Absolutely would not recommend ordering from here. Food was so dry and tasted as if the chips had been warmed up. Not to mention the chips were soggy and brown. Absolutely awful

I’ve ordered tonight, the food was alright to be Honest but it was squashed when it came and both of the bbq sauce pots had been squashed resulting in going all over the boxes and a-bit of the food. Wasn’t that bothered. The driver however couldn’t be arsed to come look for us, sat at his car and wanted us to go to him when we paid for delivery. It isn’t right, if I wanted to walk 70-80 metres for my food I’d have jumped in my car and drove to get it.

Never had any problems with this takeaway or with any of the staff. They are very polite and friendly. They also remembered us from one of the first times we visited and also remembered what we like to order and how we like it cooked, which, in my opinion, is them going above and beyond even when it's not expected. The only problem I have with this takeaway is that it's closed on Mondays every week, so, we have to go elsewhere if we want takeaway on Mondays. :(

This is the only place I'll only go to such great food and the staff are always polite.

Golden Grill is hands down the best pizza take away place in the area. Their pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious, with a perfect balance of toppings and sauce. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with recommendations. The prices are unbeatable, making this place affordable for everyone. I have tried almost all their menu items, and everything I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Golden Grill to anyone craving a tasty pizza.

The cleanest takeaway pizza placeI have personally seen. This also has agood choice for vegetarians as you can choose your own pizza and calzone fillings and toppings. Staff are very nice and friendly too. Lovely food , I highly recommend.

The staff in the Golden Grill are so kind and courteous they've been extremely helpful to myself and my partner na that food is absolutely delicious would highly recommend that if you are in New Whittington or even Chesterfield you should take these guys out they are definitely definitely worth getting food from their establishment not only do they serve food but they are always asking how everyone's doing and putting others before themselves this is really good so please check out there menu which pricewise is far beyond reasonable definite 10 out of 10 for food services.scott &Liss

Friendly guys, lovely kebabs with fresh lettuce and Tomatoe salad with onion.

Ordered for delivery on website - order accepted and payment made - 5 minutes later they call to say they are cancelling the order because they don't deliver here (its only 3 miles away). Said they will refund as if they are doing me a favour! When I started to ask why the website accepted the order if they don't deliver here they hung up!!!

Last couple times ordering from golden grill, we ordered chicken wraps and my partners food wasn't cooked right and ended up poorly with it because chicken not cooked properly. Wouldn't order again from there.

I have just been to the golden grill but I think a more fitting name would be the diamond grill I made a peculiar order which wasn’t on the menu and there was no issue my food was prepared in good time and was absolutely lovely the chicken I order was packed with flavour and the chips were perfectly crisp and flavourful I don’t think mc Donald’s chips can compare to the ones made here i will definitely be back !

Best kebab ive had absolutely fantastic

We've been customers for a long time with these and they sent us a pizza with no taste they may has well have sent the dough and basically told my partner next time u ask for this and this.. offered nothing to for their wrong doing. Plus they didn't care 😒 just wanted him off the phone. And they owe us money has well and not gave it.

Upon entering the 'golden grill ' I relalised that bronze would be a more apt podium place. The floor was coated in a thick slime of yesterday's donnar juice and the walls were suffering a similar fate. Cleanliness asside to be fair on the staff they did there best to make me feel immediately uncomfortable. For reasons unknown to myself i ignored the warning signs and orderd a chicken kabab for the price of £5.50 . It must be said the service was hasty... suspiciouly so and the poultrys luke warm nature may be the secret to such an efficient turn around. I didn't inspect my poultry parcel of peril until i got home to my mahogany kitchen table. There were only 4 small almost chilled chicken pieces wrapped in a stale pitta and no salad as requested. I made the decision to get in my M3 and return to the bronze grill to request more chicken or a refund. 8 unkempt staff members did not take my complaints well and all chose to verbally abuse me with some very colourful language (on the plus side I learned some foreign curses). And just incase i hadn't got the audio message the tallest one extended his middle finger revieling the filth behind his nails. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Great takeaway but the grill is cast iron I think. Love the food and service though. I'm thinking about ordering chips with garlic butter and cheese next visit

Best kebab shop I've ever visited, genuinely. Tastiest kebabs, meat cooked to perfection, and beautiful flavours. The guys there are decent and friendly, would thoroughly recommend.
