False advertising, they don't serve bottomless pizza! The pizza we did get was burnt to crisp after taking over an hour, the restaurant was empty so no excuse. Everything about our experience was disappointing, avoid.

Glad pizza wings and dirty fries and a couple of cocktails. All were great and good value for money. Our server was attentive friendly and knowledgable

We came here because we are fans of Gordon Ramsay, however, this restaurant doesn't live up to his standards at all. While the pizza was good, the staff was really, really slow, the tables were messy and the toilets were a total disaster.

NO BOTTOMLESS PIZZA! Despite it saying all over their website that they do bottomless pizza with no rules. What a con! They apparently no longer do bottomless pizza and Georgia the manager said that their website clearly states this…. I disagree. Considering Gordon Ramsey put his name to this place I am shocked. More like Gordon Ramseys kitchen nightmares! It’s dirty, the staff were leaning over our meals to hand other people at the table their food instead of just walking round. They were not attentive, they checked on us once, the food was greasy and didn’t seem fresh. Extremely disappointed, definitely don’t waste your time or money here for grey chicken on a greasy pizza.

This place is distinctly average. The main idea is that you can sign up for 'bottomless pizza' (£16). Then servers will come and bring you slices of different pizza flavours until you're full. (Alternatively, you can order an individual pizza.) I went for the bottomless pizza option. There is a surprisingly small range of pizza flavours and some of them aren't that great. In fairness, a couple were nice. You also have to wait a while for new slices to arrive at the table. So I won't be going back.

Dirty! Tables unclean and toilets horrendous. Disgusting pizza, worst I’ve ever had. Options very limited and pizza flavours were not nice! Unsure who possibly staff with sprained ankle hopping around restaurant and made a noise bouncy about from kitchen into dining area. Left after around 20minutes. Service slow, served one average slice of pizza at a time around every 5minutes. Given 1 slice of each flavour to try all together so you are offered around 5 average very very thin slices of pizza. (£16) Horrendous experience worst place I’ve ever dined. Embarrassing for Gordon Ramsey to have his name on the restaurant. Only nice thing to say was a politish waitress (only one serving restaurant). Would never visit again and would never recommend to anyone unless they want to be very disappointed.

I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay I have watched every episode going so coming here was defo on my to-do list. Entrance - Very easy to find, Georgia welcomed us with open arms from the moment we got there - lovely lady! Food - We ordered the Bottomless Pizza £16pp which was nice, I wish there was more choice of pizza as there was only 5 to choose from and you have to wait for the waiters to come round and give you the pizza so sometimes you’re sat there waiting to eat but nevertheless it was nice! Pepperoni was my favourite! We also ordered some wings! Street hot sauce and Hotter than hell wings! 10 wings for £16.50 was a bit much but I cannot lie, it was worth every penny. The wings were made from fresh and the sauces were to die for. The best wings I have ever tried - NO pink in the middle! Drinks - My partner ordered a cocktail, can’t remember the name but it must’ve been nice as he drank it in one go! I ordered a glass of Chenin Blanc which was lovely! Decor - Decor was nice, very modern and sharp. I wouldn’t change anything about it. Cleanliness - Very clean, the toilets were also very clean too. Customer service - Was amazing! Georgia was so friendly, informative and down to earth. Her knowledge of the menu and attentiveness overall really made the experience 10/10! Overall - Was dining for about an hour. Would I return? Absolutely! Georgia is a great credit to this restaurant and because of her I would definitely return, she knows her stuff and was so kind to us throughout it all. Thanks to Georgia I look forward to coming back!

Went with the family because heard good things about it . The food was really good , Pizza was amazing and bottomless , wings was delicious kids loved the free arcade games !! And of course milkshakes. good valve . The manger in there Georgia was really friendly and helpful . She couldn’t do enough for us thank you . Great service and food

Absolutely awful pizza; no better than a frozen, under cooked pizza from Lidl. Never again will I waste my money there
