Domino's Pizza - Tonypandy in Rhondda Cynon Taf

They need to not park across my dropped kerb when delivering even when its to my house with the dropped kerb. Its a law you dont park on lowered or accessible driveway entrances. Three signs too should suffice to say not to park. Food was delivered quickly but should expect that considering the price. If they get caught then thats on them.

Paid for extra cheese for a reason, bearly 1 portion on there. Couldn’t be bothered to cut the pizza either 😬😬

Not worth the money anymore was really good a few years back with decide deals but got no good deals anymore and cost extortionate amounts just for a few pizzas and sides

Once again not using the postcode and going to the wrong street with a simular address, not the first time but will be the last. Not good enough Cold pizza again.

Terrible service !! Ordered a pizza 4 weeks ago arrived the totally wrong order. Complained and was told I’d get a refund within 3 days to then keep ringing every week told a manager will call me and still nothing still no refund. £20 on a pizza I didn’t eat what a shambles

Good food and some nice staff but there is no where to eat in except for one table

This place has vastly improved, a lot. I now order from here regularly, but only when there are offers on. Full price pizzas are way over priced I'm afraid. ....Original review..... If you have more than 3 toppings they'll struggle to get it right. If you ask for double something you rarely get it. Cheese is extremely sparse. Then again the actual pizza doesn't taste that bad. Delivery is hit or miss, often coming 15-20 mins early when I'm not at home. I now go elsewhere where you can get much better value for money.

Ordered to the wrong store and was trying to get it sorted with the other store, and even though it wasn’t his problem, the fella was so lovely! Thank you for being so nice 👍🏻

Ordered from there all and there have never been any issues at all with the service or food. But yesterday I ordered and they forgot the drink - the delivery driver mentioned this straight away and offered to bring it back so I said not to worry about it because it would be an unnecessary journey and I honestly wasn’t bothered about losing a £1 because it would cost more than that in petrol to bring it back, but he insisted. Then once he left, a different delivery driver turned up about 5 minutes later with TWO drinks and sincerely apologised for the mistake. Now, I wasn’t even bothered about forgetting the drink because they haven’t once forgotten it in all the years I’ve been ordering from there, but the fact they didn’t take the opportunity to forget about the drink when I genuinely offered, AND gave me an extra drink for free just shows what great service you’ll get from this store. Would recommend to anyone to be fair 👍🏻

Ordered multiple pizzas for collection. Full order was ready when I arrived and steaming hot.

Good pizza and very friendly and helpful staff

App told me my food was ready, went to collect and... It wasn't. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my final pizza. In the man time though, my first two pizzas had an incredible tan from the sunbed they put them under to keep warm. By the I got home the pizza was like bloddy cardboard.

Hit or miss with this Domino's. Staff don't care as long as they get there wages at the end of the night for there ten bag. You will never get given change from this Domino's unless you ask. This is terrible, I don't mind putting the penny in the charity pot but when they take the money and shut the till it's wrong. 3 visits and being served by different staff this has happened to me. With the amount of orders each night the till must be way over. Maybe they are told to do this to make more money for Des the owner. I'm not sure.

Had pizza from here for years before treorchy branch opened, Every pizza and side was fresh and tasted great! Staff would be great if I ever did a walk in and collect and watching them being made was actually a great experience.

Strangely better than other Domino's

I placed an order on 30th within 10 mins Domino's rang me back they had no ingredients so they cancelled my order which was fine bt now I'm told 7 to 14 days too refund me find this unexceptable time to wait for monies to be returned

Gone down hill last few months. Delivery times taking longer and pizzas are worse than my local shop now. Last 2 orders I've had to complain and I don't complain about anything. Ordered at 7.30pm for 30min delivery. Its 9.20pm and I'm still waiting.

Delivered part of an order, phoned them within 5 mins of delivery to clarify mistake on their part and now close to two hours later and still missing parts of the order. When speaking to the second member of staff it appears the first staff member just took the call and no action thereafter... Absolute cretins!

Always have great food , always hot and fast delivery

Most of the time delivered on time. One or two times food wasnt hot, but i understand it's busy periods and delivery drivers have loads to deliver.

Fantastic pizza! The friendly staff really know what it takes to make a good cake. The best Domino's I've ever had and one of the best Pizzas you can get. It's worth it!

Cold food tonight......what happened ......

The customer service here is essentially nonexistent. Tonight I placed an order for delivery at 20:38 and it didn't arrive until almost two hours later. I called the store at 22:02 and asked for an update on the food and while the staff member admitted there was a mistake, there was no apology. The answer I recieved when saying "I'm not happy" was "do you want me to send it out or not?". Over the years I've spent a lot of money in this store but it's safe to say that's the last.

