4th visit since they opened, wish things would improve. Decor is fantastic, what a top job has been done. Food is good. The latest visit had the sharing roast, which is really worth ordering. Shame is the service, to try and attract one of the five people around the bar to order a drink, difficult, wait 20 minutes for said drink. No one is seemingly leading the team, and you can get three different answers to a question. Front of house needs sharpening up a bit to warrant spending money.

House hunting in Eastbourne had hour gap between properties. Walked to this new place, ordered breakfasts and coffees. Drinks came in mugs without handles so hot to hold but 40 minutes later no food and we had to leave to viewings. So gutted as beautiful spot, paid for coffees and left!

Visited Sunday with the family, two adults, one teen and a young child, what a treat! From the moment we arrived and the door was opened for us by a smiling member of staff to the atmosphere we walked into, beautifully done. Service was spot on delivered by a well organised, friendly attentive team. We chose the sharing roast, delicious, £45 and two sides, we were unable to finish the generous serving, easily enough for 6. Staff packed us up take home boxes of leftovers. Praise for the amazing cocktails, 10/10 and a cheers to the Mandarin & Rosemary Spritz & Peanut & Honey Old Fashioned. We will definitely be back soon!!

First time we had been to this restaurant and was pleasantly impressed, good value for money, reasonable selection of food Had a nice buzz in the restaurant and everyone seemed happy, friendly staff If I could change anything I would suggest the chorizo in the risotto is sliced instead of chunks as it’s more appealing, good size portions and the flatbread crispy beef with blue cheese was exceptional, will be returning very soon, the only criticism I could say was you couldn’t tell who was staff as nobody was wearing any uniform, which I think they should even in a casual establishment But overall a very pleasant experience, you should give it a try !! You won’t be disappointed.

Tried this for the first time as I like to support new local businesses. The location is idea and decor is lovely, staff are polite and attentive……However, the food was overpriced and average to poor. Plates were cold so the food was luke warm at beast, we didn’t complain as we had waited quite a while and had limited time. Breakfast is £15 and so so average. I also feel at that price a full slice of black pudding was to be expected rather than the half slice of bog standard product presented. I will probably go again, but just for a coffee!

6 of us had dinner there last night and it was absolutely fab. We had the cod, bouillabaisse, duck, ribeye, desserts, cocktails, wine. Everyone loved their food. I had the bouillabaisse and wasn’t sure it would fill me up but it was packed with mussels, clams, prawns, fish, samphire, delicious! I had an old fashioned cocktail with a peanut butter twist, it was lovely! Three of us had the Affogato for dessert with caramel ice cream which is also a nice twist on the standard vanilla. We were welcomed and the service was great. So good to have a proper fish & seafood restaurant in Eastbourne that actually sources it locally as well. About time! Thank you

First time going and omg what a lovely place they have made down there. Only downside is they need to teach the staff more about allergies. She gave me something that clearly was not gluten free and said it was. I did not feel right drinking it so I left it. The manager noticed I did not finish it and asked why. He could not apologise more and offered a replacement as not gluten free. Could of been dangerous!!!

We stopped by for an early lunch here yesterday. Lovely waterfront spot on a nice sunny day — US New England-style. Fresh and smart — just our kind of place…! A fairly restricted brunch type of menu. I had the mushroom hash which was good. My wife had the lobster roll which was nice but light on the lobster. Oat milk coffees and a citrus drink which were all good. We sat inside because there was no cover from the sun outside. On a hot summer’s day that would be intolerable for me. The last point is our only real criticism. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would happily visit again.

We decided to give The Glass House a visit since it’s new and we’re local. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the menu; it felt limited, with not much variety to choose from. We ordered the ‘Reef & Beef,’ which is advertised as a sharing dish consisting of a 300g fillet, half lobster, two sides, and béarnaise sauce for £55. We found the food to be underseasoned, as both of us noticed that everything lacked flavor. Despite not having a particularly large appetite, my partner commented that he could have easily finished the dish on his own. In our opinion, the portion size should be increased by 50%, even if that means raising the price to reflect the change. We were disappointed with the food overall but are willing to give it another try, as we may have just had an unlucky menu choice. The atmosphere is lovely; the place is well-designed, and the staff were friendly and attentive - no complaints there. I’d suggest that the kitchen could use some tweaks to improve the dining experience.

