Haven’t received my food tried calling saying user is busy 🙄

Order not delivered. No answer at restaurant. To reply to communication.

had to pick the order up myself, when I got there they hadn't even prepared the food. my partner rang 30 minutes before I picked and she was informed it was ready to be delivered. absolute shambles and they thought a bottle of Pepsi made up for this order. £38 for an average meal didn't even get my delivery charge refunded.

After 2 hours of waiting I tried calling no answer so I drove down and picked my food up, food was terrible will never order again

Food was delicious Son came home from England for mother's day weekend and all he wanted was a Ginger Panda takeout (Was a bit late which was only a concern because it had gone 10.30 pm but we hadn't ordered until 8.30 pm so our fault really ) Food was piping hot and delicious

I ordered at a Quater past six and it arrived cold at half past eight !!! Very dissapoimted as i have ordered previously and not had any problems ?

We ordered from here on JustEat, and what a disaster it was. Waited two hours for a delivery that never arrived and the restaurant ignored all of our calls. They marked the order as delivered after 70 minutes and refused point blank to give us any further information apart from “your order is running late, please call the restaurant for more information”. I’d love to call your restaurant, but you won’t answer your phone! Disgusting service and will not be ordering from here again!

£20 on a delivery, over an hour and 40 minutes took to receive the food, Cold Chicken balls soggy as a wet paper towel Cold Chips half cooked and taste like fairy liquid, Noodles dry and cold absolutely tasteless The sauce was worse than the food thick sludge absolutely disgusting. Never EVER ordering from here again.

Lack of vegetables in the special fried rice. Duck was a little fatty.

I ordered at 19:00 it didn’t arrive till 21:30 I called them 4 times everytime they said it’s on its way I was hungry I’m diabetic and disabled by the time it came I was in bed and not hungry I am not happy and will never order from just eat again

Just took delivery of Crispy Aromatic Duck,it was not aromatic or crispy. Very poor.

I was disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. Cheap cubes of chicken in my satay. Definitely not worth £35, I've had better meals from other Chinese takeaways and paid half the price - I won't be ordering again.

When ordering I chose the "asap" delivery option, my order was expected to arrive between 7.25pm and 7.4pm although it turned up just before 6pm which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and amazing portion sizes, will be ordering again.

Very late and food was freezing cold , chips were awful , i wont order again with the prices and then turns up freezing cold

Delivery driver was rude, making comments about our door bell not working when it’s clearly taped over. They also gave us the incorrect dish and promised to refund us on just eat and haven’t done so.

Food was very good however it was over 2 hours 30 mins late. Rang up restaurant only to get fobbed of by person on the phone, no apology. No updates from the restaurant as I had to keep ringing them for an update. The delivery driver was super apologetic. I wont be ordering from them again

Nearly an hour late and not heard a thing. Still not here. Still hungry. £55 for 2 people and no food. This pregnant lady is ANNOYED

Was ordered at just after 8pm, received at 11:05pm, could not get hold of restaurant, tried to call over 30 times before an answer, driver complained we were to far away yet the restaurant accepted the order at 20 past 8

Always large portions and fantastic tasty food

Delivery was late and there was an item missing from the order.

We ordered crispy chicken pancakes, we were delivered soggy fatty chewy duck. The pancakes were heated for too long and were hard and would not come apart. This has happened before with being given duck instead, then we called the restaurant and they refunded - this time they did not pick up so we were left with half a meal.

Chips undercooked and cold but curry was great

What can I honestly say? My food was fantastic! Really enjoyable great tasting food. And the fact it came early as well, I’m super impressed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Have bought from here on several occasions , they've gone through a patch where the food wasn't to their usual standard, however my more recent order was back to their absolute best! Very tasty chicken balls, salt and chilli chicken was amazing!

As a regular customer at ginger panda I love the food from here me an my 4 yr old daughter love the spare ribs 😋 plus when we order a family meal it's always amazing, my childetn love it here an always ask for a panda takeaway I give 5 stars but I think it deserves more an I hope the new owners do amazing an keep up the amazing work an reputation as is ginger panda 🐼

My husband and I had a tray meal each tonight. He had crispy beef and I had crispy chicken with rice and chips and a curry sauce, plus bought an extra bag of chips because my husband likes his chips lol. It was beautiful, didn't need the extra chips because the tray meals were huge, plus we had a free bag of prawn crackers. It didn't take long for the delivery and the lovely Jo delivered it to us.

Over an hour late and no sign of food. Called at 9:15pm told it would be leaving in ten mins… still no sign at 10:15pm. First time I’ve ever ordered from here and will never order again. Place is now closed and can’t get hold of anyone!

Ordered online spent about £700 in total with these. Food was always good to great. I left a review last time as the chips were the greasiest chips l have ever had in my life obviously the fat was not warm enough. I only know this as l used to do the cooking in Ted's supper bar chip shop. Their reply to me was serial complainer. I only complained about this so let's be honest. The fish is always battered so thick the inside is uncooked so the batter needs to be thinner. Heat the oil up to the right temperature and don't be rude to your customers. I won't order anything else from you again. There are better places to eat from, than your cheap nasty under cooked trash of a takeaway.

Food was okay, bit disappointing I’d expect better considering it is priced a lot higher then other Chineses, crispy beef wasn’t crispy in the slightest, was rather chewy. There wasn’t much flavour to the broccoli and garlic and also the mixed starter everything had gone soggy ( prawn toast, spring rolls) the chicken with spring onion and ginger was lovely and so were the ribs

Ordered on a Friday night, came on time and the delivery driver was super nice. The food was incredible, highly recommend the chilli chicken and Kung po beef. Portions are huge, definitely enough for some delicious leftovers next day!

Very surprised was early ordered on Eurovision night . Was an item missing they not only sent that immediately but added Chips too, Food was not as tasty as usual but still nicer than others we’ve tried and given how busy they must have been it’s understandable and everything did arrive hot so all in all very satisfied with order Thank you Ginger Panda

Worst chinese ever. Everything was way over cooked. Just had too chuck half of it in the bin🙈. It was almost like it had been warmed up. Wont be ordering again from here
