Oh wow - I realised I needed a night off cooking and let someone else cook for me. Best choice!! This food tasted delicious. The delivery man was also really pleasant. Food arrived lovely and hot! THANK YOU!

The chow mein I kindly asked for it to be very spicy and it had 0 zero. Not happy

Ordered crispy aromatic duck, the sauce was so thick, the duck had a horrible taste of oil. Very disappointed 😞

all was good, only thing is the Singapore noodles were a bit strange. overcooked and chopped into short pieces and they had what I can only describe as a very slight cigarette smoke taste. won't try them again but everything else was worth a second go

ordered a plain omelette. The omelette was like scrambled eggs & there was more onions than egg . I couldn't eat at all. Also the driver went to the wrong address. The whole order was a complete waste of money & I'm not happy at all.

Really disappointed in the wait time here. Was told it was going to be ready at 7.30 and ended up not being ready until 8.10. Which was over an hour from ordering to being served. Need more staff and more communication as he didn’t come and ask when I entered the store. Several people served before me, I paid a good amount of money for it so expect good service but this was terrible!

Their page on here stated that if spending over £17 you would get some prawn crackers, I spent over £20 but no crackers!

A large shredded duck fried rice... with about 3 stringy bits of duck in it... no wonder it was delivered early! I ordered with crispy fried seaweed and black bean sauce, so my meal ended up being rice, sauce and seaweed for £17.16. After phoning to complain, I was told that nothing would be done about it as duck is 'very expensive' - LOL! I won't be ordering from Golden Tiger again.

chicken curry was awful, over boiled chicken, asked for no onions, got approx full onion sliced. Hate onions. crispy aromatic duck was dry and over cooked. Won't be using this resturant again. Waste of £23.19p.

Curry sauce, sweet and sour sauce was disgusting. Seaweed was disgusting. Chicken balls burnt, chips cooked more than once and didn't deliver the drink avoid

Special fried rice and beef curry ok sesame prawns on toast completely overdone I would be embarrassed to send that to a customer how do I get a refund the Sesame prawns on toast is like the chef have left it in the deep fat fryer and forgot about it then pulled it out way after it was due

Disappointing, Sweet and Sour Chicken was half prawns not chicken - I don't eat prawns. Duck in the Duck in Plum Sauce was unpleasant. Sauces were thin and watery and didn't understand why one was a pot of vinegar, Won't order from them again.

Poor Quality. Special fried rice was mainly rice which was under cooked, hardly any meat in the dish. A couple of bits of grit was also mixed in. Spring rolls were also uninspiring.

Deep-Fried Shredded Chicken was absolutely disgusting, I have no idea why you feel the need to coat it in so much sugar, and I have no idea what you did to the pineapple fritter but it was salty and the pineapple tasted off. Strange texture of chicken, definitely didn't taste fresh. Not good flavours at all for all dishes ordered! Huge shame. Free prawn crackers that were stale. Won't eat here again, first and last time, which is sad as its my local.

Amazing service from this place, food delivered on time by friendly driver. The food is great, tried a few new dishes today; the tofu satay was nice but not my style but the chow mien and sweet and sour fish went down a treat.

The crispy duck was under cooked and not ‘crispy’, but wet with no flavour. It looked disgusting! I think they have changed there chief, the quality of food is extremely poor now. The man who delivers food is extremely rude.

I've ordered twice now from this restaurant. I picked up the first time and the food was freshly prepared. Today, I ordered a delivery (came just before due time!) and again, I could tell that the food was freshly prepared. Good quality and very tasty meals, would definitely recommend. I think I've found my new go to takeaway!!!

The food was very nice. We didn't get much meat though and the sweet and sour with rice meal was at least 70% rice. It tasted so good though

My meal was spoiled because the restaurant forgot my rice. I phoned to let them know at 18:46 it is now 19:54 and I still haven't received it. So very disappointing today

Amazing delivery time and best prawn toast I've ever had - great portion sizes too. Chow mein was a little soggy and the pork balls seemed undercooked but wouldn't hesitate to order again!