The atmosphere was lovely, great decor and feel to the place. Staff, Tamar and Angela were very friendly, attentive and patient, providing lots of information when choosing from the menu. I felt that the menu itself could be improved a little. I had the steak which was cooked to perfection, however I felt that the burnt Roscoff onion was not the best accompaniment to the meal. A whole onion is too much and it was a little dry. Perhaps a more traditional approach of a take on mushroom or tomato would prevent so many onions being returned to the kitchen. The Starters, especially the prawns, were excellent. I found the place clean and the staff efficient with tables being cleared and relayed quickly. I will return

A great location and an excellent layout, has great potential, however it's the service that will kill this place and make people not go return or recommend. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for us to get our nibbles (jar open olives and cold cut carrots) and 2 hours for the main. In the middle of taking our order our waitress saw some people she knew and without saying anything just decided walked away to say hello to them and returned when she finished. Shen then came back 35 minutes later ask us again. Also rather than tell us that they ran out of the ribeye steak they just decided to bring us a fillet stake instead. Considering the options of restaurant's in Eastbourne, just due to the service alone this place wouldn't even be in the top 20. Definitely won't be returning here. It needs real readership and someone that is passionate about maintaining a high standard.

It’s a lovely space but was not what we were expecting. The reef and beef was £55 for two people, which involved half a lobster and rib eye. We presumed it would be for each of us. Half a lobster and ribeye for each person of the pair. We were so hungry it took nearly 2 hours to get our main. Very disappointed as the rib eye was a fillet not a proper rib eye. It was a very small plate and we were starving when we left. Very expensive and not worth the money. Also, I never had a waitress, just leave during taking our order. She left us all of sudden to hug some friends. Very odd me and my partner just stared at each other. The cocktails are nice but I order mandarin/ rosemary and the first one was lovely. Second one was full of gin no lemon in the glass like the first. No consistency at all. Sorry to say but we will not be returning and I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

So our visit to the Glass House was disappointing, it was a beautiful day so we opted to sit outside. Firstly the menus appeared well used and somewhat "tatty" my friend and I ordered, found prices really to be expensive, but we only wanted a lunchtime snack. - my mushrooms on sourdough toast, came, ordinary bread (white sliced) the mushrooms overcooked and when you applied your fork, lots of grease came out. This item was removed from the bill. Earl Grey tea served without a pot or any extra water....cups without handles, thats OK but not really sure, going forward how that will work. Housekeeping in the toilets needed checking, a lock on one of the cubicles was jammed on open, toilet rolls just left to help yourself - not really good enough if your charging top dollar guys !

Came when it first opened. Ordered two drinks. Waited patiently for about fifteen minutes, and had to remind a different server about our order. He apologised and swiftly returned with our drinks. No problem, put this down to a fairly busy time, and early teething problems. Promised ourselves we’d come back for a bite to eat once things had settled down. Here we are in Eastbourne Friday 4th October 1:50 pm. Sat down at a table outside in the sunshine. Waitress approached with menus, only to be told sorry we are only serving drinks, and prioritising reservations. Regrettably, and hungry, we left and took our custom, and money around the corner to The Beach Deck, where we had a delightful meal in the sunshine at a reasonable price. Seriously, having to make a reservation for lunch in Eastbourne on a Friday afternoon! Hopefully you get your act in order. Not the fault of your staff. Beautiful location, the refurbishment is excellent but the menu choice is very disappointing and expensive! We chose the lobster roll which had the smallest amount of lobster in a huge amount of sauce. The bacon and mushroom on toast came with 3 tiny croutons of dry toast. Saturday 28 September 8pm Reservation Birthday treat for my daughter I feel I have to write my experience on that evening From the onset confusion with all staff including managerial as a special treat ordered the seafood platter for 3 people £105 When the platter arrived it was then evident the table was too small to serve this meal The majority of the seafood was to be eaten by hands no finger bowls etc to accompany meal the food took over an hour to come out and once it was served to us no further interest was taken by the staff at our table Whilst waiting for desserts the table adjacent to hours put there pet dog a small Chihuahua to stand on there table eating the remainder of the food left on their plates which we found disgusting to watch It took another hour to receive our desserts We did not complain while in the restaurant as the Assistant Manager was overwhelmed with complaints throughout our sitting My personal thoughts are the restaurant is perfect however staff, managers were lost within their duties one very off putting thing was the front of house chef who appeared to be eating with his hands food from behind the counter with his hands Our bill was thrown at us no conversation as to how we had enjoyed the meal the lack of control with the staff over paying the bill they insisted we had already paid it and happy for us to leave by the assistant manager as she was not listening however I called another waitress over and insisted to proceed to pay the bill Very bad experience would only endeavour to have coffee or drinks at your venue until you get everything sorted out

