Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Canary Wharf in Tower Hamlets

I went here with my girlfriend after the weekend light show and what a disappointment. I know that they were busy but they really should have anticipated a rise in numbers. Lots of food options were not available (sweet potato fries, onion rings, etc) and that which we did have took a long while to queue up for. Ordered a large beer but was delivered a small bottle. The staff corrected this, otherwise it would be a 1 star reveiew. I will not visit this branch again, as had told my partner that the chain was good. The worst branch that I have ever eaten at.

We visited yesterday late afternoon on our visit to see the Winter Lights. I can only re-iterate everything that "randomadvisor" has already said. The whole area was very busy but GBK was not overly busy , so no excuse there. The service from the staff was very poor , the food was OK but we will not be returning.

What a dissapointment this place was. It was the weekend of the Canary Wharf light show so the whole area was extremely busy. Because of this our first choice was fully booked so we were hungry and opted for a GBK. When ordering the food the staff member was very miserable and no care or attention at all in their work. So I ordered and paid and not even a thank you i fact nothing at in the way of customer service. When the food arrived the staff member that brought it over was very nice. The burgers though were not good, in fact a sloppy mess with a sloppy lettuce leaf is a good description. Overall we were really let down both by the customer service and the food. I know it’s only a burger joint. it a please and thank you coats nothing. Very poor GBK TUT TUT.

We waited 25 mins for some boiling water despite reminding 3 different staff members 5 times in total. The water was for heating our baby's food. This is unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy at all. The food is good but the portion sizes were small and not worth the prices. The toilets were not clean and the baby changing facilities inadequate. Overall there are far better and more pleasant and worthwhile alternatives in Canary Wharf.

Classic Beef Burgers are very tasty. At £7:45 they are good value. Chunky chips or sweet potato fries and lovely homeslaw make this a nice meal. Two empty plates every time!

I've been here a few times and can't complain. In terms of the taste of the burgers I haven't found a better restaurant with better burgers. But then again I don't eat out often.

My ten year old son loves GBK, in particular the Major Tom Burger and the ginger ale. I thought the food was average and overpriced, and the service slow.

We went here late night, in Waterloo, they made us an order to go and prepared the most beautiful chicken sandwich which was so delish, grilled perfectly and served with their special relish. Also, FYI, their chips are ADDICTIVE and I am seriously counting the days until I can have more of their chips with mayonnaise. OH PAPA !!!!

having got limited places where i can trust restaurants, I went online and saw that they had a separate menu for Gluten free customers. Well it was definitely worth visiting this place. I had the Californian which is a bean patty and I had some extras, My son had a classic 6oz burger but in a normal bun with skin on fries. It was expensive but it was delicious and I would definitely return. Thank you so much.

A good place to get a quick bite. We only had 35 minutes and wanted more than fast food. I liked that you could order the food and then take it out or eat it in. They might want to change the name as it is definitely not a "Gourmet" burger but the service, the prices and the food were all very good. I liked the ambiance too. Will be back

Not impressed with this place at all. Food and service not very good. Very expensive for what it is. The guy who served us named Peter wasn't very good at taking our order and got it wrong. Asked for a glass of milk for my mother but was told this is not available, only milkshakes. We asked for ice for our cider and were told there was none available. After we made a fuss, the waitress said she would go to Nando's and get some, which she did. When we have been before as a family, we have been given a discount, but when I asked Peter, he said he didn't know anything about discounts and refused. We asked for a dessert menu and were told that they don't really serve desserts, only milk shake and ice cream. Disappointing visit and service was slow and unfriendly. None of the staff smiled or thanked us for our custom when we left. Certainly won't be rushing back with that service and prices. There is a lot of competition over there, so they need to get their act together if they want to attract a good and loyal customer base.

