Golden Bridge in North Lincolnshire

Without a doubt one of the best chinese take-out in the area, shame they dont do dine-in as would happily dine in here. Great food, generous portions and dont seem to have hiked the prices just because they can like other restaurants/takeaways in the area.

This is my first ‘port of call’ for Chinese food. I have always found the portions to be generous and the food very tasty.

Great family run Chinese takeaway. Great tasting food, great prices and friendly service. Speedy home delivery service subject to how busy the shop is at a very reasonable price Extensive menu. Street parking available usually more spaces after 5 pm. Why bother? get your order delivered straight to your door.

Waited a whole hour for this food and the beef and mushrooms has no mushroom the duck was all fat and the curry was cold we rang to complain and they were calling us liers

Amazing quality food, very generous with portion size and amount of meat/ingredients in the special rice and special curry I ordered. Arrived a little later than expected but was very apologetic and kind. Overall amazing service and couldn't ask for it to have been any better! (Highly recommend the special rice and special curry)

Had friends over for a birthday celebration. They wanted a chinese, so I ordered one & collected 20 mins later. The food has plenty of flavour, good sized portions & reasonable prices.

Worst food I've ever had tonight. Ordered salt n pepper chips thought it's worth paying a little extra for chips as the first ones I'd had from new holland were amazing and of course proper hand cut chips ,like places used to serve. I was gutted to find a box of dried out cheap frozen chips with some dried onion sprinkled over it. Very cheaply done instead of real potatoes Overall the whole meal was dry n tasteless and cost alot, no free sweet n sour sauce either which you always get free everywhere you go. Never again. Total rip off

Worst chicken chow mien ever had. So dry & tasteless. Never even heard it been cooked or smelt cooking. Think it was warmed up in a microwave . Total waste of money.

WOULDNT RECOMMENDED! We ordered food from them tonight and had 2 bags of chips missing. We called them at 7:25 and they sed they would send them out in the next 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later we still hadn't received them so we called back and asked where they was and they sed they was just about to send them out so after telling us they was sending them out straight away they didnt even attempt to send them. At 7:50 we was still waiting for the chips so called back. they sed they was just sending them out now. We ordered £40 worth of food, when we asked to speak to the manager we was told the manager was busy an the guy on the phone was the best one to talk to. We understand mistakes can be made but 3 times is not a mistake it's a joke.

Had a good few takeaways from here, all reasonable. However, on the last delivery the chips were so over cooked they were completely inedible so had to throw in the bin

Came to stay in the town for a short break, we 'ummed & aah'd' for a bit. Went ahead and ordered. Food was great, tasty & hot, plenty of it and pretty cheap too! Would use again when back in the area

This was our first time using this Chinese , was a little hesitant as it only has 3.9 on there reviews but I am so glad I did, I wasn’t disappointed, we ordered a takeaway to be delivery , food arrived quickly nice and hot and a portion of prawn crackers free of charge, a nice touch . We really enjoyed the food as it wasn’t to salty or greasy, would highly recommend 5*

Very happy with the quality and the service. I always order one of the tofu dishes which are excellent. The salt and pepper chips are also lush. Food has always been fresh and healthy tasting whenever I have ordered it - prices are fair too.

Been several times since moving here, consistently good. Always order for collection and always quick service.

We do go here regularly and always love it but chicken balls & pork balls are always chewy and not massively edible because of this (batter is nice) Everything else weve had has been lovely though.

First time customer, fast delivery, food hot and tastey, good portion size and banana fritters were superb. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend 😁

The staff were rude the food was dull tasteless and nearly cold and my mum's chicken was burnt to cinders!

Worst food i have had for a long time,my son and i got beef and rice and chicken and rice,chicken was not edible,beef was not much better,caked in oil it nearly made me sick,very abrupt,do not recommend.

1st Takeaway experience since moving to Barton in Nov18. The Golden Bridge is centrally located, has a comprehensive & colourful menu. Friendly service, with good sized portions. Selected dishes did not disappoint. Would definitely eat here again and would certainly recommend. Enjoy.😀

Ok but quite slow and my meal was slightly overcooked.

Very enjoyable lovely food, not very friendly staff though a bit abrupt

Just tried this place on our way home from a friends. We've eaten at every other Chinese here in barton and there are always elements we like and dislike with each. Here everything we had was good. Maybe a bit bland but a dash of salt sorted that out. Prawn crackers are the real deal too not just the thick bought in ones. Chips that are actually chips and not undercooked chunks of potato like they are from other places we've been. Rice is fried with some colour to it and not boiled rice garnished with some egg and chicken again like it is from some other places. Price point is good too. Definitely will be eating from here again in the future.

Love the food here, never have a problem with them. The only place in Barton that does tofu dishes too - their salt and pepper tofu is amazing!

Wow Great food and really quick delivery!

An awful experience. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our home delivery. On arrival there was no apology or explanation. The girl who was operating the phone was also extremely rude. Do not recommend.

Food was over cooked or re-heated curry tastes like it’s from heron and the bbq ribs tasted nothing like barbecue or anything I can describe so overall not happy the best bit about the food and was that the egg fried rice an prawn crackers.

Long day at work Thursday night. Rice re heated. Chips absolutely yuk. Chicken balls re heated. God knows about the meat in the curry. Never again.
