Meals were ok, food selection was not the best for allergens stuffers. The service was brilliant they tried their best to find out what was in what but, it sounded like all items were bought and not fresh.

The staff, was like…. Sleeping on them , and it was 10:30 am , not a good service at all, I ordered a breakfast Giraffe Large, and that’s cost me £16.00, and then she ask me if I want beans as well, well that’s separate from the breakfast , will costs me more money than that. And to be honest I didn’t feel I was in uk, because the taste of that food was so bad, a lot of oil in them….. anyway I’m disappointed with myself why I was going there. Don’t you worry, I will never go back there again for REAL, even if the food’ will be free. Work hard boys, and invest on them ,

I visited Giraffe for my lunch, and had a great time with my friends. The food was soo delicious and received the good service from Nikhil.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Instead of being served by a human, all orders had to be placed via a tablet at the table. Despite the lack of actual service, they had the audacity to request a tip and still added a service charge. It's frustrating and feels unfair when there's no real service provided.

First time trying this place with my husband and let me say that the service and the food was a 10/10. We had Danielle help us with our order, she was super friendly and quick with everything also but took her time to explain and answer a few queries due to some food allergies which is always appreciated. Will definitely be back! 🤍🙏🏽

Very friendly reception. The staff were all very friendly, even though there was a lot to do. We just ordered and after a very short wait we received our food. That didn't take long. And then it was also very tasty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars for very tasty food and really good service. Thank you!

Slow service, items forgot despite ordering using the tabletop device. Cod very greasy and potion sizes tiny. Not worth the money and really poor compared to other places locally such as the BFI restaurant

We had a lovely meal here with my family of 7 ppl. The cod and chips were delicious – crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. The burger was just average, nothing special. The atmosphere was good, cozy and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a nice spot for a casual meal!

Awful experience. I went with my 5 year old daughter and we waited over an hour for my food to come, and then another 25 minutes went by and her food never turned up. We ended up just leaving, couldn’t even get any service to ask where her food was. She was so hungry and so upset. The food that did come we just left because it was that disgusting too, half cooked boiled mushrooms 🤢

Terrible service waited too long for my partner’s food, meals are supposed to come out together. They also messed up the order. Overrated just because it’s by the river. The host was really nice though

The food was fine for what you paid. The service however was shocking - we booked a table and in the notes wrote that we had a buggy that we needed to use and we would also need a highchair. When we arrived it felt like we were a complete inconvenience even though we booked and I’d stated in the booking about the buggy and highchair. The fact that there is a 12.5% service charge when you don’t actually have any service as it’s all ordering is done via an iPad is ridiculous and on the iPads there is no option to remove it. The small amount of service we did receive was being shown to the table, the menus being given to us and that was it. They also walked over to the table to take our menus before we had even ordered our food. The experience was not good at all and we will not be returning in a hurry.

Juanita greeted us like old friends and treated us like royalty the whole time. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and genuinely warm. Her energy was contagious, and the vibe she helped create really elevated our evening. This is service that makes you smile 😃

Great experience! Had lunch with my friends earlier this week and we were given 10/10 service, from the moment we arrived until we ended our night. Very special shout out to our lovely server Juanita, she made sure to answer all our questions( which were quite a bit, by the way 😄) made sure our food was everything we asked for and more and took great care of us. Stopped by Giraffe in London for a casual dinner and ended up having such a great time! We were seated quickly, and the vibe was super laid-back—perfect after a long day. One of the staff, Danielle, was super lovely—she checked in on us just at the right time and had such a positive energy. It made the whole experience feel extra nice. Definitely a place I’d pop into again when I’m around.

Kavish have been extremely good and taking care of us. He suggested us what we should order. The food was amazing, staff very attentive with service. The members of staff were friendly and asking, if everything was okay, which was really great. I liked their attention to offer the best service. Overall it’s a nice place for brunch, beside the river.

Pretty impersonal, you order on a tablet. Food is okay, certainly wouldn’t recommend. I do however reckon somewhere like this would be convenient for a family with young kids wanting an easy lunch.

I went in on Monday morning and had breakfast, the waitress named Ilayda was serving me and she was amazing and really helpful. She made my time there enjoyable and I will definitely be visiting again!

Having come to London to visit Southbank half term kids eat free I checked on Google Southbank was included. Food was cold, but didn’t complain as knowing children were gonna be free. When I got the bill, they had put the children’s meals on. I explained to staff and they said they don’t do that here. Was a bit disappointed as I wouldn’t have come knowing that. Extremely disappointed.

A Gem in the Heart of London! I had the pleasure of dining at Giraffe recently and was lucky enough to be served by Juana. From the moment we walked in, her energy lit up the entire place. She greeted us with a warm smile, made my little one feel like a VIP, and somehow managed to be both professional and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. We will surely come back.

When I reached a nice lady approached to me, and she recommended me the BBQ wings and California and few others I can't remember their names , I was shock to really aggre with my friend, their food is extremely tasty and the meat is so tender and has a lot of flavour. Im amazed from their food , the good organisation and I have to stand out the customer service of Juanita who really was a very polite girl and her vibrant smile, really makes my day. Juanita is a respectful and an amazing waitress, she served us with such a huge and proud smile on her face, and the food was exquisite, she recommended us the best hot chocolate sprinkled with a few mini marshmallows.

We had to be at an exhibition very soon after sitting down, we asked the wait times and our server said 15 minutes at most, which we weren’t expecting as it was a super busy day on the river. Food was fast and lovely, service was great too. :)

Very average cooked breakfast which turned up too soon with just-about-cooked sausages and bacon that I nearly complained about. Then so-so pancakes that I'm not convinced were cooked from fresh batter with minimal maple syrup. The coffee ☕️ was decent. But not sure I'd rush back to Giraffe for breakfast in a hurry.
