Great Luck Chinese Takeaway in South Ayrshire

Very quick and delicious food really good value for money

The only consistent Chinese in area. Foods always nice delivery times are bit lengthy but to be expected at certain times. Always do special request exactly the way asked. Never had to return anything or complain once or twice called for an ETA.

Probably one of the most tastiest Chinese I have tried in Ayr. Salt chilli chicken and smoked shredded chicken is on point. A very unique tasting curry sauce like no other. Highly recommend and great value. Will order again 100%

Ordered 4 meals online for pick up. Order was ready exactly on time, all correct, included great prawn crackers and super egg rolls. Excellent value.

Duck curry like water duck is so dry prawn toast full of oil chilli chips taste like they have been reheated

The man who served us was friendly and amenable,but the food was definitely below par. The fried rice looked like it hadn't even seen a wok,never mind supposedly been cooked in one. My sweet 'n' sour chicken was hard, and i could barely chew it, and my Husbands Char Sui fried rice was in his words,and i quote "boggin".

If I could give no stars I would, ordered a Chinese tonight & got 2 bags of black & discoloured chips & chicken balls that were clearly reheated as they were as tough as an old shoe, phoned to complain & the managers response was we’ll give you a free bag of chips the next time you order……..sorry mate but there won’t be any more orders from us! Do not waste your money going to this place, utter rubbish

Won't be back after tonight's experience, order was wrong to begin with and what I did have tasted awful, better to have put the £30 straight into bin

I absolutely hate to give a bad review as always order from here and it is usually amazing. Put an order in at 5.30pm and it was delivered at 8pm simply not good enough . Having a wee treat of a carryout is a luxury and not cooking but waiting to eat your dinner at 8pm is simply not acceptable

Used to love this takeaway, but they have changed their chips to freezer shop ones rotten bring back old chips

Bloody disgusting and frozen phoned at 5pm was told 45 minutes waited 2 hours phoned at 6pm and promised it would be warm when it arrived Bloody frozen unedible never ever again

Jst spent £50 our last holiday meal horrible food chips were so hard they wld break ur teeth sorry but not the best

The most disgusting Chinese I've ever tasted nothing could be worse. Near sick. We wasted £60 on food that tasted burnt . DISGUSTING!!!

Had this and I got explosive diarrhoea for about a month there was more grease on the food than the country. Prawn crackers were disgusting made me physically vomit profusely. Ocean palace is a lot better Ladies and gents xoxo

Thus is the 3rd time in a row I have placed an order online and never received prawn crackers or juice which I ordered and paid for. Will not be using again. No response after phoning the shop!

Part of original order was delivered wrong , however the young girl that took call apologised , spoke to management and within 10 mins everything was sorted and delivered again correctly to Prestwick. The food was amazing and the crispy chicken and separate sauce was perfect . Amazing customer service from the young girl and management. Fastest delivery I have ever had as well . Pricing was also good. Just remember to ask how much your order will cost as the young man that delivered quoted me wrong price then corrected himself. Easy mistake but always good to ask. I still tipped him extra though due to excellent takeaway service . I would give 10 out of 10 for customer service and food was piping hot and fresh when arrived. Thank you

It disgusting the chips tasted back heat the rice wasn't much better. The chicken fried rice there were more rice than chicken and usually it good but this time nope it wasn't nice at all.

Pizza in batter is just very greasy and not nice
