Restaurant adjoining the novotel (convenient for novotel guests). We were very well received and served by Zuzanna and Yenesis. The dishes were delicious and the desserts generous. Recently renovated restaurant (modern decoration). I highly recommend.

A Unique and Unforgettable Experience at The Restaurant Paolozzi Beer & Kitchen (Novotel Edinburgh Park) I discovered Paolozzi Beer & Kitchen through an Instagram video that immediately caught my attention, and I’m so glad I decided to visit. We went there for a meal, and the experience was truly unique and unforgettable. The restaurant, Paolozzi Beer & Kitchen, is beautiful and modern, with a charming and welcoming atmosphere. What made the visit even more special was the outstanding customer service. I want to give a special mention to Jon and Yenesis for their exceptional attention and care. All the staff members were incredibly professional and friendly—unfortunately, I don’t remember all their names, but every one of them contributed to making our experience so memorable. The restaurant is just 10 minutes from the city centre by tram, which makes it very accessible. The menu was great, the ambiance perfect, and the staff truly exceptional. We’re already planning to come back with family and more friends. I highly recommend this place!

While on a Trafalgar tour through Ireland and Scotland, dined in and spent time in the bar. The food, service, bar and dining area were all enjoyable while staying in Edinburgh.
