Food was very underwhelming especially given the reviews I had read. Lacked a lot of flavour. The best dish we had was the lamb with parsnip chips. Service was excellent.

Called in for dinner without reservation, they hold a number of tables for this, good choice of well presented food and very tasty, also great choice of wines and beers. Service was quick without being too rushed, very friendly staff would recommend

Darcy's Belfast Bistro

19/04/2019: An excellent meal of freshly prepared food. They serve an excellent seafood chowder. Delicious. Would also recommend the soda bread to start (topped with divine cheese). And to finish it - the pavlova is divine. The ambiance is intimate but light and fun (at least on the first floor where we ate - there is an upstairs but we didn’t really see it). The service very pleasant - especially as a walk in. It was busy and bustling. Good signs of a good place.
26/01/2019: We loved this place. My seafood chowder starter was filling, tasty and superb. My partners seafood medley was equally good, as was my beautiful 16oz tomahawk steak with amazing tobacco onions and chips. I was so full that I skipped dessert and had a lovely Irish Coffee. We both loved this place and would highlyrecommend it.

Holohan's

15/02/2019: My wife and I made reservations the day before to ensure a table and were glad we did - the restaurant was completely full. Uniquely situated on a colorful barge, we knew we were in for a fun experience before ever stepping on board.
04/02/2019: This was our latest trip. Evening meal booked even though it was the night Ireland played England in the rugby. Service was relaxed and we did get an English waitress who kept us updated as to when Englandshire scored. Starter was tasty and quickly served. The main course was also very tasty. Only two of the six wanted sweet. Wines where I am told very good must say was disappointed no Bacardi just Havana. But struggled through. Overall a pleasant and tasty experience.