Only been here 3 times before, including today. Arrived, place not even a quarter full but still had to wait to be seated. None of the staff had smiles on their faces, food came before our drinks did and when the drinks were put down not even an 'enjoy your meal' - we were barely acknowledged. Not expecting staff to offer me a gold bar with my burger, but compared to other restaurants their customer service was bad. The skinny fries were hard and tasted like crisps, really awful. I thought I'd tell them they were inedible when they came over to ask how the meal was (which staff usually do when you're eating out). No-one came anywhere near us, despite us trying to catch their eyes. They all had miserable as sin faces, so decided to quit while we were ahead and go. Popped to the loo first, toilets smelly, no soap. For the money they charge this really is a poor place to eat. Not going back, would rather give our money to local, independent eateries that provide good food and good service. Oh, and they do offer wifi but there's no reception so you can't use it anyway!

We had 3 different types of Burgers from the Menu, nothing gourmet about any of them. They were just really basic. We walked in had to walk to the counter to get assistance for seating, we were pointed to a table to choose from, the young lady brought us menus and told us to come to the register to make your order and pay. We did same. While waiting we saw other customers be taken to their table. After we got our order, we had to get the attention of someone to bring us utensils and condiments. Not a great experience at all, especially as we were from another country on vacation.

2 burgers and 2 small fries for £14 ( lunch meal deal) it s not bad! But the burger was cold and not particularly tasty!

I've been here for lunch. Good burger and fries, although the service is pretty poor. They do not do service at the table - the orders need to be placed at the counter. The burgers are okay (good average), but they are not cheaper than in other places with service at the table. The waiter asked for a tip - seriously?

Great value burger house. Handy for the hotels around Canary Wharf and about half the price of the hilton, 3 times better!

Fantastic food, great service. Would recommend getting there before 12.30 on a weekday to beat the lunchtime rush. Even the lunchtime burgers are really filling, will definitely be going back.

I came in late and the stores were almost all closed. Gourmet Burger Kitchen was open and a pleasant place. The burger was very good as were the fries. The service was quick (although you order at the counter) and cheerful.

Hadn't been for ages and now I wish hadn't returned. Firstly the staff are not the friendliest. I asked for no salt on my fries and this was considered as such an inconvenience that they said they guarantee it. Bizarre When the food arrived beating in mind the Major Tom burger is 11 pounds it was so tasteless and not very big. A Big Mac is better. The fries were cold although good portion size Don't think be coming back in a rush

Za drugim podejściem pokusiłam się na czarną bułkę - Ninja Chicken, ale w smaku nic nadzwyczajnego nie znalazłam. Była to oferta limitowana, więc już jej w ofercie nie znajdziecie. Zatem polecam się skusić na spróbowanie innego burgera.

If you are in Canary Warf and you are struggling to find aa American fast food, you will be disappointed. There are none.Then you can revert to the English similar chain. They propose burgers with different kinds of toppings and cheeses. Wi-Fi available. Eating room available (most of the "restaurants" in the area are only take away. People buy food and go back in the office to eat.) Fast service. Staff helpful.

this was supposed to be a wonderful visit for my god child as we were celebrating his 6th birthday. This was not the first visit but will definitely be the last!!!!!!!!I am a frequent visitor to GBK in canary wharf as my apartment is close by, and have taken my god chidren there many many times and have always had the best attention from the staff.firstly my partner and i were served uncooked chicken bites! it was so obvious but the duty manager was not prepared to admit to this.the evening progressed and was going really well until a customer quite rudely approached our party to complain about the children.They were just being very young excited children and for 2 hours there had been no complaints.the duty manager then decided not to serve us anymore wine as he had now lost 2 customers because of the childrens behaviour.i found his manner extremely condescending and in fact very very rude and his point about losing 2 customers not really valid.he just wanted us and children out of his restaurant.I am totally disgusted as the rest of the staff were visibly embarrased as they loved the children and were actually looking after them. I will be writing to their head office to complainThis has shocked me as very poor cusomer service and i will definitely NOT be recommending this restaurant to friends with children!!!! I hope this manager will learn from this!!!!!!!!

