Hampton Hill is a favourate place of ours with Bushy Park a stones throw away there are a large number of cafes in the vicinity this is the one we chose. Its fairly small although there is space at the back. Menu is good an excellent selection of sandwiches, pannini's, bagettes and other such foods. I went with the spanish omelette with comes with chips (or salad). Very nice too. My son went with the same whilst the females in the family chose pannini's (salmon was good im told). All washed down with a cup of delicious hot chocolate. Service great and all for just over £40 for 4 of us. Happy with that

My Mum and I had lunch in Giovanni’s for the 1st time yesterday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had cappuccinos which were nice and hot which is not always the case elsewhere. Mum had a vegetable wrap with added cheese and I had a mozzarella, sun dried tomato and pesto panini , both were excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the prices reasonable, we will definitely visit again.

Wonderful breakfasts and coffee. We stopped today on our way back from Hampton Court Garden Show. Very tasty coffee. Charming service from two men serving, maybe father and son.

Family dinner (7) with 2 children included. The reception by Antonio could not be better. He greeted us in a very nice fashion, assigned us a fixed table for 7 persons and the joy began. From the appetizers, the wine and the excellent food, we were more than delighted. Pasta is home made. I had the Grilled Octopus, to die for. Last but not least, the desserts, our of this world. And they offer a complimentary digestive cordial, this time a liquor named Deep, which is a mixed combination of Vodka and Melon. The best finishing touch for an unforgettable dinner. Will come back again on my next visit to London.

Revisited twice after a number of years, same friendly service, same good portion sizes but same old bad habit of different prices (two friends were charged different prices for the same meal).

I, personally, have not yet visited Giovanni's - but cannot wait. My 88 year old - and VERY fussy mother - loves it here. Today, her and her 91 year old friend had a lunch of scampi and chips, ice cream with chocolate shortbread, followed by cappuccino. And, a thumbs up! THAT doesn't happen very often! Mum says, "The people are really lovely." They have been before just for coffee and liked the place so much that they decided to try lunch. Success!! Thank you! Would love to see your menu - I'm a vegetarian and adore Italian food so would be great to see a link to what you cook. Is that possible? Very many thanks.

We’ve been enjoying Jovannis for many many years. In about 2006, my uncle visited us just before he died. He had a very limited diet, and without being asked, the owner made my uncle a very special soup, that meant he could eat with us. Apart from that happy memory, Big plates, big breakfasts (if you want), great paninis, great omelettes, and vegan options too. The nicest, most polite deli/cafe in Hampton Hill. Great coffee too. I’m glad we can now review you on TripAdvisor.

I recently visited Robin in Richmond and absolutely loved it! The coffee was excellent, the staff were really friendly, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of café where you can relax, enjoy great quality drinks, and feel at home. A lovely spot that definitely adds charm to the area — I’ll be back soon!

Sadly a disappointing experience having not been here for a few years. I remember a well priced good quality cafe. Nostalgia is a wicked liar! Popped in for a couple of takeaway baguettes and it was all a bit disorganised. We waited a while before our order was taken of a bacon baguette and a cheese salad baguette. We asked what type of baguette it was and were told it was a French stick type. It wasn’t and was more of a ciabatta type bread and a very small one at that. A dusty one to boot. The two baguettes and a tea in the smallest cup in the world came to over £17. A tea about the size of my small finger. Hot water must be getting expensive! After a few deep breaths we paid the money given our order was in process. The baguettes were very disappointing for the price, with a a small amount of bacon in one and a single slice of cheese in the other, although the salad quantity was passable. For the money I’d expect everything to be plentiful and exceptional, but it was a bit of a rip off I’m afraid. Paying £7-8 for a baguette is pretty mad stuff and not something I’ve ever experienced in the area or even in central London. I’ve been too many places in the course of recent history central or in the vicinity. They seemed to be struggling with table service too and people were coming to the counter to order following long waits meaning they overtook us waiting at the counter. Some would say style over substance, but the substance was really lacking. The style didn’t count for much if that was the bargaining token of choice. Worse still is we were still hungry after the minuscule portions and turns out there was the Twickenham Cafe a few doors down. The food was half the price and double the portion/quality. Needless to say that will be choice in future. I feel pretty disingenuous to direct people elsewhere but in this circumstance I feel it is necessary. Update from the hospital: My wallet is still recovering from open heart surgery but doctors say there is some hope. I’m happy to find a defibrillator in my will if I don’t make it. Here’s hoping!

By far the best coffee in the area. All of the food is amazing and the prices are fair too.

A wonderful find that finished off my Twickenham weekend. Staff were extremely polite and efficient with excellent service, before we even got to the food. The food itself was exceptional, eggs cooked to perfection and portion size was just right, all washed down with a delicious latte. The atmosphere was welcoming with a warm and cosy buzz on a quite Sunday morning. Thank you and see you again next time I'm here.
