So I ordered for the first time tonight , chicken doner with chips, the chicken was good, the chips looked and felt as not fresh, definitely was made early today and not made when I ordered, I did not like it, they forgot the pitta bread, the salad was good. I believe I won’t order from them very soon.

This is one of the best doner kebab shops around! The food is fantastic, and the service is great. The flavors are good and really hit the taste buds. If you're in the area and craving a great doner kebab, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Used to really enjoy Globes but the last few times we've ordered, they've forgotten items and the wait has been well over an hour one time last week being an hour and a half! The quality has seen a dip as well. This has lead us to try a few new places which has been a wonderful experience as there is better out there. Sadly my time with Gloves has come to an end, not sure if they have new staff or new management but it's not what it used to be.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Newly named Bella Pizza is a fake advertised pizza delivery. The photos on the profile on delivery apps implies it’s an authentic Nepoleana pizzeria. It’s fake photos and fake Italian. There’s nothing Bella about this place. The pizza is a cheap kebab shop pizza at best, and they can’t even get orders right. Pizza rating 0.01/10 and I rate pizzas in the London area. P.s there reviews are fake and AI generated as read a few and saw the replies were also robots “pathetic”

This is not an ideal Restaurant for Eating in, albeit they have a little sitting space available. Considering the price Vs the amount of food they put in, is certainly a Bargain. This shop is ran by two hardworking brothers who'll do everything possible to please their customers. Very friendly and humble people. Ideal for a quick takeaway

I ordered the food from this place took them over an hour to deliver the food which is just a 5minute drive away, sent me the wrong order took another 15minutes to bring my actual order, the chicken had hairs and it was all burnt and dry couldnt even eat the food so it ended up in the bin, then i called up asking for refund and they wouldnt give a full refund. Would never ever buy from this place again

Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The decor was stylish yet understated, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a casual meal or special occasion. Now, onto the food. I ordered the signature ribeye steak, cooked to perfection to my liking. It was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, undoubtedly one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The accompanying side dishes, including roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes, were equally delicious and complemented the main course perfectly.

Bit hit and miss been using them for a few months food was ok. Not the best recently has become very bad food turning up late and cold items missing most recent order waited over 3 hours doors was freezing had to have another order sent out which took a further hour that turned up not hot but least it wasn’t cold both myself and my guests all went down with sickness and Diarrhoea. Let’s just say won’t be using them again.

I’ve used Globes for years and always loved the food. Sometimes takes a while but my last order never showed up. Way over 2.20 hours and constantly saying it’s on its way. Its a shame but I will no longer use them. App deleted

Used for a long time usually very good with the odd item missing. Tonight we ordered 2 hrs ago online and are still waiting. Shop not answering and no updates. Wish we hadn’t paid on line as we are unable to cancel and there are 20 people in front of us in the live chat to complain. If you risk ordering from here don’t pay online!

One of if not the best takeaway in Harold wood, Donner Kebabs are always top quality, staff are legends and always nice.

They charged me £17 for a small pizza and the staff are not friendly at all only one of them can speak English it was literally the worst pizza shop I have ever been to.

Fresh, healthy food cooked in front of you. The food & taste is quintessentially Turkish and it always leaves me wanting more. Full of flavour and incredibly tasty. It's a hidden gem in Harold Wood. Staff are polite, friendly and down to earth. I can't recommend Globes highly enough.

Ordered a delivery on Saturday late afternoon which took the best part of 2 hrs to arrive. I have had food from here I the past which has been pretty good and I understand that on occasions, things happen and delivery's can take a while. It took ages to actually get hold of someone to find out when we we get our delivery and when it finally arrived I have to say I wasn't impressed. My lamb shish tasted 'ok' but for £8 I expect more than 6 small cubes of lamb in pitta bread with a small pot of salad. My partner ordered Chicken shish which was far more generous however, mostly gristly chicken when even the cats wouldn't eat. For the Kids we ordered double peperoni pizza which was burnt. So in summary, we waited a long time for a pants dinner and was left disappointed. I conjunction with above, I looked them up on scores on the door and they have a 1 star hygiene rating which is very concerning in the 1st world and indicative of poor management and hygiene practices (they don't give a dam!). I will not be ordering from here going forward due to poor communication, lack of value form money and substandard Hygiene ratings.

A terrible service. Ordered food tonight, the chips were stone cold and inedible. The halumi cheese was dripping in grease and the burgers and kebab were also cold and chewy. Called the restaurant and they were not bothered at all. No sorry, we will refund you nothing. Not good customer service. No offer of replacement. Poor and enadeqaute food. Paid online and now out if pocket with no edible meal. Would give zero starts for food quality and customer service.

I’m a uber driver. I travel all around. Its really hard to find a good place to eat when you’re hungry. Stop by to try these lots i have to admit staff was very friendly and food was amazing. Highly recommend to try there charcoal meat. Thank you guys

Amazing family run place, lovely tender quality meat, freshly cut lamb and chicken donners, good value pizzas. The service is great, packed at the weekends, they are always busy, shows you how popular they are. The boys look after me.

I just watched a review and it totally changed my mind about eating here!! There was a dumpster in front of the restaurant along with garbage:( ive read some of the other reviews and it’s hard to respect them when people rave about bbq sauce in pizza. Clean it up and I may have a go. Oh and how does garlic bread cost almost the same as a small pizza?

Friendly service, good fresh quality food at a reasonable price

We order EVERY week. No other kebabs compare. BUT EVERY week they forget something, whether its rice, or sauce and its soooo frustrating. We tried others but nothing else compares but honestly, every week they forget something and it really annoys me. Thats why they get 4. Otherwise they'd get 6 stars! You'd think they'd look after their regulars! I am now going to collect to make sure they don't mess up my order every single week

I was totally disappointed, i was a regular customer but in recent days their focus and preference is changed to online orders. I ordered chicken donor, they made me to wait 40 mins and they served only online orders. Couple people along with me lost patience finally we cancelled the orders walked out. They dont bother to apologize. Very disappointed☹️

I always order the pizza from here! I don’t know what bbq sauce they use but on pizza base it’s actually unreal! I adore it here! Really enjoy the diner kebab and the rice just melts in your mouth! Wouldn’t go anywhere else