I asked the manager about allergies. I have peanut and sesame allergies. He informed me that there was an area where monkey nuts were openly served regardless of people's allergies. When I explained that this restaurant should cater for everyone he shrugged his shoulders and said what can I do it's the owners who allow this. I have no say. This is ridiculous. My friends were celebrating there engagement I stayed because of them. I would of left. I will never go into your restaurant again. This restaurant is not for everyone one. Stay clear those with allergies

Lovely meal, quick service. We ate here before a concert at the O2, a lot quieter than trying to get a table at a restaurant inside the venue. Ordered and paid for it on the GBK app, food arrived within 10/15 minutes. Onion rings to nibble on whilst we waited.

As with most chains, there's not much to tell these GBKs apart. All pretty much of a muchness. If find yourself hungry in this part of Canary Wharf, fancying a decent enough burger, then service is quick and value's pretty good.

Snazzy restaurant, got a table and sat down but when I got up to order the burgers was in a que for 12 or more minutes due to only one till being opened at 1.45pm! The order was taken and delivered correctly, the burger was good and the chips not bad! Over all it was good value but the venue lacked interest and ambiance was stale! The service was also not on par to other GBK establishments.

Quite a small location and gets crowdwd at lunch but turnover is fast and one never has to wait too long for a table. Can't book

I've been here once and was a good experience. Good food and nice place. The only negative thing is that the way you have to order the food reminds me of a McDonald's or cheaper place

The burgers were good quality but the buns not as good as they could have been. The staff seem a little inexperienced and forgot to bring the fries so we had to go and remind them. All in all, I'd say this branch of GBK is not as well presented as others and I probably wouldn't return.

Can get extremely busy at lunch times. Going a bit later is recommended. Service is not always the quickest, but can vary. Watch out for tips getting added on, even when you have asked for it to be left off.

Very nice milkshakes. Burgers come out in good time. Service nice enough. Prices are a little high for what you get though

I would've left immediately if I hadn't been with family. Staff who didn't appear to have a clue who should be at the door then we were "greeted" by a rude blonde girl who asked how many there were of us, sneered and turned around and walked off without saying anything. Then served by another girl at the counter who couldn't muster a smile or say thanks. The food came quickly but wasn't particularly nice, rock hard bacon in 2 of the burgers, random hard bits...

Excellent and tasty chicken burger. The ambience of the restaurant is fantastic and we felt satisfied.

Went to the restaurant in Canary Wharf early evening in early December - was not that busy. Service was v good, food delivery was superfast, but as the burgers were cold, makes me suspicious that they were not freshly cooked, possibly poorly re-heated? Even the fries were luke warm, and the sparkling elderflower like fizzy water. Despite telling the server, who said she would speak to the manager, manager could not be bothered to speak to us, so we left. Wrote a note to their website, but no contact - such lack of customer care by GBK, will not visit again, would not recommend.

Food ok but unfortunately the onions in the burger were like a piece of gaffer tape completely inedible. Toilets unclean would probably not go back.

One of my most ordered and visited places in Canary Wharf. The burgers are tasty and one can expect consistently good food which is key in such chains. The skinny fries are also very good. Staff are friendly and service is quick.

I used the GBP app which is really good way of ordering during busy lunch hour. Burger was OK. I used to like it more. Not sure if my taste has changed or the burger got worse. It was so busy they lost the 15 min order challenge and I got a free burger in my next visit.

