I recently visited Gorilla Munch and ordered a Sweet Mojo Jojo smash burger and a chicken burger, and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic! The burgers were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and truly hit the spot. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making their food delicious and fresh. What made the experience even better was the exceptional customer service. Ilyas, the staff member who took my order, was incredibly kind and helpful. He guided me through placing my order online and made the whole process so easy. On top of that, he went the extra mile by giving my baby a free fruit shoot, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Great food and outstanding service—I highly recommend Gorilla Munch and will definitely be coming back!

Tried 8th wonder (chicken baguette) and beast titan (beef baguette), liked it. Proper desi flavour. All halal. Didn’t like the Godzilla (5x patty beef burger). Located near primark/boots.

Called here this lunchtime. First time. We both had the sloppy Joe (I think it's called that..) was fantastic. Full of flavour and seasoning. Service was first class, and passed on our thanks at the time. Fairly priced as well. Can highly recommend if you're in Birmingham Centre. Thank you once again

Bought from here before, so I know it can take a while for your order to be made. Decided to order online and do click and collect, so I could go pick some stuff up from the shops nearby and walk over when its ready. I placed my order 1:55 and set my collection time for 2:30. Was finished at the shops for 2:30, but I looked on my order and it still said it was preparing the order. No big deal. I waited 5 more mins and checked again and it said order is ready to collect. Took me 1 min to walk over and the woman told me “its been ready for 20 minutes”. I told her the order has only said “ready to collect” just now, and I set my pick up time for 2:30, but she just paid me no mind. Was really rude actually, because now my foods cold and its their fault. Why are you allowing customers to choose a pick up time if you’re just going to ignore it and make the food asap? I didn’t tell you to make it 20 mins before pick up time did I?

Food was very nice and delicious. Cheesy Mr Tweeny burger was tasty, soft and melted in my mouth. Good size burger and one of the best I’ve had in the area. Fries were decent. Chilli cheese bites were slightly over fried but apart from that would definitely recommend this place!!!👍🤌

Noor served me, and my wife and I were treated horribly. We love the taste and food and are regular customers, but upon taking an extra fork, noor treated me really rudely saying that i should’ve asked him before taking an extra fork. Not a nice way to treat your customer over a disposable fork.

Rude server whenever it gets slightly busier between 4-6pm. Main complaint is regarding the piss poor portion of the medium chicken salad. The service fluctuates and you gotta be picky about what you order. Not worth it for delivery service or takeaways.

My wife ordered "Ceasar is Home". My review is based on this order only. It is an ordinary burger at best. Saw them in youtube so we thought we should try. We shouldn't have. It is pricy & salty. The taste of patties is not there. Either too soft or crumbly. It feels like we are biting through layers of soggy breads. No resistance at all. The patties is thin, tasteless, overpowered by the sauces. Maybe other burgers could be good but "Ceaser is Home" is a hype.

After waiting 25 mins for a chicken burger, the member staff tried to not give me my order as I did not have a receipt ( which he did not give me) . I showed him that I had paid (mind you he literally Served me!). Only when I would not leave did he finally give me the meal that I literally paid for.

Came here during the week after seeing various reviews on social media and wanted to give it a try. Ordered the hot harambe burger as a meal the burger was okay but the smash patties were a little dry for my liking, the addition of Cheetos to the burger did give it a nice crunch. Overall it was okay but did expect a little better for the price

Best burger and fries period, the combination of freshly made smash burger, seasoned beautifully with exotic sauces if you chose is outstanding. Portions are huge never disappointed with every visit, highly recommended the Algerian sauce on both burger and fries you'll be in heaven.

Apparently they serve real gorilla in their burgers which would explain why the meat is so tough

Good concept, however missed the mark with the food and service. The guy taking the order was very one dimensional and couldv’e shown abit more passion and enthusiasm. Ordered the 4oz smash burger meal, smash patties didnt fit the bun & was very sloppy and half way through the burger it started falling apart, however it did taste good, fries were nice and crispy but was only given one algerian sachet i dont even load up with sauce but even i finished the dip after a few bites. Price is decent for city centre at around the £8-£12 for a meal. A few tweaks and it could be a really nice food spot!