Went today having booked for lunch. The decking was busy with lots of people with menus but no sign of anyone with food in front of them…..went in and was greeted with a “my dear” - not impressed. Having said we’d like to sit inside we were told to “just sit anywhere” not shown to a table. The menu was then given to us but no order for drinks taken. The interior is gloomy with awful acoustics and the whole place not enhanced by much plastic greenery hanging from the full length of the building inside and out. After a few moments of studying the menu we decided that the menu was pretentious and unenticing, and that there are much better places in Eastbourne to eat so left. Meanwhile those outside on the decking were still waiting for service.

However, a little bit of advice to the male floor manager. Treat your staff with more respect. Can seat quite a few people but I imagine opening at pretty much the end of season they aren't too keen to meet the expense of over staffing. This seems to be the downside of a lot of the poor reviews so far where waiting is an issue and inexperienced staff. We booked for a very early dinner at 5.30 as the only other availability was too late, there were many tables free at the time but I guess they are being careful not to overload the kitchen whilst establishing themselves. We had 6 of the small plates on the menu between the two of us and found every one to be delicious. I'm gluten intolerant and the GF rolls offered were good. It was pretty busy when we left but still not to capacity. Staff were pleasant and this is in a nice spot. So much potential but basic errors make this place not worth the premium being charged for the food. No response to phone (which apparently the staff say is in the managers office and can't be answered by them), running out of eggs, baked beans and avocado first thing for sunday Breakfast. No skimmed milk (or semi skimmed) and no decaf options. Turning away customers walking up that hadn't booked (space was available) and those that do get in can't order food if they've not booked. Most of these can be fixed with a little experience of what they're customers need (should have been part of set up thinking) but they need to learn quick.

The terrible service continued! Waited for over 20 mins to be served then finally after asking multiple times got orders taken. Then the ice cream arrived after a long wait, melted. The coffees arrived afterwards (my daughter had ordered a iced decaf coffee) the ice had melted and it was caffeinated. And my wife's didn't come with the syrup she asked for so was too bitter to drink. They then went up to pay and the tills were broken so another long wait while they got that sorted. I so wanted this to be a nice experience, loathes me to give such a scathing review, hoping the leaseholder does take note. Great setting, lovely building shocking service Arrived 15 mins early for our booking, waited for someone to seat us, Manager very nonchalant said 'just sit anywhere'. Sat at a table, next table full of dirty plates. Manager did say they were busy, inside half empty, so food would be about 30 mins, not a problem we would have drink. Waited 50 minutes for someone to come over and take our order for drinks, yes we did ask in between that time, got the drinks and one was wrong, called waitress over and she took it away to change, 15 minutes later still waiting. My partner went to the bar as we saw a pint sat there getting warm, they said no that's someone else's, you will have to wait as we have to pour so and so. We eventually gave up on food. The staff didn't have a clue, 3 behind the bar chatting, Manager serving food, other staff all over the place. The leaseholder nowhere to be seen, a new venture you would think they would be there every day for the first month making sure things ran smoothly. Complete waste of time. Oh and in that time the table full of dirty dishes and food still hadn't been cleared. Not often you see such bad service, this was in my opinion, an example of how a business should not be run. We won't be back.

My mum travelled an hour and a half to come as we wanted to try out the restaurant, the pavilion held sentimental for my mum so we were curious to see its next incarnation. I booked about 730 the same morning, my mum got there before me and was told they were closed for a private function! She mentioned that we had booked and not been informed of this. The gentleman was quote ‘uninterested and dismissive.’ I did message them directly on facebook the day it happened and have had no response. The fact no one had the foresight to turn off the booking system, or even when the manager started work in the morning think “oh wait i should probably call these people and let them know we are closed for a private function.” Is really testament to the disorganisation and poor training of this new team.