I've visited multiple sites over the years including this one. Last night i went there with my wife and brother in law and had the "major tom" with an extra egg and a side of sweet potato chips. first of all the sweet potato chips were sitting under the hot light when i placed the order ( from where i was sitting i could see) i placed the order and sat down. When the food arrived and you could see that the spuds weren't fresh. i complained and what she did was swap for the other portion under the hot light.second of all i could tell the burgers were pre done and i asked for medium and they came well done. The egg was overdone by miles and again i could tell it had been pre cooked. anyways, had my meal went home and i was sick all night. very terrible experience! I always recommend GBK to friends and family but now i wont be visiting the canary wharf site anytime soon.

we did not eat in gourmet burger canary wharf, but made an order for delivery at the comedy club ,along with about 200 others , one 6o/z cheese and bacon one bacon and avocado two portions of chips and a portion of onion rings , great burgers, chips could have done with some salt but good, and nice large onion rings, they done very well with loads of orders and to get it to the comedy club still hot , well done ,very good .the comedy side of things. very good compare and four good comics with one stand out Ian stone ,I think that was his name, great night £12 well spent. two bottles of very good red wine two wash it all down all the food , great way two spend a Wednesday night.

We went in on a Sunday for lunch, the place was not too busy and we were seated quickly. The food arrived fast and staff were courteous enough. The food on the other hand was just ok. There was nothing special. I've been to GBK before but not for a while now. I seem to remember it tasting better. The bun was a bit dry and the burger wasn't very flavoursome. The sweet potato chips were nice and so was the peanut butter milkshake.

Food is fine, service uninspired but fortunately you can order from your table on the GBK app so you don't have to put up with the staff too much.

Fabulous place for a lunch. It started with the waitress at the greeting area being extremely polite and cheerful which she continued on with throughout our visit. Being our first time there she helped with our order and checked everything was ok through out.My wife had a salad which she enjoyed very much. I had the Kiwi Burger which was great but the best part were the sweet potato fries. Best I have ever had.All in all a great place.

This was our first visit to GBK, we weren't disappointed. There was a great choice of burgers to suit all tastes. I would definitely visit again.

Honestly I hear a lot about the quality of the burgers but I was less than expected.The paty is realy small for the price and quality not more than average.

GBK in Canary Wharf is a cracking place to go for a real decent burger meal. The blue cheese and bacon burger is mighty. The sweet potato fried with baconaise is legendary. The milkshakes arrive in chilled metal cups.Great for kids too, they have a kid's menu and offer 'doodle stuff' for kids to mess around with.They also do some nifty craft beers as well, and the alcoholic ginger beer is quite refreshing.Over all an excellent burger place.. you don't leave GBK still hungry... ever!

Geralmente eu vou ao Byron para comer burguers em Londres, mas estava a muito tempo querendo provar o GBK. ADOREI. Pedi o blue cheese burguer, maravilhoso, Excelente o creme de blue cheese. Veio no ponto certo. Pedimos uma porcao de batata doce frita, uma delicia tb. O burguer eh tao grande que fiquei o dia todo. Super indico, e quero muioto voltar, pq eles tem mto mais opceos que o Byron. So nao leva 5 pontos, pq nao tem servico de mesa, vc precisa ir solicitar td o quer no balcao, e isso acaba nao sendo sempre agradavel.

This time I had my wife with me. She loved the baconaise with the sweet potato fries, and liked having options other than beef. The milkshake we shared was just what we needed after a long day of wandering around the city

We had a lovely lunch break after shopping in the Jubilee Plaza. Lovely atmosphere, decor, staff, food delicious, one of the best burgers indeed by far. Great Sides too to accompany your meal, great for sharing a variety, will visit again.

Big sign in front of restaurant that you have to wait to be seated, you can wait there forever...easier to take menus and find your table, on you way you can grab some tap water that taste like fairy and dirty glasses.When you try to order, staff is impolite and seems like they don't want to be there. On top of everything they will forgot to put your order through so you will wait and wait for your food, and when you remained them, they will roll their eyes. Managed to get dry and tasteless burger in the end, go me!

One of the coolest GBK brunches. Staff are always nice and service is quick and polite, doesnt matter if you are staying in or taking away. Classy burger with skinny fries. Must try.

