I have been trying to phone up as my food order my horrible plus you miss my can ofc my order to.my Calton was so oily I couldn't eat it and the garlic bread with cheese too the hotdogs was cold and well done.i always order from here but after to night I will not be wasting my money again

I have just ordered a peri peri chicken fillet burger. Been my favourite for years. Very disappointed i have re shared this post as it is spot on. Gutted Been going to Gourmet Grill since it opened its doors What made them stand out was the quality of food, the bread rolls and the chicken were the best Sadly, it started with the change of rolls, then chicken fillet (absolutely no way chicken fillet anymore) and the final straw being served on stale bread Such a shame Will not be going again, they clearly don't care anymore

Ordered from you lots of times "free delivery over £12" free garlic bread over £20 just had a delivery paid £3.50 delivery and no free garlic bread plus the kebabs have gone up £2.50 scandalous

Night in with my dad. Had the mammoth kebab and a garlic bread with cheese. Kebab was amazing and was huge(clues in the name!!) garlic bread was beautiful and not greasy at all. Really enjoyed the food took 45 minutes to deliver but it was a Friday night

Such a fantastic handmade burger! Very cheap for the quality, I tried the Turkish delight burger, very tasty, Definitely recommended.

Never tried this place before and will never go back. The burger wasn't thoroughly cooked and had pink bits inside. Also the man who served me had disgusting finger nails. If I noticed before I paid I'd have walked out.

For a cheap takeout that I’ve eaten from relentlessly since lockdown in 2020 I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad meal from here. My go to was chicken burger and curly fries for a while, but the last 5 or 6 times I’ve had a hotdog and honestly the best hotdogs I’ve had. Better than smokehouses or German markets. Will buy from here time and time again until the food itself proves me wrong 🌭

I ordered the meat supremo of the menu, all fine and well as we’ve ordered from here before, then find a sharp piece of glass in my food, absolutely stunned to speak, i go to call the restaurant to tell them and ask what’s going on, they picked up despite it saying they’re closed, i explain my situation and the man on the phone was shouting, being rude. So i give it back and tell him that he’s not only being rude but unprofessional and he hangs up! honestly will never order from here again. if you do decide to order from here, take a hard look at what your about to eat because that is dangerous

Terrible. Have been coming to Ggs on and off for a few years, however the last few times it has noticeably gone downhill. Placed an order at 6.58pm (to be precise) received an order confirmation, food still hadn't arrived by 8.10, rang the shop who had no record of my order!! i was told they have a new website, erm how am I to know this?? at the point I was ready to eat my arm... so when the guy offered to take the order and deliver in 20m I agreed, I had 2 hungry kids mithering me asking when the food would arrive, food came 30m after the call, well for a start no biggy but I ordered n paid extra for a square garlic bread n cheese with stuffed crust, got sent a circular one that wasn't piping hot! and my god the chicken strips in the kids meal are the worst I've ever tasted, literally gone in the bin!! hardly fresh moist fried chicken!! i rang the shop for the 3rd time to complain about the g bread situ but the man claims he misunderstood and I wasn't charged the full amount, haven't even got a receipt to check n tbh cba. Will not be returning here sadly!! In my experience a good establishment will be really apologetic and offer a discount or throw something extra In as a gesture of good will... didn't happen here therefore won't be ordering from here again.

Nice friendly staff and the food is great

Eaten from here twice.. both times had no problems with any of the items with ordered. I highly recommend this place

My bf has searched everywhere for a real authentic kebab with homemade chilli sauce. We have found this gem he’s addicted to the donner and home made chilli sauce. So good and lovely guys

Spent £43 on a delivery, food arrived and despite asking for one of the kebabs arrived with mushroom and peppers, I called the shop and was Spoken to by an extremely rude man, who told me “ that’s how it comes” I did explain that I asked for this to be plain and if there was an issue they could have contacted me ? The guy in a raised voice said Again that’s how it comes what do you want me to do “ I’m sorry but customer services cost nothing, he was extremely rude and like I said to him you have my money and now your not bothered Won’t be using again, and for a man to be screaming a women down the phone is just absurd I’m sure he wouldn’t be shouting like that if it was a man ???

Only gave the 1 star as I feel I got ripped off with the nachos 1 pinch on cheese on top of 1 spoon of chilli con carne on top of dry nachos £5 for that and I was starving afterwards wouldn't bother ordering again my partners burger was OK I would definitely take the gourmet out of the shop title tho!

I will never order from here again. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Expensive esp when you end up throwing most of it away.