Great first appearance, nice relaxed contemporary vibe. And then it went downhill.. tap water had to be requested twice after waiting 20 minutes. Our drinks order, when it eventually arrived was not as we requested. The server /partner confirmed our order on his iPad which was for food we did not order and similar drinks yet again, not what we had ordered. I was charged £12 for a glass of rosé, because they had run out of the wine I had chosen.. yet they neglected to tell me this and assumed I would pay £4 extra for a glass of wine I had not chosen ! We had 4 waiting staff who appeared to be run off their feet with only 10 people outside, and no one in the huge restaurant inside at all. It's clearly apparent there has been no staff training, And God help them when they have people actually ordering food !!! The very limited menu is rather pretentious and does not suit the environment they have created. Sadly this was a very unfortunate first visit to this restaurant. Day 2 of opening so teething problems to be expected: *The Glass House itself is stunning, and this was only made all the better with a beautiful sunny day when we visited allowing for sitting outside. **The service was a little slow as to be expected on a busy day. I think the waiters/waitresses could have done with a bit more training/role plays on their card/order machines on where to find things on the menu before opening. I also came the following day and the service was even slower - i was told to chose a table & then wasn’t brought menus until i asked & then 2/3 other tables got served before us (20/25 mins after arriving). But all the girls were super friendly & Smiley. **Food & Drink - i had eggs benedict, which was average & a little vinegary & my friend had mushrooms on toast. it just felt ok, nothing special & a little small/flat for the price. there are def better breakfast choices out there in Eastbourne, so they need to do better. A strange choice of cups w/o handles - the poor waitress nearly burnt her hand with the tea as scorching. hit & miss if you get a saucer. sometimes we did, others didn't. so nowhere to put yr spoon but on the table. no little added biscuit (as pics on gram show) which would be a nice touch, but reasonable prices. unfortunately the iced mocha was watery but apparently the 1st time they'd made one so got a refund. (handled well) still waiting for syrups to arrive. im sure most of this is just teething problems (like running out of milk - day 3!) everyone should try it at least once as it really is so pretty & could be a great success!!

Well designed restaurant in a great location on the seafront however, the food is disappointing and very expensive for the quality. Highly recommend for a drink on their terrace but not for food. Such a pity to waste an excellent opportunity! Poor staff are struggling with a lack of good training and an apparent lack of good organisation.

Hi all! My son booked a table online here for us to have breakfast. I had travelled.nearly 2.hours to make this meet up. I live locally but was away and.came.back early.for this opportunity to enjoy.time with my son. I arrived at the door on time and went in to be told by the man there that we could not have a reservation as.theui had a private function. I asked if they did.online booking and if anyone had checked that, he.just shrugged! I explained how.long I had been travelling to get there for the reservation and.he shrugged again..... I then said I would not.be back. No apology, no effort.to take responsibility, no effort.to offer an alternative date, perhaps with complimentary hot drinks for a future visit. Atrocious... I give it 6 months.

Difficult to rate food as we could not get served , so atmosphere was likewise lacking Wife and I wanted to try the new venue, so walked along the seafront and approached the venue, a young waitress greeted us and said sit where you like. So being a little windy sat inside We waited for some one to ask what we wanted and perhaps bring a menu.. Nothing, no one came to ask, my wife went to the counter and asked if we should place an order here, she was told we will come to you Ok we waited again and waited and waited No one came to service our table despite several young waitresses just doing nothing but talking amongst themselves at the bar So after waiting quite a while with no one even remotely interested in serving us we left VERDICT... RUBBISH

Well, tried this place, went in sat down, waited! No one came over to take an order...so waited and waited, so I got up and asked a waitress if it was table service or if I should order at the counter, she replied and said no we will come you....so waited and waited still no one came, so we got up and left!!

I am going to say that the food was delicious when it arrived. In fairness we were warned there was a wait, but during the hour and a bit we waited it might have been good to keep us up to date. I hope it was an opening day glitch because I definitely want to go back to sample more of the menu and the venue is lovely. I'm just glad I was with a very well behaved baby and dog 😄. Please make the high chairs seeable so we can help ourselves. Also there was a bit of an issue with the disabled key for the loo, again hopefully just an opening glitch. I'll repeat the food was delicious and the staff very polite.