I wouldn't contemplate giving a restaurant review and rating it as terrible, because it would suggest that there was nothing good about the experience, but based on my last experience there I think it is justified.Arrival - there is always loud music playing at the front of the restaurant so I asked for a quiet table, which I didn't think was unreasonable. The waiter laughed at me and treated us like a joke. He then put us on a corner table crammed in at the back, so that when people walked behind us they kept brushing past my chair.Ordering - the first server couldn't work the till and just walked off without explanation. The second server told us they had no Coca-Cola. Apparently they'd run out in the morning, so on the previous evening they must have known the wouldn't have enough to see them through the next day. I can't imagine they'd not be able to get supplies in had they ordered the night before. Poor planning.Food - of the three meals, two were medium burgers, one well done. But the well done was indistinguishable from the medium burgers. The burgers were lukewarm at best, the buns cold. The skinny fries were cold when they arrived and particularly flavourless and unpleasant. The coleslaw curiously arrived without any mayonnaise so was just a tangle of limp red onion and carrot.On every possible level the staff just seemed to demonstrate that they didn't care and based on some of the other recent reviews I can see that this place is declining, and the current management aren't particularly bothered about serving terrible food and providing poor service. Please avoid this place.

Went for a burger with sweet potato fries today. What a disappoitment!It used to be my favourite place for a burger but since my last visits over the last 4 months, the quality of their ingredients is just not there anymore. Buns are cheap and the meat too. I love sweet potato fries but not empty fries! How they do it I have no idea. I have noticed the same problem in other restaurants across London. Too many cooks, not enough chefs.

Nice burgers, you can create your own one. The one in Canary Wharf is in the shopping mall, below the office area. Great place for a tasty lunch.

Went for a late lunch today with a friend from work, we normally go to Byron but decided to try out GBK despite the mixed reviews.Let me assure you, it's rubbish.The patties tasted as if I took the sole of my shoe and put it on the grill. The bun was just ordinary an broke quite easily.I love onion rings but these were horrible on taste,texture and the way they were battered although I liked the presentation of a skewered upright look.Seriously if your looking for a good Burger joint, avoid GBK and head down to shake shack, Byron or five guys.

I have been back to GBK once since Byron opened, on the ill advised wishes of a colleague. If you have any special requirements when you order, prepare for disappointment. The beef lacks seasoning, as do the staff - all in all a waste of great potential. I'm sure I'll re-sample this place sometime in the future, but hopes will be suppressed.

I ordered a small veggie burger and the famous skinny fries - very good and fast service. Staff was very polite and was very prompt in taking away our plates. The place never disappoints me ! Will go back again.

Lunch with colleagues. Seated immediately. Choose food, note table number, order at till. Extensive menu. Lunch special deal with option to upgrade to a bigger burger. We all went for the lunch deal, some upgraded, some didn't. Prompt service. Confusion over the standard lunch deal and the upgrade. Waiter had to go back to kitchen to confirm which was which. To be honest we couldn't tell the difference. Be careful of the prices. The menu actually states prices FROM, so ended up more expensive than anticipated. I had the chicken burger and chunky fries. It was okay, nothing special. Colleagues had the classic burger and said it was very nice. Around £10 for an 'upgraded' tepid chicken burger, a few chunky fries and lemonade. Not sure I'd return.

Been spoilt by the number of great burger joints in Hong Kong so going back to UK I was disappointed by this place. Went for the habanero and the burger was too dry. Had chips and a ginger beer. Total close to GBP20 - for this I would expect a much better quick bite.Many other options in CW.

Dropped in for a quick bite while returning from Greenwich. The quality of the food was terrific. I would recommend to anyone who likes a good burger to give them a try. The service was good as well.

