Ordered two milkshakes one was Oreo which wasn’t mine and one was Nutella, I don’t know what’s so hard about making a milkshake that is correct as only ordered two but instead of Nutella I got kinder bueno, wouldn’t of been bothered if I wasn’t allergic to gluten, but the store apologised they didn’t even ask if I was ok and said next time write in the notes you are gluten free.

Badly organised. The person that took my order didn’t listen too me. I got the wrong order I clearly asked for 2 cheeseburger meals, 1 with tomato sauce and onions, one plain cheeseburger meal and Kids chicken nuggets and chips meal And ended up with 2 cheeseburgers no meals and kids donner meat meal

The donner meat seemed poor quality

Amazing food but horrible delivery driver makes me not want to order every time doesn’t give me a minute to get to the door when it’s already paid why doesn’t he just leave the food at the door when it’s suppose to be non-contact delivery??? No face mask just attitude

What can i say, early, huge portions, friendly driver! i ordered chips, curly fries, a doner kebab in naan, and fried chicken. Not greasy at all and the naan was lovely! .. honestly when i say large portions i mean it ... Will be ordering here again! Thank you Godfather!

Recently moved into Eccles and I’ve ordered the chicken kebab twice now. It’s been incredible both times. I find kebabs quite hit and miss sometimes but this is very consistent. It always comes on time, warm and so nice. 10/10 recommend

Such good pizza. Delivered a little early, everything we ordered all present and correct and the pizza (and free garlic bread) was delicious. Meant to keep some for tomorrow but it was too tasty. These guys are my first choice for pizza takeout now, highly recommended!

Fantastic food and great service.

Ordered a 16” pizza with extra cheese and it was delivered burnt and had the texture like plastic with hardly any cheese. The food was cold also which is hard to understand when the take away is a minute or two drive away. Very disappointed.

Ordered meals and the cans that came with them were covered in dust and dirt on the top , this is not the firsts time this has happened. The food is normally nice and clean from here but standards are dropping!

Order was late and had to phone restaurant to see where order was and then found out.order was lost when saying on app food was being prepared. Offered free items and a bottle of coke was received. Very disappointed

Pizza arrived stone cold after waiting over an hour had to put in over phoned up and they said would bring another one but we had to give the other one back and wait 30mins to an hour. Shocking service

Delivery came, was the wrong order so he told us to keep the order we had and he would send out a replacement. Food came fast, delivery guy smiling and happy also very apologetic. Even with the wrong order being sent, the food was good and the customer service is better so hence 5⭐

Ordered at 19:10 finally turned up at 21:00 and the food was lukewarm at best, usually this place is spot on but well n truly done me over tonight 👎🏻

The food was cold when it arrived. I Placed the order at 6:30pm and was given a time of 8:05pm for delivery.. The food came and tasted as if it had been sat there for a while. The garlic bread was cold and rock solid and the chips tasted like cardboard. Wouldn’t recommend.

2 hours and 20 minutes from ordering to getting the food. The takeaway never answered the phone and we only got an update through Just Eat

4 time of happing to me and i feel let down by this takeaway' if u want food from here u might as well go and get it your self delivery is disgusting, soggy chips an luke warm. Not ordering from then again

All the food was perfect but I had to ring 3 times to ask where my order was and use qas saying it was on its way then I rang back 25 mins later and same again on its way

The food took two hours to come, when it eventually came it was cold but we were so hungry we ate it anyway, they got the order wrong and it tasted uncooked. Used Godfather a few times and before tonight they’ve always been good but after tonight it’s a no from me.

Waited Hour and Half for food, didn’t mind this and wasn’t too much of a problem as I get places can be busy but when it arrived it was like it had been in the back of the car for that hour and half, was cold, rubbery and main pizza was missing. Rang them but wasn’t helpful at all.

This is the 2nd time our food has been late when you do get it the foods lovely but when you are told that it’s going to be delivered an hour from time you put your order in and then it’s an extra 20 mins on top of that it’s not exactly promoting the business Very disappointed

Always deliver on time, food is always piping hot on arrival. Today, they left out a can of drink, but quickly drove back and got it for us! First class customer service and very polite delivery people.

Had to pick the order up as the food was over 1.5 hours to be delivered, once picked up the food was stone cold, we drove for 4 minutes to get home so not acceptable. It was a large order so all disappointed

Chose to collect as it said food would be ready in 20 mins so didnt want it sitting in transit for an extra 25... got there in 25 mins, order was all ready bagged up, got home within 5 mins and yet tastes like we sat in traffic 2 hours. I'm fussier than most I guess but it's all just..not fresh ... gutted.

Food was ok, nothing special - we’ve had a lot better from here in the past. Order notes weren’t followed as requested. We also ordered a tub of ice cream and it was inedible, it was complete liquid which was a waste of a fiver.

Godfathers! Keeping us all fed during 2020!!! Can't fault them. Food is always spot on and delivery guys are always friendly.

We love the Godfather and it is a go to place for family takeaway , however this order was below their usual standard it arrived 15mins later than stated which is not a problem for us not a big deal but all items were cold and chips seemed to be slightly under cooked and after spending nearly £40 we ended up chucking most of it away. I would rather the order be late cooked and hot than rushed and waiting around in with other orders to go cold. This will not affect us ordering again but I wanted the restaurant to know it wasn’t great.

Normally love the food from here but was massively disappointed tonight. Ordered the greedy kebab and it came absolutely drenched in chilli sauce. Totally ruined the food and naan bread.
