Called to place a order for pick up and when I went in to pick it up I was disappointed that they didn’t listen to my request. When I explained to the lady on the deli counter what I requested I heard a voice yelling out to me from till point. This was extremely disappointing and very embarrassing to me and more to the business. I am a regular customer for lunch but moving forward I won’t be returning due to the blonde lady on till point screaming at me. I work in customer service based role and if one of my staff spoke to a customer the way she did I would seriously think about her position with me.

Great little local deli great food staff need to match the quality of the produce , today I was spoken to disgustingly by a member of staff after a misunderstanding about an order , why work in a retail environment if you have zero customer service

Just thought I’d give you some feedback. All the ladies was lovely an helpful. I ordered sausage and egg on toast. The egg was awful, the bottom of it was like when you do an omelette an your left with a burnt bit of egg around the top of the pan. The yolk was solid. If I wanted solid egg I would have ordered a boiled egg. Just thought I’d let you know as, if you don’t know you can’t improve it. Well cooked white an a nice runny yolk it’s not hard to do. I will try again as it looked amazing inside. Ps it was empty inside so not under any stress. Thanks 👍🏻

Billions es un negocio familiar que ha estado en el área durante 6 años. Venden una buena variedad de comida y platos de carne preparados. Son un poco caras, pero la comida siempre es buena. Abierto todos los dias. Recomendado

Bought a cut of meat for £12 at the weekend and I was surprised how poor it was. Gillions is renowned for being a good butcher but the full rack of pork ribs I bought was shocking. Ice had much better cheap ribs at Morrisons for £5. Very disappointed and I and friends and family will not be returning. For cheaper cuts Morrisons is good or for more premium try John Davidson butchers online.

Gillions is a Gem in the heart of Crosby. The service is old fashioned customer service. You can get so many different or artisan products in the short and it is open till 8pm. Fab Fab shop.

We normally do our own food for a family party but as this was a special occasion (70th) we decided to use Gillions and now I don’t know why we ever even did it ourselves! Absolutely amazing quality and service, couldn’t fault it one bit. All the bowls etc are loaned and we were given the napkins / bowls / plates / plastic cutlery and even cream for the cake (which I would have forgotten to buy!) Price was amazing too and you would struggle to do that quality of food for that price yourself Would very highly recommend

Love this place and the various selection of foods on offer. Both butchers and deli area have a fabulous choice of quality meats, cheeses and homemade food. Would recommend if you live in the area.

Not cheap, but the range of quality product on offer is superb - from good bread to top quality steak - a good delicatessen.

Great homemade cooking. Amazing variety - all cooked on the premises. I particularly love their sausages, the lasagne and their scouse.

Been shopping here for years! The food here is always an excellent standard. The sausage are the best, they're the only ones I will eat! Made on the premise and not greasy. I always buy the eggs here they are lovely. They usually have offers on were you can get 3 meals for £10. Staff are also very helpful and always pleasant.

The staff in this shop are so helpful. The meat on the butchers counter is always top class, and is not expensive. The deli counter always has a good selection. Really recommendable.

Quality of the food served here is superb. They have a regular loyal clientele who obviously return regularly. Some of the staff a really nice though I have been disappointed with the quite curt and often rude service I receive from a number of the staff. Complacency is the word I would use!

The food here is superb, I absolutely love Gillions. The staff are very nice and friendly and their coleslaw is probably the best in the UK. If you haven't tried them yet you are truly missing out, leaves Supermarket food for dead. Support local every time.

This is simply a great food shop. Everything you need, good quality and helpful staff. We got all of our Christmas stuff here as well and despite the shop being crammed and us having two small children we still waltzed thanks to the attention we got. Very highly recommended asset to the local community

Bien conocido delicatessen locales. excelente comida, excelente calidad, pequeña pero bonita y en una muy buena ubicación. La variedad de carne o de otras carnes es excelente y la variedad de salsas también es buena. Justo como Mama utilizada para hacer que vienen a la mente! Ir y comprar y disfrutar!

Gillion es mi tienda favorita de comida. La calidad de la carne es simplemente impresionante, supermercados mejores parece positivamente grave comparado con Gillions. Siendo un eco-guerrero yo, el hecho más comida allí es producida en me hace aún más dispuestos a comprar, aunque es un poco caro. Realmente recibes más de lo que se paga.
