The best Indian experience ever! The food was absolutely amazing the service was incredible. Kingfisher on draught! Poppadoms were super fresh and condiments were great!

Went to golden moments as for a takeaway, we ordered the food and found the website very easy to use. When we picked it up the worker there was very stuck up and rude, we were welcomed in or greated, we proceeded to pay and no manners were used. We got home and started eating the food which had next to no flavour, the curry was watery overcooked chicken and tasteless. I decided to message them as I was highly disappointed with the service and food I was delivered and got a reply stating “ You said the guy running the restaurant was obnoxious and you received bad service which i cannot believe for one second as we thrive on customer service and we are renowned for the best service around. could you please give a little more detail as you wouldn’t have been there for long collecting your takeaway and you definitely wouldn’t have had much interaction except for making a card payment so how would you have bad service???” Witch I thought was very unprofessional

We ordered £90 worth of food for my 21st birthday and the chicken tikka masala which 3 of us had was awful it had no taste at all no flavour which is very strange, hardly any chicken and watery. Someone else had another chicken dish which was over cooked I am highly disappointed. :(

First time visit on my Birthday, son Archie's (11) first visit out for a curry. Staff and food was fantastic, hot not greasy, and very tasty. Great varied menu. Definitely going to return very soon. 5☆

Absolutely lovely food, nice friendly pleasant atmosphere.

Shame we are only visiting the area as this was arguably the best curry we've had this year. The lamb tarka was very good indeed

The best Indian I have ever been to in every way (including curry houses in India!). Food is gorgeous, family who run it are amazing and such a lovely setting. My family love it here and we won’t ever go anywhere else for Indian - it is perfection.

Ordered a chicken bhuna for take away, got home and had to use a kitchen towel to remove the huge layer of grease from the top. Counted 6 pieces of chicken in my meal….zero flavour, and what chicken was there, was tough and dry. I shall not be returning here.

Lovely service I ordered a takeaway. Was offered to sit at one of the tables inside whilst I waited as it wasn't very busy (Sunday night). Food was delicious! Only thing I didn't like was the mango sauce that is given alongside your dish, but that's just opinion. Would come back again!! 10/10

Excellent food, staff lovely and pleasant surroundings

I have now been to Golden Momnents 3 times in the last year with my friend who lives right behind it, and is probalby one of their best repeat customers... The reason why is quite simple,The food is exceptional, the very friendly staff and business owners make sure that you have a superb experience every time. The restaurant itself is modern, very clean and well spaced out. I look forward to travelling back in a few months time. Andy

Food was nice but my party of 4 didn’t take to the staff. They came across rude and in a rush. It just didn’t feel welcoming and due to the busyness of the place we were sat right by the door where people were standing to be seated. Can’t say I’d recommend.

We moved to the area around 4 months ago and we’ve had a GM about 8 times!! So delicious, we’ve tried something new each time and we can’t fault it. The best Indian takeaway we’ve ever had and so happy it’s on our doorstep now. We’ve only had takeaways due to treating ourselves once little one is in bed but keen to dine in when we can. Staff have always be polite and it’s busy when we have gone to collect. Can’t wait for the next one, and the one after that…

Food was good but didn't really feel welcomed, only four of us and we were repeatedly rushed to order. And asked to clear the table before we even finished desert. It didn't even seem particularly busy

Visited as a group of 4, see what all the hype was about, really nice curry, but that was all, naan bread was under cooked, we were then rushed to order, our bill was put in front of us then told we need the table back can you hurry up, all in under 1hr 45mins, bare in mind our curry took 45mins to be served, very rude, I've been to many a curry restaurant and never been asked to hurry up, very expensive compared to the rest and the cheak of a service charge, won't be back

Best Indian food around, absolutely delicious !

Good food, better than many British Indian restaurants. Generous portions with decent chunks of meat in both Lamb main courses we had. Nicely spiced and different dishes actually tasted different rather than generic. Fair prices. Busy and slightly rushed service on Saturday evening. Assume it is more relaxed at other times.