What a fantastic addition to Eastbourne, after reading all the reviews & nasty comments on FB we decided to visit the Glass House for ourselves, after all it’s only open & a much improved on the previous cafe that was there before. We certainly were not disappointed . Gill is a fantastic server, menus delivered within time, gave us a couple minutes to decide on drinks & food. We had 2 Americanos & a Large Sparking water, we both decided on the Ham Hock Hash, was delicious, seasoned perfectly, very generous portion. £35 including service! Excellent value in my book! If you want greasy spoon & cheap food, there are enough of these places in Eastbourne to cater for the cheap skates… All in all we had a wonderful experience & definitely will be back. The decor is stunning & a lovely view of Eastbourne Pier..

After waiting 45 minutes at a dirty table for table service, we eventually went and ordered our drinks and food at the bar only to wait another 45 minutes for it the food to arrive. The food was completely burnt and an edible. We were given a refund by the manager who was very apologetic but the whole experience was very disappointing.

Thought we would try it as the place has just been refurbished and looks fantastic. Unfortunately that’s were it ends ! Service was very poor, staff had very little idea what they were doing and no one to meet or greet ! We ordered 3 full breakfasts ,food was very poor and we were embarrassed when it came to the table it was so bad such poor quality and tiny portions for £15 each. Will not be going back anytime soon. Such a shame as it’s obviously had lots of money spent on it refurbishing.

Lovely setting, friendly staff but the wait for everything and anything was ridiculous. We arrived and waited 25 minutes for someone to take our drinks order at which point we ordered food as well to save time. We asked for 3 different items all of which were not available and then we had to wait an hour for the food that we did eventually order. Everything we ordered was bang average and soaking in oil. Just seemed to be chaos and no structure to how the restaurant was being run. Nice venue but seemed to be a bit all over the place. We did get complimentary food because of the wait which was a nice touch however. Maybe we will return when the teething issues have subsided.

Popped in yesterday for coffees. The place was very busy so had to sit inside. After waiting a fair while, I had to ask someone if anyone was serving or if i had to order at the bar, as no one asked us, then had to wait a good 15 minutes. 2 coffees £6 good start, however it was luke warm and served in mugs with no handles, and the tiniest little spoons to stir it with. No cakes or biscuit, was a bit of a let down. The place itself is gorgeous and you can see chefs working at the pass. Im sure it will sort out. The staff were rushed off their feet but very pleasant. Please get some better cups/mugs with handles and a proper Barista!

What a shame. No food as it is to busy, 15 minutes to be served, 30 minutes to get a beer and a coffee. As below coffee was cold. We heard the table also say their coffee was cold. No reaction from the waitress, not surprising as they are clearly understaffed. I feel sorry for the staff in particular our waitress who appears to be managing everything around us. It's not nice having no system, or support and having to deny people food and the customers being disappointed. This isn't a destination and based on this experience.

Unfortunately there are some teething problems to address and hopefully they will get better. However, at the moment, the dining experience was underwhelming, especially the dinner menu. We tried the breakfast one day. Which was good, albeit took nearly an hour to arrive. The steak which was £28, Was average at best and a lack of choice of other mains, left us with no other option really. The service was poor, very disjointed. Warm Rose was served, however the server/manager, did her best to cool it for us. The staff were very pleasant, but more training and a better menu is required. Has the potential to be a great spot!

Sadly the experience was not good. Although the waitress was polite, I was given the full breakfast with 2 things missing, one of which I’ve only just realised!! Apparently I was given an extra piece of bacon to make up for the White pudding that was not available!! I would have chosen differently. Nothing was said about the Hash brown which was also missing. To charge £15 is definitely overpriced for this breakfast, even with all the items on the menu. I understand they are newly opened, but staff should be at least aware of things unavailable and be able to use the equipment they have got. It is a lovely situation and could do well if they listen and address the problems.

Great service , great food ! We shared the reef and beef with the cabbage which was UNREAL!! I think the bad reviews in the first few days seem unfair when all restaurants have teething problems. I expected a few and have had none! Plus it’s a Saturday night and was packed! The restaurant itself is beautiful and just what Eastbourne needs !

