Heads up its changed hands and is now awful

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, they made a mistake and gave us 2 chips instead. Went back to ask for the correct order and if they could refund the chips I didn’t order. They charged me for my order but didn’t refund the mistake. The burger was great and I accept there must have been a misunderstanding, but won’t be going back because I wasted money on food I didn’t order

I’m generally very picky with food, but had to post a review for this one. Hands down the best burger I’ve had in UK. Proper food, properly cooked, even the buns tasted fantastic!

Burger was fine, a 4/10 but the chicken wings were horrible!

Food so good, tasty burgers, amazing sides. I would order anything on the menu knowing it would be good. Friendly and reliable delivery service - especially late at night!!

Small mistake with my order but they rectified it as soon as I informed them - food is always great regardless!

Burger was great. Like I’d made it at home (in all the good ways) patty cooked top draw, bun was simple bread nothing fancy, fresh salad. Long wait visiting in person though, moped pickups seem to get priority. I’d order from home next time rather than just pop in.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever experienced. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The food was expected to arrive at 3:40 heard nothing until I called them at around 4. The guy on the phone was rude and gave me attitude and said it’ll come in the next 10 and hung up. So we waited outside for it to never arrive. Called them over 20 times and they continuously kept declining the call. Finally answered and said it had been delivered at this point it was 4:40 still no food. They were rude and ignorant didnt bother trying to resolve the situation and said that it had been delivered and that they had a picture of the food by the door which they didn’t. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waste of time don’t buy food from here

Horrible food, horrible staff and all in all a horrible experience. Guy on the phone thought it was good to laugh when saying they never delivered the food cuz they delivered it to a different road. He didn’t help just laughed and hung the phone up on me. Shall never go back again or order from there.

Well worth every penny! It was so good I forgot to take pictures! The hot dogs and onion rings are amazing!

Lived in brighton for 4 years and can genuinely say this is the best takeaway: - consistent food quality, always comes on time, they never cheap out on portions, fresh ingredients always & not frozen. - their food itself is tasty and has a unique blend of ingredients (their crispy chicken burger is not like any other you’ve tasted!) - the customer service is the best in brighton and has that lovely local and friendly feel. (Huge plus - so rare to find!) The chicken is halal which is fantastic otherwise I would not be able to eat here. Anyone who I show their food to immediately loves it. An underrated gem in brighton.

First time iv ordered from the Good Burger Kitchen my Son recommended them last night to give mum a night off from cooking he loves their food and said how amazing the staff and manager have been whenever hes ordered from them or has been to collect from the shop ..wow that was awesome one of the best burgers I've ever had excellent quality fresh ingredients a really large size burger with lots of generous sauses and toppings absolutely first class the service and delivery was quick food was still very hot when it arrived and the delivery lady was so polite curious and friendly I was extremely impressed with whole service and to see the delivery lady was wearing a face mask which is something that's important to customers especially those high risk to covid .. thank you so much Good Burger Kitchen for an fantastic delivery wonderful service and awesome food I will definitely be back again / ordered via Just Eat

Rotten salad grizzle and hard bits in burger WOULD NOT RECOMMEND don’t waste your money there a lot better then this out there

If you want a restaurant that goes above and beyond by the owner directly, and sells great food with a smile then good burger is the place for you. Also named after one of my favourite burger restaurant themed movies starring Keenan and Kel “hello welcome to good burger home of the good burger how may I take your order?”

Open really late and offers really nice food! The chips are fab and although it’s more pricey than a typical fast food place it’s convenient when everywhere else is shut and am never disappointed. You do have to wait around for a bit but that’s understandable!

MOST AMAZING BURGER PLACE EVER!!!!! Had the vegan burger and its was sooo juicy and delicious!! The chunky chips are thick and crispy soo rare 🥰😍😍😍 would 10000% recommend !!

My veganizer burger was almost the worst burger I’ve ever seen, probably with the cheapest patty they found in the market, one little slice of tomato and about one teaspoon of mayo, it was dry and ended up in the bin. My boyfriend’s chicken burger was much better tho. And the customer service was awful and disappointing as well.

My regular Sunday night meal.. Mexican burger with garlic/chilli prawns.. Always fantastic, lovely juicy fresh made pattys , big prawns, always piping hot when it arrives at the door, and always delivered with a smile.. Best burger in Brighton 🍔🍔🍔

Best burger in Brighton and very tasty chicken ..

Called in just by chance but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, best chips I've ever had and the burger was top quality & super tasty, would of been 5* but I ordered a halloumi burger which I thought would of been just halloumi not a meat burger. Either the menu was a little misleading or a simple mistake with order. Either way the food great & friendly service. 👍👍

Very Good Burger Kitchen! Tried this place because of the eat out to help scheme and I’ll definitely be back when the scheme is over. Burgers were amazing, great selection of sides, the staff were super friendly. Different burgers you don’t get anywhere else would highly recommend. Can’t wait to visit again xx

It was the worst takeaway I ever had. - bun was hard as rock ( clearly reheated in microwave) - beef patty was big but without any taste - lettuce, onions, gherkins were soggy and tasteless. Those ingredients in burger need to be fresh and crisp!!! Only way to make even cheap gherkins soggy and tasteless is to stick them in microwave and that is what happened here to all ingredients. I know that a lot of places try to make burger as something special and charge a lot for it...same here...but unfortunately using cheap ingredients and without any idea how to make good burger My advice would be to go and get stuff from Burger King or McDonald’s.

Absolute rubbish. My Chicago style hotdog came with absolutely nothing but salad and mayo, no relish, the bun was sliced completely through the middle so I couldn't physically pick it up without the hotdog falling out of the bottom and there was a six inch long hair on it! The driver knocked on the door after being specifically told not to, aggravating my dogs and waking up my housemates. My paprika chips, despite being more expensive than the regular ones were just dumped with paprika on top not tossed in the powder. Their burgers might be 'good' but their hot dogs are absolutely shocking. Won't be buying from these again. If I get sub par food I don't bother reviewing but this one was worth my time.
