Just a low quality food and tiny portions for the price .. staff not higenic at all

Do not order from here! I ordered a simple pizza meal, (plain pizza) and added a comment that I'm a vegetarian, so could I swap the chicken for some extra chips. I received a chicken and mushroom pizza. Called them up and let them know, and they said they would send a replacement, they sent out basically the same pizza again! I managed to catch the driver and spoke to him about it, he was kinda rude, and forced the pizza into my hands and said take it.

about half the time me or my friends order food we’ve had to go and complain , my friends asked for a donna kebab wrap and they gave her a chicken wrap, i ordered a pizza and went to take it back because there was a hair in it and they stared getting defensive and aggressive the lady there is so rude and disrespectful and she tried to ban my friend from the place because she complain about her food when it’s not her fault that they can’t do there job properly

Waited 20 mins for the chicken wings, but it was worthwhile. £5 for 10 wings in this economy??? The wings are cheaper and taste better than the ones from KFC

The BBQ saused chicken were severely oversalted, fried chicken wings were cold, pizzas were really average. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just ordered for delivery and they forgot the chips, so I rang them up 4 times cause they put the phone down on me 3 time and they said I need photo evidence that they are missing and that if I want my chips I'll have to place another order that's over £9 for delivery and they'll give me extra chips. Never again

I went to ask for a part time kitchen job. Having been there for 2 hours, this is my key takeaway: no one cares for the hygiene or customer at all, the atmosphere is really terrible, no sense of communication. After experiencing this I decided, I would rather be unemployed than working there.

Cold chicken. Asked not to have a chicken leg twice just to make sure. Fries were not great. Cheese burger would of been alright but was covered in mayo. Never had mayo on a beef burger in my life

The woman who severs me has a bad stinking attitude and very rude and to top it off when I got home I had loads of stops of green mould all over my naan would never eat there again just looks dirty

Ordered chicken meal deal and medium sized pizza and waited in shop for my order to be processed to my shock one off the staff sneezed and wiped her nose with her hand and carried on making my order so I said excuse me is that my order your preparing she said yes I said you have just sneezed and wiped your nose and mouth with your hand Wash your hands she looked at me In shock then giggled to her colleague and made no effort to wash her hands I cancelled my order asked for my money back and left the shop

Eat here if you want uncooked food, One of the employees who served me got my order wrong. Even after I explained serval times that I wanted 6pc not 10pc and then he goes to say that I’m wrong and that I said 10pc I even ask surrounding customers and they all said I asked for 6pc even the other day I asked for a doner wrap and wings and they give me a doner batch and chips without wings . Another issue is Customer service i go back to say the food is not cooked but they go on to say it’s just the oil or it’s just the box that the chicken is in . I’ll say it What does that even mean ? I’ll say it again do not eat here unless you want the wrong order every time you come here or uncooked food if your lucky you get both.

Terrible customer service. Horrible staff that can’t speak English so you get passed around the whole team trying to sort out your issues. Given me the wrong order twice in one week and argued with me for 20 minutes after I had to come all the way to the shop to rectify their mistake both times. Don’t order food from here, you’ll regret it. It’s annoying because their food is good but the delivery time and the lack of accountability when they’re clearly in the wrong is insane. Got the 7 inch pizza deal. Fries are so crispy, cheese on the pizza is nice. Worth the price and fast service.

For the sake of your health and taste buds, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The burgers and wings I tried were, without a doubt, the most disappointing culinary experience I've had. I recommend either preparing your meals at home or exploring other dining options for a more satisfying and enjoyable food experience!. God help me! 🤢🤮

After ordering online at 5.50pm to be told our order would arrive by 6.50pm, after 2 phone calls and a further 40 mins, our order arrived luke warm by the arrogant and rude driver who snatched the food back and told my partner to f..k ..f, I am disgusted at how we were treated I would not recommend goody's at all

Ordered 5 pieces of chicken along with a fillet burger meal and a chicken strip meal. Numerous long hairs discovered in the batter on the chicken pieces obviously this is the most serious incident. Chicken strip meal seemed to be re heated dry tough chicken. Chicken fillet meal was ordered without salad but came with salad. We have been regular users for a number of years but will most certainly not be using this takeaway again.

If you order through Uber Eats it's £1.3 for delivery and service. Great value for nyone nearby

Ordered at 6:05pm, no sign of it at 7:05 so called up. "Yours is next, driver will be leaving in 5 minutes." Half hour later and still nothing, so call up again to be told driver is on the way, but too late now so cancelled and refunded. Granted they did, but over 90 mins for a small pizza and chips is ridiculous. Not the first time we've ordered and had a very long wait.

I came here about 3 weeks ago and ordered some wings, that night I was sick everywhere after eating them but thought it might have been from something else, came here again today and have been non stop being sick again from the same wings will never be going back again!

Always fresh food. Burgers are good, but not extra ordinary. I liked fresh chicken, wings and fires. Chicken tikka pizza is also tasty. They have halal meat.

Ate one bite from the peri peri chiken and tears flowed from my eyes. A truly enlightening experience. My life hasn't been the same, no chicken will ever live up to the god's gift that is Goody's Grill and Pizza.