Lovely curry house. Great selection of meals. Staff are all fantastic too. They’ve quite recently refurbished the restaurant which has made a huge difference to the ambience. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good curry in Keynsham/Saltford area

First time visiting this contemporary Indian restaurant, and it more than lived up to our expectations. The stylish decor and super smart table setting were great and completely matched by the service we received throughout the night. Pickles, poppadoms and drinks sorted we were allowed to view the menus at our leasure. Mains sorted it wasn't long before they arrived and the serious business of eating began. Everyone cleared their plates of the Biriarni's, Bhuna's and Korma's they had, my lamb Madras wasn't as hot as I like it but it was so absolutely packed with flavour I wasn'tgoing to complain. My Keema nan was equally good coupled with superbly cooked Pilau rice it was a kracking meal all round. Great surroundings, great food, great value and really great service, we will definitely be back. 5 stars all the way.

Myself and my partner went here for the first time after hearing many good reviews so we thought we'd make the drive to it and we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect, the restaurant itself is very modern and clean, the staff are very friendly and professional and the food was amazing. They made both of us variations of the menu which was no trouble at all and all of it was very nice. Probably the best Tikka chicken and Chilli Garlic Naan I've had in a long while. There is no doubt we will definitely be returning again sometime soon... 👌🏻

This restaurant is the best in Bristol. Top class food, absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and fresh. I have been to many restaurants in my life but ( Golden moments) out shone all of them. I had the best experience, so did my wife and kids. We love this place and the staff are very friendly, professional and have great customer service. Wish we had found this place sooner.

Myself and partner booked a table on Sunday night 20th March 2022 after a trip to the area coming from Kent . I couldn't speak highly enough about the food and the whole experience. The food was really tasty, good quality and plentiful. The staff were friendly and chatty and happy to help. If we're ever back in the area we'd definitely return. If anyone reads this review and is thinking about booking a table, please do so you won't be disappointed. Thank you guys.

Booked a table of 4, well in advance but we were offered a corner table which was right next to the entrance. We did ask for a table inside but apparently they were booked - even though we saw people walk in and be offered them (Not a good start). The staff were friendly and knew the menu well. Starters - sticky chicken to share which was unfortunately tandoori flavoured tikka pieces in sweet/sour sauce. Mains - 3x mix grills and 1 biryani. The mix grills tasted like they were all coated with tandoori paste so it became very bland very quickly. The biryani was ok. Time for food: Terrible, it took over an hour to the point where we had to ask where it was. Would I try again? Maybe, I’ve heard good things of this restaurant and maybe we caught them on an off day. Let’s hope if you do go, this doesn’t happen to you.

The welcome was warm friendly and the staff were really helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Service was really good food was fantastic and our drinks were low and their anticipation and refill was easy and well coordinated. All in all a lovely experience and evening. Would highly recommend this place for food

Top quality service, top quality food

Food was great as always but we waited over an hour for our main meal to be served after our starter and then two of our guest had to wait longer.we paid the bill and then were quite rudely told to leave as the table was booked for the next sitting, left without finishing drink and feeling that if we had not had to wait so long for our main course the evening would have finished on a more enjoyable note. We won't be returning due to the rude way we were asked to vacate the table after we had to wait so long for our meal to be served.

Lovely ambience. High quality everything. Friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing food cooked to perfection. Best steaks in Bristol and Bath. Ask for a la carte on the website but not on the daily menu and they will cook it for you and they will cook dishes to tge heat you require. Great chef.

Orderd a couple of meals for takeaway. Very disappointed as it was my first try with this place, The food was cold and didn't have any taste to it, the sauce was very watery. Not what I expected a, but you don't what it be like till you try and will go elsewhere. Was a shame 😔

Delicious food! Not many vegetarian options though

Once again the team at Golden Moments have pulled out all the stops. The newly refurbished restaurant is currently closed for dinning in due to Covid-19 but the team have managed to get the business open and running again offering take aways only. They have taken the time they were closed to install a new kitchen and all looks amazing. We travel about 10 miles to pick up our favourite curry and have done so a couple of times during lockdown. Still the best curry in the area. Well done Golden Moments keep up the great work.

Parking limited. Only called in for a takeaway but restaurant very smart and clean. Portions good. Food quality excellent. Very busy, book in advance. Mains £7 to £8, rice £3 (Jan 2020 Takeaway prices) Shall use them again.

Lovely atmosphere, modern decor, clean & warm. Party booking available, wheelchair access. May find parking nearby busy! Staff are very helpful & friendly. The food/menu is so good & would highly recommend. I think price for what you order is reasonable cos of the potions/drinks etc. We will return!

If you have not tried this Indian Restaurant you must, once you have been you will definitely return. Warning pre book as usually full. Great food great service what more do you want.
