Wonderful hotel, wonderful service our experience with the staff was excellent nothing too much trouble just couldn’t do enough for us for two people. I would like to mention most of all is Dano and Raluca they both helped with the surprise guests for my husband and was very attentive with all of us

The place is nice and a perfect location close to St Pancras station and the shaw theatre. Unfortunately menu is short with few vegetarian option. It's kind of expensive for an hotel place, the ribeysteak is 45 gbp and you have to add a side and a 12,5% charge for the service. Same for the wine by the glass it's 15gbp and it was not good.

A wonderful establishment, it was very busy, it was evening, but they gave us an excellent table, despite the fact that we just came to drink a couple of cocktails before the train, but after looking at the menu with reasonable prices, we decided to order a starter in order to fully appreciate this establishment. The cocktails tasted great, as did the service, attentive but not intrusive! For us, the most important thing was that I take almost all my pictures with a camera, which is now a rarity in society and some establishments are very unhappy with this and even go so far as to be rude, while this establishment did not react at all to the camera and flash, and this left the most positive emotions! Just no more spiders please!!! 😂💋

Had the seafood risotto, which was quite awful. The decor and environment was nice so a real let down when the food was so poor.

I recently organised a friend’s baby shower at GA King’s Cross and we couldn’t have been happier with the service from start to finish. Aurelia and team were brilliant on communication, talking through all the options available and offering ideas for menu choices and set up. We had a range of dietary requirements and allergies to cater for and the venue made this super easy, even creating 20 bespoke vegan, nut free cupcakes for us. They were delicious and beautifully decorated. On the day itself the staff helped us set up, helping blow up balloons and printing out prediction cards I’d made for each guests on lovely card paper. The service was brilliant throughout the day, with staff holding back mains for guests running late, offering to take group photos and helping us keep on top of a complicated bill. Plus the venue is beautifully designed and decorated with lots of plants and fun lighting, so it really added to the atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone organising a group event!

Had a business meal here that was meant to just nice and relaxed. Things started well, but then they served vinegar in a plastic sachet for one of the dishes (steak and fries £81). Yes that is £81 for one of the main courses and they serve the condiments in cheap environmentally unfriendly sachets like it’s some greasy spoon cafe. Whilst mostly of the staff were good, our waitress was obnoxious and had the cheek to automatically add a service charge. To get a service charge you need to provide service.

We celebrated New Year in London and since we stayed at Pullman London St Pancras Hotel we booked a table for NYE dinner at the hotels restaurant. The restaurant offers an amazing breakfast buffet so our expectations were very high. Staff are friendly. And they really wants you to have a good time. The 5 course NYE dinner were not bad. All dishes were decent. Nicely arranged and served. And the price was reasonable. But we left the table hungry. The dishes were simply too small. The Espresso Martini are fantastic. The Milky Way not the best cocktail we have had.

The food was very nice and at first the service was excellent but then unfortunately our server left so after that the service was not good at all. In fact two of the waiting staff were actually quite rude and dismissive towards us and then sat someone down right next to us despite there being many other free tables in the restaurant. This isn’t the first time we have been to this restaurant but I would hesitate to come here again. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Very disappointing.

All the staff were pleasant and our main server, Nicola, was attentive and efficient. Well-cooked, flavoursome dishes. Not overly huge. It was the first time that I have ever enjoyed octopus as part of a seafood risotto. An enjoyable evening.I would recommend.

Great place to meet & eat. Quiet but still will a good atmosphere. Not far from KX and St Pancras stations so a great stop if your in tbe area

The experience at the restaurant was wonderful. From the moment you enter, with this cozy and warm atmosphere, to the staff, who where thoughtful and really king! The food was really good, and thanks to the helpf of Patri and Matthew, we could chose what was best for us. The drinks where also delicious, thanks to Erol !!! Erol, Patri and Mattew are amazing. So friendly and professionals. They made us feel so comfortable although we broke a glass of wine as we arrived. They helped chose the food because we had some allergies issues. It was like being at home!
