Grays Inn in Aberdeen City

Come here at least once a week. Fantastic menu, value for money. Lovely atmosphere. Staff are really friendly. I'd totally recommend coming here for a meal or even just a wee drink.

First time trying this place.went for a ribeye steak asked for it medium/well and it was cooked to perfection very reasonable price aswell

Came in for drinks. Lovely local bar with amazing friendly staff. Hazel and Amy are very attentive noticing when you need a refil. Great atmosphere with a dart board, pool table and a good selection of music on the juke box. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Use to be a regualr customer years ago dicided to come here for lunch with my 80 year old father as he likes it here. He went to the bar to order but one of the items wasn't available on the menu. My dad had asked for something and the girl who was serving him ( green / black hair and glasses ) didn't catch her name had asked what kind, to him he was stumbled and she said well it says on the menu! To then i approached him at the bar as I seen he seem flustered so I helped him place his order. She had a very rude abrupt attitude and wasn't very welcoming. I'm a manager for a large food retailer and I certainly wouldn't let someone like that work for me! Other than that the food was lovely

Great local pub where everyone knows your name, Craig and the team are all fantastic, food is great and the atmosphere is amazing

Staff were very friendly food was quick and delicious would recommend. Even when it was very busy the staff still took time to check on us and were very helpful.

Food came out cold yet was overcooked. Service was good just let down with food. Hazel was very accommodating to us at our table.

The apologetic waitress was lovely, however, we waited 73 minutes before all of us were served. The side salad was the nicest part of the meal. There were 9 of us, perhaps this was too big an ask. Lesson learned.

GRAYS INN … went here for a meal on Sunday … NEVER AGAIN !! Food was awful! 🤮 Place was empty !! .. we didn’t stay for pudding! Ordered a cheese & Bacon burger, two of the Sunday roasts and garlic bread with cheese. The burger came without cheese & bacon, the chef apologised and offered a pudding for later. We left our roast beef dinners as it was so bad, & I said this to the young barman. Then we left.. No apology, no manager appeared, no offer of a refund,nothing! and £46 down !! 😡

Our family of actually booked grays inn for Xmas day, this year for my wife and I as a kind of thank you for all the years we did Xmas dinner, we all entered at 1:30 pm on Xmas day nice enough atmosphere not really a welcome had to ask where our tables were, waited till 2:15 no service one of our daughters had to ask when our starter was coming as we waited long enough it was served 15 minutes after that, when finished again plates still on tables 35 minutes after again my daughter asked about main meal that was 3 45 pm and it didn't come all together so we could all have dinner together grand children were by this time getting fed up we all were, same again for dessert which arrived at 4:40 pm not again all at once, one of my daughters and her family left before it came, we all left at about 5:15 no coffee etc, it was badly organised 2 men serving and a girl but she mostly served ay the bar some actually came in after us and received all their dinner before my family, the staff were in a muddle 2 boys could not cope at all, supposed to be a nice family dinner at Xmas, organisation was terrible, our own children apologised to my wife and I though not their fault at all, I contacted manager as what we paid for did not stand up to its merit, the staff were not to blame the person or persons who organised it are I'm still awaiting a reply as what happened on Xmas day I would not return or ask my family to either I await your fone call, Mr j Durno,

Was very quiet. Served very quickly, lady serving was extremely nice. Starters vert tasty, main course was too much so was given the option of a "doggybag"

Food was great and good value for money

Table 19 served expertly by all staff, and Sarah in particular. I can't stress how excellent Flamin' Grill food is. We'd experienced it years ago on holiday across the Tweed and had given up hopes of getting a similar menu back home. So having recently discovered Grey's Inn was now a Flamin' Grill, we had to give it a go. We booked a table, which proved to be the right thing to do as the place was packed, both bar and restaurant, when we arrived. Great lively atmosphere, staff were incredibly helpful, and the food, well, what can I say? Portion sizes are generous, quality is exceptional, piping hot when it reaches the table (well, apart from the sundaes, obvs!) and you're given all the time you need. No one rushing you on, just there to let you have a good time. You really need to stop reading this and get down there to discover it for yourself...!

It was an absolute delight to be having lunch in this pub today again, It's warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly and polite, the food was excellent, I had the fish and my friend had the sumptuous chips with hunters chicken sauce and chicken pieces, I stole some of the chips, irresistible. Good, family friendly pub, clean, well looked after, I will definitely be a frequent visitor.

We came here on Friday the 3rd of November for my poor mum's wake. Sad day but also a happy family reunion. My mum's favourite bar where she used to come with my dad.

Came in tonight for supper with my friend and our kids. Was a busy evening but Shaun was a fantastic waiter, he was rushed off his feet but made sure everyone was happy and always had a smile on his face!

Brilliant night on Saturday. The food was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful, didn’t get their names but the waitress/bar/food person, she did everything, even helping the band in with their gear 🤣 she was brilliant and the guy that served our food and was also on the bar, excellent.

Food was excellent very reasonable prices 5 starters, mains and drinks for approx. £100. Bar was busy due to Scotland Rugby game but did not detract from the service or overall atmosphere.

Such a friendly atmosphere. If you want to try a local, authentic Scottish pub, this is one. Unpretentious but war and great foods and wide range of drinks. I saw the Nine Lives band and they are amazing and made our Saturday night.

Thought we would try the Grey's Inn as we hadn't been in a while, ordered the rib eye steaks, amazing value and really good, one of the best steaks I've had. Only grumble was the dottled old server kept coming up with our sides straight away and we hadn't had our steaks delivered yet, fine old wifie but pretty grumpy at the same time, walked away grumbling twice that she had to take the sides back. Would definitely return as the steak was that good and value for money was excellent.
