Great ice cream, with a good range of flavours including Cherry Bakewell. Nice place to stop with indoor seating, would definitely visit again

Not very child friendly ! Lady behind the counter had the most horrible attitude !! Cannot be comfortable here with children , was looked at like they are animals!!

This was the best gelato I've had since being in Italy years ago. Really good quality and some eccentric but delicious flavours that you don't find elsewhere. It was pricey but the size of the ice cream was huge. It was so nice that I went back again today for it. I'm surprised they don't have queues spilling out into Strutton Ground, especially with the heat. But it is a bit hard to spot - if you're reading this, I think you need a plastic ice cream sign outside!

I was in London on one of the hottest days on record (40'C) and so an ice cream was in order. I was in the Westminster area and so found Giolato as the place to get Gelato on a hot day in London. It was busy as to be expected on such a hot day and I arrived just in time as they closed at 4pm. There are seats and tables (high and low) inside. The ice cream was £5 for 2 scoops in a tub (a cone is 50p extra) and it was fabulous quality. The choice of flavours was not as extensive as other Gelateria's I have visited but the Coconut and Passionfruit flavours I choose were both refreshing and went well together.

Fantastic gelato, grand portions, nice friendly stuff, not packed yet as it is off the main routes. Looks slightly overpriced but portions are really big.

We pretty much took over the place with 10 of us, 7 kids 3 adults the girls working were so helpful and patient with us allowing the kids to try different flavors they've never tried before. Hands down best ice cream place we've been to. The bacio and cookies and cream were a huge hit with the kids. I had earl grey and lemon (so refreshing) with cannoli (lovely and creamy). 5 star will definitely be back when next visiting London.

My friends and I stopped in on our recent trip for a birthday treat and the ice cream did not disappoint. The staff was so nice and allowed for tastings which helped make our final decisions. So in love with the dark chocolate I had!

Great gelato with some unique flavours that change daily! Slightly overpriced but it’s a small business and it tasted amazing so worth it. Although the one scoop portion might look small, you definitely get enough in it. The elderflower gelato is the best. However they did have a dark chocolate sorbet (dairy free) which was also pretty good.

The gelato here is best in all of London and trust me, I have tasted many (including the famous Amorino)! We come here everytime we are in the area, not only for the gelato but also for the kindest and friendly service. Amazing place.

So happy to find this place... not enough good gelato in this area! It's just off the main road, and is a fantastic find. Authentic flavours... normally I'm put off pistachio ice-cream as it so often tastes processed, but this was delicious, made with & tastes of real pistachios. Staff were lovely & friendly too.

We went on our way to the theatre. Fantastic choice of ice creams with some very unusual as well as traditional flavours. The dark chocolate sorbet, blood orange were great and the earl grey and lemon was a taste sensation. Great service - a great find.