Ordered lemon chicken and asked for the sauce on the side which was agreed when the food arrived the chicken was soaked in lemon sauce and tasted dry called up to complain they were very rude and would not change it shredded beef was tasteless have ordered several times before but since the new owners food was terrible will not be ordering again

Delivery man was rude on phone and did not know where to reliever my food even though we have ordered from them before. He shouted down the phone, didn't understand the word "corner" and hung up while I was speaking. I found the service very rude and upsetting. I had to ring the takeaway myself and explain where I live. It took 6 phone calls for him to understand. When he eventually arrived on a bike he made me go out to the middle of the main road to look for him rather than come to my door

Food was terrible, burnt sweet and sour, over salted chow mein and thick doughy dumplings... When we called they offer to do it again but hung up. Really disappointed in the service and quality. I'm very happy to NOT order again. A total and complete waste of money!

I did a pre order for 19:30 and my order came 1 hour early at 18:30 and I was told by the RUDE delivery driver to take it because it wasn't that early. He was yelling at me at my front door and I told him that if he was polite about it I may have taken the food early but because of how he spoke to me I told him to forget it. He then returns with the food at 20:00 and demands we pay for the food. I told him we would not as we had already ordered somewhere else. I had to threaten him with the police so he would leave. He was yelling so loudly the neighbours came outside. I am appalled with this behaviour and I strongly suggest this man receives some lessons in customer service and how you deal with the public. He should not be dealing with your customers if he continues to behave in this manner. I will not order from you ever again.

Charged me 30p 60p & £1 for chilly oil and only ended up putting it on one meal. The noodles were burnt as hell on the base. This used to be in the best chinese in se london now im not so sure. Very disappointed

I made the mistake of ordering a Thai curry from a Chinese restaurant. It was SO bad. Don't make my mistake.

The special fried rice was a bland rice with a few peas thrown in. The chicken curry consisted of small cuts of chicken in a bland sauce with some onions. The result was a rubbish meal. Verdict = One to avoid.

We live down the road, and have been meaning to try for ages. We were not disappointed - for the price, the quantity was huge and the quality was excellent. We ate until we were stuffed, and the same again the next night with the leftovers - and a bit more besides! Excited to eat again from here, would thoroughly recommend.

Collection ready on time. Good was ok, not bad, not great. Would try another takeaway before rushing back to this place.

I called because my order was a mess all covered in sweet and sour sauce. No solution was given and they hung up on me while I was explaining! I am so upset..I have never called before..not a trouble maker but I do expect to receive my order in a decent way..anyone one wants to know...I took photos of my order...what a mess!

Food took over a hour to deliver. The staff at the restaurant were pretty helpful in finding out where and what was happening with my food. When the food arrived the delivery guy tells me "My house is hard to find." gives me my food I said "Thank You" and he walked away talking to himself out loud. Not even a apology for the delay. Not a good delivery experience. Food tasted fine however when you are very hungry it's hard to be picky.

Advertisers were greasy but ok. The special chow mein lacked flavour or much else beside noodles. The sweet and sour king prawn Hong Kong style was extremely vinegary, and the sauce glutinous. Not very impressed

The food tasted brilliant but after waiting an hour for it the driver came to my door acting extremely rude, loud and aggressive because somehow the postcode was wrong. When calling the store they failed to answer. Not impressed at all!

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes - no food. Called store, say they've been busy and they'll cook my food soon. Very rude young man on the phone, who didn't care, couldn't help and told me it's not his problem. I've ordered from this store for over 6 years but would never again. Not as good delivered. They always ignore my notes when I ask for something yet in store they accommodate. Also you always get more meat in store than delivered. Yesterday the chilli shredded beef was bland and sweet not spicy- usually better.

After a hour of waiting the food finally arrived however 2 orders were wrongly delivered, when called up to complain they said there was a mixup with another order. We asked if they could then come back with the 2 other orders we had not got however they said we would have to pay for them and pay for delivery even though it was their fault. Extremely bad service as on the phone the woman refused to fix their failure and was nothing we could do apart from pay and ALSO give back the two wrong orders we got (even though we had opened the boxes up)

I have been a buyer of Chinese food to years but thought to have a change. I bought salt and pepper chicken and it was very tough and didn't have flavour. Aswell as their salt pepper prawns, they were not cooked as well as I am used to. Very pale and soggy. Apart from that their special friend rice is 4/5.

crispy salt and pepper squid and singapore noddles are great- avoid all thai curries they are dire. service is slow so be prepared to wait but the squid is worth the wait.

Don't order on a Saturday night - taken 1 hour and 10 mins and still no show.