Shocking .. pizza was delivered 2 and half hours late stone cold n like rubber !! Rang up to complain they told me to come to the shop to have a bare knuckle boxing match in the street if I wanted my 16 quid back ! I couldn't believe what I was hearing all that over a cold cheese and tomato.. In the end I gave my dog the pizza, and by the look on his face he thought it was rank too. Never again ..

Wow, no food delivered but still charged, can’t believe was told they gave my food to the wrong driver, I know mistakes happen but goody’s customer service was really really bad, no apologies, no food and still charged, now had to register a dispute with my bank to get my money back, will NEVER use again

I ordered my food at the counter, I was the only person there, and was told that food would be 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes while observing what I thought was my food, as they'd already prepared most of my order, to be told that they didn't have what I had in stock and said they'd cook me a burger instead which would be 5 more minutes. When I asked to speak to a manager he kept repeating I've already told you it will be 5 more minutes. The manager approached and they had a full conversation in another language, despite the fact that both have spoken competent English when I've been in before. She listened to my complaint, didn't take any interest in it and walked away. I cancelled my order and got my money back.

Horrible staff don’t go made me pay £5 for 2 small chicken and chips very unhygienic don’t weare gloves no chair and the lady scratched her bum and made my food.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Found an insect within the mayo dip, called to speak to the restaurant and was not offered any type of apology. Would recommend for anyone thinking about eating here to go elsewhere.

WORST PIZZA IVE EVER TASTED. More toppings which were poorly chopped up than the actual cheese! Didn’t even taste the cheese. No dip? It’s a standard to provide at least one dip with any pizza and since it was so dry the only thing that forced the food down was the drink that came with it. No napkins as well, and the pizza was not a 9 inch! Stop falsely advertising. £9 gone out of my packet after fasting a whole day at uni. NEVER AGAIN

So many bad things but where to start!! Placed an order at 7:30pm on the website for delivery which stated it would arrive at 8:30pm. The food was finally delivered at 9:45pm by which point the food was cold. I had called the staff several times to locate my order and their communication skills both towards myself and their delivery driver was appalling! I ordered a vegetarian meal and was disgusted to find a box of 2 pieces of chicken in my order, as well as my order being wrong. The staff didn’t see the severity of this and when I asked what they would do to rectify it, they seemed so blasé. The staff member took my email address and said she would pass it onto the manager but in turn, asked if I could call tomorrow to remind her to do this!! This is absolutely disgusting customer service, I should NOT have to remind her to do her own job! Completely disappointed with the whole experience.

Excellent Pizza's made fresh from order and BBQ version is very tasty. Wide variety of chicken products available and the southern fried coating is very Crispy.

I liked Goody’s chicken until I noticed that the cashier recieved the money for the order and with the same dirty hands put the ingridients in burger!

Pizza was very hit and miss, chicken was average and fries were decent. Overall decently priced food, can go wrong if your hungry.

Great customer service, food quality needs some development. Pros + Staff are friendly and serve food very quickly. + They have a high hygiene rating. + Half pounders are quite good Cons - Usually chicken pieces taste good, but latest purchase tasted and smelt of CIGARETTES. Staff need to ensure food and chicken boxes are handled safely and hygienically. - spicy chicken wings gave me a very bad stomach ache. The spices used may be old.

We always order from Goodys they do the most amazing jalapeno flamers they are always on time and the food is always hot - best of all it is excellent value for money!!

Reasonable prices but very hit and miss with the quality. Burgers & chicken are usually fine but the pizzas very. I’ve had pizzas that are perfectly cooked and others that are either dripping with grease or slightly doughy in the middle.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. After paying for food over the phone, we never received our items. We were then told we would have to pay again! Not sure why we would want to pay twice for a meal we’ve already ordered and bought! We’ve been scammed of our money as they refuse to refund or even give us our food! The staff are very rude and were happy to argue about this - they don’t understand the concept of customer service. Would advise to stay away!

I ordered online for delivery on Goody's website, my order was not confirmed however the money was taken from my account. I phoned them to ask about this and was told quite rudely that I would have to pick my food up (which I did not want to have to do). He then said that the order did not go through, to which I said I would like my money back. The staff member was then very rude to me and gave my abuse down the phone and refused to give me my money back, or my food I have already paid for. They then hung up the phone and did not answer when I tried several times to ring back. I am not impressed and won't be ordering from here in the future, the lack of competency from the staff is disgusting and needs looking into as this is not how a business should be run.

Use this place as a go to for the odd takeaway and have done for a year or so. Man who often serves me and has done over the past year or so turned me away because I just had card and not cash - clearly don’t care about customers returning. Idiots.

They are ready to eat take away food centre both veg n non veg. Prepared in short time. Have very good meal deals under 12 pounds. I liked thier French fries the most, they are much better than mcD and veg burgers were also good. Neatly maintained space.

hygiene mis hap, been coming ti goodies for 4 years as my financee is very fussy with her food and today they ruined it with a hair in her pizza now she will never eat there again and we are regular customers. such a shame

Food was okay. But the deilivery driver came to my house saying we can have the food for free if he could kip the night we obvs said yes cause we orded 35 quids worth of food. Unfortunatly i woke up and he was sucking me off.

Amazing food, perfectly cooked and the people are ever so friendly. Everything is fantastic. We order from Goody's every week and we have never once been disappointed or offended by the food or service. Excellent job guys

At times the chicken in the burgers are dead but over all, good food