I tried this as it is a NZ brand and after living in Oz hoped it would be like Grill'd there but....in my opinion it wasn't. I am a Byron regular and in my opinion Byron beats GBK hands down. As it was my first time I didnt know there was the lunch special and the girl at the counter didn't tell me about it (even though what I ordered was in the lunch deal) and i only noticed after i ordered that if i had just ordered the small side I would have saved £5 on the deal. That was annoying.

Really good burgers and choice of extras. Good for a quick lunch or a visit with kids. Only downside is having to order at the bar counter - which takes some coordination with kids and any splitting of the bill amongst parties - would prefer waiter service from the start.

There is nothing spectacular about the food nor the service. The restaurant to too loud for you to have a conversation especially if its in the evening. The value for money is not that great.

GBH in Canary Wharf is the only restaurant in the world I have ever asked for my money back, simply because the food was vile. Imagine, if you will, a Birds Eye beefburger left to thaw until it becomes soft enough to mould, then microwaved long enough for the cheese to melt but not enough to let the burger fat warm up. The offering before me was a mess of blood and lukewarm fat which was bad enough but I asked for the burger to be well done. A polite word with the manager started with an offer to cook the remains (I took a big bite before carefully disposing of it into a napkin) and then an offer for another burger. To GBHs credit their staff are very polite and try to be helpful, but for the love of food do not know how to read their customers, instead going through rote trying solutions. The second burger proved as wretched as the first and I decided to call it a day. I do hope it was a fluke and they're not all this bad but in Canary Wharf one shot is all you get

Went here for lunch while visiting this part of London, however prices was a bit expensive for what you get, I wouldn't of minded the prices and it would of justified it if the portions were bigger I eaten much bigger burgers many places even the portion of chips were average size despite opting for the 'large' portion and not the 'small' portion, imagine how much (or how little) you get on the small portion chips lol & fact you have to go up to the till to order - that's so Nando's ! despite the size, the portions is enough for me as I am not one of these big eaters / man vs food type person but is that the point ?, on the plus side in terms of quality it is one of the better burgers I eaten opposed to last few I eaten in Essex & they do ask you how you like your burger which not many places asked me before. Despite having lot worse restaurant experiences than this, all in this didn't meet my expectations let alone exceeded them, however unless it is a shockingly bad experience first hand I always give places another chance...The service is good though, would I visit again ? Yes and if (I mean 'IF') they have some sort of deals (or could be I missed it when I was here) however I would try few other new places before returning here or any other GBK.

Expensive for what is, at best, a very average hamburger. If you want a good burger at lunch, try Goodman steakhouse. Shake was good.

This restaurant is always busy, but always delivers with a high standard. The foods are always reliable and the staff are always smiling and efficient. My colleagues and I go there quite often for lunch. To be recommended.

Food not up to standard. Very pricey for what it is. Don't get me wrong the location is ok, but I would never go again.

Let's face it. You can only do "fish and chips" so often. There comes a time when you need a big meaty burger and a milkshake. This is the spot. Plenty of choices on how you can get your burger, from exotic combinations to something plain. The milkshakes are great, and I would highly recommend the sweet potato fries (with bacon-mayo) to dip them in. The burger was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of char. The brioche bun was nice and fresh. Just make sure to have extra napkins. I gave it only 4 stars simply because the aforementioned meal set me back $30, and I wasn't offered any of the peanuts to munch on while I waited for my burger. It also seemed a bit strange to be seated and handed a menu, and then have the server come back to ask if I was ready to order and when I said I was, I was told to get up and walk to the back of the restaurant, where she then met me at the cash register and took my order. Simple menus and good value. Burger was good and can recommend the onion rings. Kiwi sauce a tad too sweet, but red sauce great. Serving staff helpful. What one would expect from a fast food joint.