Used to love this place but recently I only order at certain times. I do this because at certain times on the weekend, the pizza’s are either borderline cold or I just don’t receive my full order. However, when I order earlier in the day, they always get my order right and the pizza is boiling hot which is what I like.

70% of staff here r great other 30% are too busy chatting to notice customers. Order online & collect yourself is best way 2 go

Absolutely shocking pizza workers just slap the pizza together full of grease falling apart cookies mushed together wedges cold and solid chicken stripers cold and chewy absolutely sick ! How they can put the prices they charge for their shocking service is beyond me ! Never going again ! Sick place

Honestly, the order we had yesterday was beyond the point of bad, 80% of it went into the bin after struggling to force the first 20% down.. Burnt cold pizza, cold wedges, cold chicken, the cookies were fine which was the only saving grace. I don't know if the store is understaffed or the team just can't be bothered but it's nowhere near the standard I expect from a chain like domino's (which I'm usually and avid fan of) . Especially for the extortionate prices they charge. I can comfortably say I'll never waste my time ordering from this store again and I'd advise anyone fancying a domino's to just drive to Treforest or save yourself some money and go to asda and get one of their pizza's which compared to the monstrosity I received could be given a bloody Michelin star.

Domino's, for me, always has and always will be the number one place for pizza's. From the atmosphere when you enter, the staff being very polite and welcoming, the cleanliness of the outlet as a whole, the litte waiting time between placing an order and when you receieve it and finally, of course, the fantasticly tasty pizza's which are always of the highest quality!. They're also best bar none when it comes to fantastic deals at brilliantly low prices!. Right now they have a lunch time deal where you can grab yourself a large pizza + any 1 topping for JUST £5.99!. This runs on a monday thru friday between the hours of 11am - 4pm!. That, my friends is an offer just to good to refuse!. So, Domino's Do What Others Don't!...And That's one of many, many reasons why their my No.1 and I'll never give them anything less than 5*!!.

Staff not very friendly, as far too busy, wasn't advised about any special offers on pizzas, only acknowledged by staff when served. Can't fault pizza, it was hot, delicious and very tasty

Fantastic pizza made by really lovely people who genuinely like what they do and are passionate about serving their product. Big variety of fresh pizzas and accompanying dishes, fast and professional delivery; the place itself is really clean too. Car park available as well as local train station and bus stops. You can order through phone and online

So its 2 for Tuesday and I'm eating alone. I thought it would be cost effective and reduce food waste to suggest me having a medium pizza and a garlic bread instead of 2 full on pizzas. Was told this isn't possible which was disappointing 🙄

Doesn't deserve a star been a loyal custom for years but not no more definitely be going elsewhere, after tonight try ordering £50 online for 30% discount, online app and website didn't work, said payment error tried 3 attempts still the same to find £90 taken from my account rang the store to complain to be spoken abrutly with attitude that my order didn't reach the store, and when I asked if they could do the discount online the fella said no and hung up, tamping is not the word, my advice people go elsewhere

Ordered extra topping for it not to be added. Pizza was cold and the wedges were under cooked and cold. Worse one yet

Had to wait at least 2 hours for pizza and when it finally arrived it was the wrong pizza

Selected to have delivery for a certain time, after it had passed the time slot I phoned the store to see where my pizzas were and I was assured they wouldn’t be long but then arrived over an hour after that. After they finally arrived one of the pizzas was a little squished and the attempt they had made to slice it was appalling. One of the other pizzas looked as if the store had run out of topping while making it, it was missing one of the toppings selected and calling them stingy with the other toppings would be an understatement, it was shocking to say the least. Worst experience with this store.

Quality place to order and take away

Good service, good staff, could do with a place to sit or a tv, or something interesting to do while you are waiting for your pizza. Other than that, all good.

Disgraceful service. Having to wait over an hour and half for delivery. Phoned the stored and was told the order was on its way. Rang again 30 mins later and was told the pizza hadn't even left yet. Very rude staff on both occasions. I have been a loyal customer of Dominos but I will buy my pizzas elsewhere after tonight's diabolical customer service. 😡😡😡😡

Pre ordered pizza it literally came bang on time, the lovely delivery man was so polite and helpful (I'm sure he said his name was Bradley) pizza was still warm, order was completely accurate. Never have a bad word to say about this place, amazing

After waiting 1 hour and 30 mins we received our freezing cold food and the nachos looked like they had been prepared the night before. Not the only time we've had issues with this dominos.

I had a pizza this evening and I was enjoying it until it got to the point that a found a blue piece of plastic in my food !!!! I think who ever made this pizza should be ashamed of themselves As i or my partner could of ended up in A&E all because someone was so lazy and did NOT cook the pizza tidy !!!