Each time I eat from there the food is very good. Basically you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

We’d forgotten about this place since moving house a few years ago. We ordered the monster deal and it was absolutely epic! All the food was tasty and hot and really good value for money. Will order again

I ordered from here via uber eats. The food arrived cold. The hot food was packed with the frozen cake. I called to speak to them and they just blamed the uber driver. I tried to explain that it wasn't the uber driver that packed the food they deliver it. The man I spoke to was quite rude and just kept speaking over me and just said I wasn't listening to him and what he had to say and just kept blaming the driver

Food was horrible, reheated chips , disgusting burgers and kebab . Won’t recommend this place at all my first and last order from this establishment.

I ordered a side of green salad and I received a bowl of burning hell instead who ever thought of putting jalapeños in a salad.... Other food was okay

Delivery bang on time. Guy delivering was nice. Food was great, cheerz folks.

Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Slightly more expensive in comparison to other local takeaways but the quality (gourmet) definitely reflects it. They even put the chips in a paper bag rather than a polystyrene tub to prevent them going soggy. Donner meat is the best quality i have found in this area. Deliveries are rarely quicker than 30 mins but also rarely longer than 50. Personal reccomedations: Donner calzone Manhattan Burger Halloumi Salad Chicken strips

Great kebab. I'm a fella who knows his food and if say this is the best around the Stockport area. Quick delivery, good portions and the hot chilli sauce is lovely.

Expect liquid arse if you eat from this place or maybe a hospital visit from eating raw chicken.

We had really very good hot dogs.

The hotdog with pulled pork and coleslaw is to die for..... my new fav eatery.

Overpriced chicken tasted cheap frozen quality

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered a pizza meal.(2 10" pizza's, a 10" Garlic bread and 2 cans of Pepsi.) It took 2 hours for our food to arrive, we rang up an hour after we ordered it to be told it was on its way and we would get a free bottle of Pepsi as an apology.when it arrived, it wasn't even the full order and it was only luke warm. I rang up telling them some of our order was missing and they said we will send it and it will be 20 minutes. An hour later it arrived. I am NEVER ordering from there again. 0/10 from me.

My dad rang up at 19:50 for for a calzone, a southern fried chicken wrap, and a peri peri, for me im and my boyfriend, my boyfriend works night shifts so had to leave at 21:50 that was plenty of time!! My dad rang up 3 times at around 9, quarter past and half past, every time they said they'd be 10 minutes, it got to 21:50 and my boyfriend had to leave for work starving with no food, so my dad cancelled it as it was too late and a waste of money, so were all starving at 22:30. Looked nice on the menu, not waiting that long for food and especially if we get told its going to be 10 minutes everytime my dad rang.

So nice I liked the pizza box afterwards

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. Ordered at 6:40 and at 7 phoned to see what was happenning as the app still said 'pending' over 'accepted'. They said they had the order and it would be soon. We waited until 7:30 and phoned again, they told us they hadn't received the order until 7:10 which was clearly a lie. It finally arrived at 8:20. Food was ok, wouldn't exactly say 'gourmet' but all in all, was not really worth the wait. Could've gone anywhere else for the same price and a third of the waiting time. Really wanted this place to be good as it's different from other takeaways, was sadly disappointed and won't be coming back.

The Turkish Delight burger is the ultimate post-pub food

Outstanding everytime my favourite is the Persian Kebab chicken lamb and Shish. Food heaven

It's not as good as it used to be buy still pretty good. Never had a problem with the service.

This used to be my go to, Kebab and Burger place. Used to be Turkish Mix, and a Double Stack Hawaiian Burger or Steak House Burger. However recently it appears to have changed hands (new owner), the burger quality is questionable, used to be 9/10 fresh burger, now it's 5/10 average. The kebab, appears to be different to and beef is now chewwy and not great. I'm hoping the new owners are just settling in and can restore it, but at the moment it's barely average.

Awful customer service , waited 70mins and it hadn't even left when I called back , the phone attitude is a joke aswell

the staff are so rude. I placed an order and the guy said 15mins to an hour. you would not expect it would take whole an hour. when I called to chase it. an eastern European accent lady answered. she said it's not an hour yet , you only called 44 mins ago. we will deliver it in 15 mins. she was not apologetic whatsoever and sounded so proud of the way she was correcting an unhappy customer an telling him to be patient. it's supposed to be a chain restaurant and they're charging 50p if you pay by plastic card. no other takeaway charges you for paying by card. totally horrible service. on top of everything the food was delivered in an hour and 20 minutes. when called for second time the was still adamant that it's not an hour yet.
