Second time visiting on my way to a business meeting. First time very nice hence why I came back. Second time terrible. Young staff member rude. If he represents you then keep him back of house. I walked out and left my food. I can only hope that was a one off.

My heaven. Nice food surrounded by plants and a pond. If they had a bookshelf with a mini share library I would live there lol. No middle class snobs either.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Stopped for a cuppa and a snack whilst visiting the sales rooms next door. The food was lovely and fresh. Best blt we have had did not skimp on the bacon. Others had the bacon and sausage bap. Full no skimping on the meat. All very tasty. Also very good prices. Menu limited but still had a good choice.

Delightful tea rooms and plenty of comfortable seating. Excellent value for money especially the bacon bap. Happy and courteous staff make the visit a joy.

Love this place. They are working so hard to make it nice. It's like sitting in a tropical garden when you get your pot of tea.. Scones are lovely. And also branching out with other food and it's dog friendly. We go every Sunday with our dogs

It was awful. The eggs were old and cold the beans were watery and pale. The coffee was supposed to be caramel but tasted of nothing. Over 8 pounds for a rubbish breakfast

Lovely little cafe in the garden centre. Pot of tea for two and two homemade scones £5 - bargain. Scones were big and very light. Had a fruit one and a cheese one. Both delicious . Served with lurpack butter and jam (jam for fruit scone only) A pot of tea for two which actually gave you enough for two cups each. Highly recommended

What could be better on a cold foggy morning in Swaffham than a table next to the woodburner in the MarketX cafe/bar? Cosy, prompt service, perfect coffee and a delicious full English using local produce. A delight!

Had dinner here tonight, and I have to say, the service from Caitlin and Bonnie was brilliant, very polite, pleasant and a credit to your Business. I'll definitely be returning.