The food is better than that served by McDonalds by quite a lot, but it is still in the category of Fast Food for us. I did not like the very skinny fries, but that's just a personal preference. The pricing is, unfortunately a bit high, but then again it is in the middle of Canary Wharf, so I can understand.I would go there again, but only if I'm craving a burger

Perfect place for burgers with a fine dining appeal. They have some interesting varieties of burgers and definately great quality. I especially loved their rosemary flavored thin fries...something different

A bit too fast food for me. Messy and really struggle to see this as gourmet. However I would say the burgers were not bad. Staff were hard working and pleasant but a bit harassed. I guess that's what you should expect in a burger bar.

Simple solid burger joint short menu with lively atmosphere. Choose your burger and head up to pay and order then pick up some monkey nuts, all quite fun. Good service using I think a peg which is left on your table then mid meal a server asks how things are and removes the peg . Simple and effective service. Burgers £9-10 so not costly.

Visited GBK Canary Wharf on Friday evening, although I had booked a table I think we may have been able to be seated without pre-booking. I ordered the cheeseburger with truffle cheese fries, it was delicious!! The staff were very friendly and the service was quick, I will definitely visit again!

Went here for lunch while visiting this part of London, overall the prices was a little on the high side for what you get (or could be that I am not from London hence not use to the 'London prices') & fact you have to go up to the till to order - that's so Nando's ! however the portions is enough for me as I am not one of these big eaters / man vs food type person, on the plus side in terms of quality it is one of the better burgers I eaten opposed to last few I eaten in Essex & they do ask you how you like your burger which not many places asked me before. The service is good though, would I visit again ? Yes and maybe they have some sort of deals (or could be I missed it when I was here) however I would try few other new places before returning here.

We Ordered and all was going well, drinks arrived and then within minutes our burgers arrived with a muffled explanation that our side orders would follow. 10mins later they still hadn't arrived and our burgers were then cold. We had to ask a waitress where our side orders were and when they arrived one order of fries were hot and the other was cold. We asked if they could be reheated so the manager came to ask what the problem was, when we explained she gave us a full refund and a fresh order of food.......excellent customer service!!

Went in for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the veggie burger. One of the best I've tasted apart from home cooked. Busy place and fast turn around. Clearly a popular choice with business people for a fast but quality meal. Worth a visit.

Great food great service and great locations!! At first found a little tricky to find maybe more signage to let people know where they are. Definitely recommended to friends!

A self service diner, you help yourself to water glasses and sauces, order your meal at a counter then its delivered really quickly. The food is simple fresh and plentiful. Its a jean and T shirt casual affair but the food is good

Visited this restaurant on our way to a concert at the O2. We prefer to eat at Canary Wharf as it's so close to the O2 but you are away from the super busy restaurants. Freshly cooked burger - pleasant service and no wait for a table. Would recommend.

Put of for life Awful no value for money overpriced undercooked fries at the bottom n burnt 1s at the top.Sauces payed for not given so had to show my receipt. Burger was simply basic and no way worth £10 ahead I've had far better burgers from a burger van the quality well watery lettuce wet bun which I didn't eat.

Love the burgers, shakes and some good craft beers.Not keen on waiting time to get in, especially if there are more than 2 or 3 in your party.

Came Sunday lunch time and it wasn't to busy.It was the first time I have been to GBK so the staff explain the order process.I'm not a big fan of going to order your food at the counter then going to sit down.If you are out in a restaurant paying restaurant prices I expect to be served.I had the taxidriver burger with a side of slaw and my partner had the Salvador burger with sweet potato chips.My burger was good nice flavour and well presented. My partners burger had a bit to much Salsa which made the paprika flavour a bit over powering.Over all a good experiance and I would go back if I was in the area.

Nice variation in Taste, however too much cheese all the way and smoked buns.Burgers need Tomato ketchup which was surely missing.Peanuts were the highlight, eat as many as u can.

GBK is a good choice for a burger, especially in canary wharf.great service and food and prices are quite good.I visited the place with a friend: he enjoyed his burger and i ordered a veggie option and enjoyed that too.Onion Rings also are awesome!Will definitively Come back!
