Good portion sizes and really fresh. Batter was crisp & light. Chips lovely with a good crunch...not soggy! Lose a star as a bit pricey (the menu pictured on google reviews is 2 years old...prices have obviously increased since)

Hit & miss. Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes not. Would advise not ordering online as food seems to sit & wait for you even if you specify a time to collect. Often the chips have been over done so wasted. Generous portion sizes but would prefer hot & good quality.

I have been visiting this fish & chip shop for a few years now and am always impressed with the service and quality of food. Staff are always friendly and food is always fresh and hot with generous portion sizes.

Take away only chippy. Can pre order. Gets busy on Friday evenings so pre ordering is a great option. Just log onto their website & order. Loads of other food choices, other than fish & chips.

Pleasent shop that beautifully decorated with vibrant colours. Love the food without a doubt. Fish is full of flavour with perfectly cooked chips that make you feel like you are at a sea side restaurant. Gentleman serving also gave my neice a free lolly and a smile. Pricing is very reasonable with the quality of food you receive. Highly recommend them!👍

Sublime! Consistantly high quality, aways fresh, crispy and generous helpings. I was constantly disappointed by other fish and chip shops and stopped buying them but Gramo changed this! Best we have ever had. Staff are always friendly too. 😊 You will not be disappointed!

Treat at xmas eve Spent £34.00 for 3 people Full of grease 2 x fish & chips absolutly pea fritter stuck on paper chicken pieces not crispy and tasty it taste of full oil ...soggy basically whole of all meals full of soggy fat and tasteless the one before in summer was absolutly perfect beautiful came back for more at xmas eve it wasn't to be Sorry.

We always go to Gramo for our fish and chips. Always freshly cooked and tasty and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really bright and airy store, with great decor and clear, bright menu board. Wide range of food available and the fish and chips were amazing. I'd say the best in Romsey. I've never been a fan of fried chicken, but must say that the chicken on display looked fantastic, so will be trying that next time.

Gramo Fish & Chips is by far the best chip shop I have used. The food is excellent standard, it's a very clean environment, and the staff are polite. I recommend giving them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Just tried this place for the first time and was somewhat disappointed!! Long wait but that was fine as fish was cooked fresh, however, the batter was very greasy and ‘soggy’ together with lukewarm but tasty chips so at a price of £18 for the two portions, was very disappointing!!

Had Fish & Chips from here three times now , twice the chips were under cooked but today they are cooked & crispy & much better so happy to return again & happy to tell others to eat there.Thank you.

Lovely large fish and chips, classic chippy sausages and yummy burgers. Haven't tried everything on the menu but so far nothing to disappointing... apart from the size of the curry sauce; a pot about half the size you would get else where at roughly the same price but tastes great

Food portions are ample and freshly cooked. I'd like they had some sort of queuing system though and maybe a screen that display the called number.

The portions are very good. The fish was still very hot when I got it home. The only problem was the chips were a bit soggy and the curry sauce was to small. But other than that it's good

Best Fish and chips for miles ! I don’t live around this area but I was passing through this place and I wanted give it to try ! That was my best decision ever ! Fish was soo tasty and chips were not soggy at all ! Exactly how I wanted ! Highly recommended and definitely gonna back every Friday ! Distance won’t stop us from Great fish and chips

Very nice considering it was new. Slightly slow but can forgive as they are finding their feet. Delicious and light fish, chips could be larger in portion size but good all round.

Great service the staff run the Adore cafe on the abbotswood estate. The food was fab good prices the fish wasn’t wet and soggy with batter had a nice crisp batter 😆the decor was pleasing. This takeaway I would recommend x
