Went for an 89th birthday Sunday lunch Beautiful meal excellent service Highly recommended Well looked after by Margaret and all the staff

Beautiful starter, pudding good selection, main meal could not fault other than the beef ,it tasted like beef in a bag spoilt the dinner

We have had a lovely birthday Sunday lunch today, food fantastic, good portions, Margaret and Rita have marvellous customer service skills and are very experienced they are a credit to the restaurant, I would definitely recommend and we will be returning

I went today with my sister in law & Auntie & Cousins.There were 15 of us in total It had been 23 years since I had been at Good Years Pavilion We were there for our nieces wedding reception in June 1999 One of my cousins arranged today our retiree Xmas do We had a get together in June 2022 at another cousins house to celebrate her moms 91st birthday as we were unable to celebrate her 90th birthday end June 2022 Luckily Auntie was well enough to come today after being Ill Only last month November 2022 we had all been to one of her sons 60th birthday party He shares birthday with me I’m 2 years older We all had a great time all entertained by a band and disco & there was a lovely buffet Today we thought we would be entertained by a Frankie Valli tribute artist But Duncan Heather was Ill so he was unable to come to entertain us all today But the replacement was Rob Alton and he was excellent He had his own music box & he sang songs from the 1960s 1970s Lots of different groups were there A lot were up dancing on the dance floor even myself & 2 cousins did We enjoyed our 3 course meal My choice Veg soup it was delicious with bread roll with butter I chose main course of turkey & beef veg dinner followed by Lemon Cheese cake and then waitress came round with Pots of coffee & Tea I had a cup of tea ,small chocolate & tiny mince pie. People did have a choice what to have They asked us what our choice of Starter & desert This was served to us at table The main course was served by helpful friendly staff but you had to walk & que up for it Lots of other groups were elderly It would have been better if the meal was served at the tables rather then having to que up All staff including bar staff were friendly & helpful. We will most likely go there again.Always nice to meet up.

Margaret runs a fantastic restaurant The food is exceptional Would highly recommend going to here for meals or parties Thank you so very much xx