Lovely place, replacing the old cafe. Me and my wife went in on the 2nd day afternoon to check it out. Very limited snack menu (no cakes or pastries). Ordered two latte coffees. Waitress unsure how to use the hand held computer. She asked where we were sitting, we said outside but no numbering system on the tables. Two coffees a reasonable £6. However, after more than 5 minutes a waitress arrived with two Luke-warm coffees in beakers (no handles - just as well the coffee was cold). No napkins or sugar was provided. She eventually brought a container of sugar cubes and two sundae spoons. Overall impressions - whilst I understand it was early days, the service was awful, the coffess were horrible, the servers lacked experience and personality. The menu (including moulles marinierre and caviar) was pretentious and not the right food for basically a seaside cafe/restaurant. The breakfasts are £15, which is ridiculously expensive. I understand the owner already has other eateries in Eastbourne, so I dont quite understand why this place is so wrong. I'm sure there are people who might like mussels and caviar, but this place isn't the style of decor where one would want to dress up to go for a romantic evening meal. GET REAL, get off your high horse and provide the type of food and drink expected from a seaside venue and prices which will attract tourists and locals alike. Sorry for such a negative review, but having used (and loved) the original cafe, we were expecting a revamp and redecoration of the place we used to sit and have afternoon tea and scones.

I have to agree with the other 3 star (and below) reviews. This place looks great. It’s exciting to have a modern restaurant in Eastbourne with what appears to be a decent menu. We were quickly welcomed and seated but there was a lot of confusion about our order. 1) We asked for an americano and flat white - we received an americano and a latte. When I asked the waitress, she assured me that it was a flat white but all the coffees come in the same size cup. 5 minutes later a flat white arrived in a normal sized cup, but it was tepid. 2) My wife asked for the vegan breakfast and added a poached egg to the order - no poached egg came with her food. We did mention this and they made more, but they arrived about 10 minutes later and were the size of a ping pong ball. 3) The £15 breakfast is well overpriced. At best I would say it’s worth £10. My beans were lukewarm, two stingy bits of streaky bacon, mushrooms were beyond oily, potato hash was tasteless and the white pudding was unavailable. 4) Whilst the staff are polite and friendly, nobody asked us how our food was so we didn’t even have the opportunity to share how we felt. I’m really hoping these are just teething problems of an otherwise beautiful looking restaurant. For now I think 3 stars is fair, but I will be returning because of that atmosphere and hope things improve. Last things last… please get a proper coffee machine. A place like this deserve proper coffee, not a brew made by computer.

Considering it's only recently opened and the place is pretty big inside and out, everything had to be perfect. I went today with my fiance to eat a simple dish (some new potatoes with ham cut into slices, some cabbage and an egg.) First of all, we waited about 15 min to take our order, another 17 min to bring us (a coffee and a tea,) and we had time to finish the drinks, to observe three other tables waiting the same time to be noticed by a waiter. And as the final blow when I paid for my order, the waitress shamelessly showed me if I wanted to tip which button to press. I gave a hint of shame, not that it was worth it. If I waited this long for some potatoes and an egg, I don't want to imagine how long it will take.

FOOD FANTASTICALLY YUMMY!!!! I have to say as you read theses reviews today was there 2nd day open so please be mindful of that.... The flood was spectacular. We had a selection of the small plates between me and my husband and we wouldn't change any of it and the price is absolutely placed right for the quality of food. Atmosphere was relaxed, waiting staff attaintave, maybe a little inexperienced however we all had to start somewhere. A strong restaurant manager and a couple of weeks in to the swing of it all is all that needed. The tankard that the beer is surved in is a lovely touch We will be back! 😋

Arrived, stood waiting, not greeted by any staff who were all having a little chat together. Found a waitress and we were told to take a seat and they would be over to take the order….. we waited nearly 15 mins…. Staff chatting no order taken, we got up to leave. I asked why our order wasn’t taken and was told they were just coming. Then the usual mind numbing response of “no worries “ when I said we were leaving..!! Yes it is worries for your owner!! All reviews say the same, waiting.. it’s was very quiet, 4.30 on a weekday, god knows what I’ll be like on a busy night. Pleasant inside, kind of reminds me of the cafe in Centre Parcs.

Wow! This place is incredible! We stumbled upon their soft launch on a whim after seeing the beautiful lights on a dreary rainy September day and we were not disappointed! The food is top-notch. Some of the best I have had. Would highly recommend the halloumi flatbread, the burrata and the truffle fries. Good selection of wines and cocktails too. Eastbourne is definitely upping it's game with a place like this!
