a long wait. What’s more, everything is cooked fresh. And goodness can you tell the difference from other fish and chip shops. Great atmosphere, staff, value for money and tasty fresh food. Most stupid stuffs who work there

Ordered through Uber eats as I have done in the past driver turned up with wrong order so we naturally refused the delivery. The driver spoke to Great Wall when the mistake had been noticed and they told him they would deliver themselves. We waited another 30 minutes and then called Great Wall to see how the order was getting on and they said we were not getting any more food as we should have taken the wrong order and eaten that totally disgusting service and attitude will never use again and although food is ok it certainly isn’t the best just was convenient for us due to location

Ordered sausage and chips twice.from great so called wall. Big piece of bone in it nearly choked on it..shocking.. so complain to just eat they didn't care .even sent a picture of bone...and no refund ..not buying from great wall anymore .

This fish and chip shop is very good and you don't need to wait around for the service.

That has to be the rankest wettest cold piece of fish that I have eaten batter was soggy and thick like it was raw batter,large chips at £4-50 just about enough for 2 people,and a portion of so called mushy peas don't think they where lol,stewed peas in water more like it,owners before wernt that great so thought I'd give these ones the benefit of the doubt nah not now or ever again and at £15,40 for that portion I don't think so,your choice if you wanna pay that and are happy never again

Very friendly staff and quick service. The food is made fresh and there are also lots of veggie options which is nice. Can get busy on Fridays and weekends but that's to be expected.

Had a take away on 15/01/22 worst food I've ever had ...don't waste your money

Was good when previous owners had it. Shame the new owners made it halal. Suppose when got rid of the pork for beef slaughtered halal. Back to stone age. Edited, Thanks for your reply, however you should really speak to your staff who clearly told myself you are halal. So really, not sure who is trying to mislead people. You or your staff. I think trading standards would be better to investigate this.
