Got a fish supper and a single fritter. The food was so greasy I felt ill after just having the fritter and a couple chips. Fish was soggy and falling apart, tasted disgusting. Chips were soaking with grease, partly mashed and falling apart. Won't be returning and will tell others to avoid

Food late no apology told a mix up no explanation when called was told tried to phone which had no missed call absolute joke as some of food was for someone that had to leave for there work because of how late food was so thank you

I normally get a very nice fish but not tonight the fish was not fresh and the chips were a bit soggy

Got a kids chicken nuggets and fish fingers. Kids said it was burnt. To be fair they were overcooked. The fingers were Rock hard. Pizza crunch was nice though

I have ordered a few times out this place best chicken donner wrap ever but not tonight for some reason the chicken donner was absolutely swimming in grease haf the wraps have been chucked in the bin dinner ruined

Delivery was a bit delayed but understandable with the snow/bad road conditions. Food was still nice and hot, tasty and good portions. Had the chicken selects, chips and gravy, macaroni bites, chips cheese n donner sauce and all were nice.

usually the pizza we get out of here is brilliant but with this order the pizza felt like it had sat out and was stale ,base was chewy and old and the cheese was in chewable...shame because as I said it is usually very nice food from here,but this was poor this time.

Just moved to the area and think ive found my go to. Hot chips and love that I can get tuna on my pizza, which isn’t a popular choice I know. Love the pizzas, great base and good offers on them

Food was delish as always. Our pizza wasn’t given to the driver at first, but they were back with a piping hot one within 6 minutes of the initial delivery!! Can’t even complain about that. Thanks again

took nearly 2 hours to be delivered ordered at half 7. 9pm and still waiting

Just ordered two fish supper. The Fish was tasteless, what a waste of money. This chippy use to be such a good chippy. What a shame. Think we’ll possibly need to go elsewhere 🤷🏼‍♂️

Order arrived earlier than estimated delivery time which is always handy! Food arrived fresh and still hot! Full order in the bag, no faults on quality. Prices I feel are a little high for what you get so would make me reconsider what I got from there but for quality alone I will order again

Fantastic fish and chips as always, good portions, always cooked to order, oil never ever smells old. I never have any complaints about the food here and customer service is top notch too.

Chef, the catch of the day battered cod supper was exceptional tonight, also a lot of fish, and the chips tasted great. The burger was wolfed down before I finished my first fish fillet so I guess he loved it lol. Thanks Gianni's

went to have a cuppa tea and a slice of golden syrup cake which I only ordered two days ago yet my cake was already like 9 days out of date when delivered I have a photo of the proof

£27.85 for I fish supper and 2,mini fish suppers. No boxes Food all stuck to paper and on inspection it had to be the smallest fish ever. Can’t believe at the prices anyone would think this was acceptable to serve ?! Was similar to batter with a sprinkling of minced fish. !! Will not be returning

The best chippy on Just eat in our area. The food is always delicious, hot when delivered and fresh. Never had any issues at all. Can't fault the place 😍

First time ordering from here and won’t be the last. Was absolutely beautiful the Angel cut haddock was so fresh and meaty! Fabulous!

Great fish and chips as always, hot, crunchy batter, flaky fish. Nicely cooked chips. Love the side salad from here. Son is visiting from England and he got some chips and gravy with a buttered roll added and he enjoyed them. He said he also appreciates that they put plenty of butter on the roll. The staff are so rude and cheeky especially the women also it’s like a bloody chore when you ask them for some scran ffs which is rotten !!!

Worst fish supper I’ve ever bought .£9.90 paper thin curled up 2mm thick lots of batter very little fish. Mega greasy and tasteless . Chips were a disgrace more crumbs than chips inedible and lukewarm. Don’t waste your money here. Thought buying from an Italian chip shop would have been better quality but I was so wrong rated 0/10

Spot on. No had a pizza from here in a while. I’ll be getting more often as it was delicious

the bigger pizza was squashed, no pizza protector was used. the topping was all stuck to the box. the driver took pics and so did I.

Always the best chippy about staff are amazing always happy to help and chat away. Giannis has became an ever Tuesday thing for me great service normally served by a young girl beautiful smile and always chatty and an older women who I used to be terrified of but turns out she’s absolutely lovely. Not enough pizza sauce on it so was very dry spicy chicken was just chicken and cheese vegetable pizza very dry also wouldn’t order for pizza from here again

2 hours for a delivery. 1 hour after expected delivery time. Had to chase them a few times before we actually got our order.

The dinner was burned and it was cold I ask for cod and they send haddock also the fritters were burned haggis burned the whole meal was disgusting that is why I ask for a refund and you refused me one I was not happy as with the cost of living it's shocking I will be letting people know not to buy out off the shop

Used to be my regular chippy. I understand prices have gone up, but Gianni's are being totally disproportionate. Not only are their prices some of the highest I've seen, their portion sizes are ridiculous. The quality of the food is usually fine but it's far too high a price for far too small a portion. Won't ever be going back.

If we want fish n chips, we always order it from Giannis. The fish is beautiful and white, with great batter. However my order last night was very disappointing. The batter was rock hard, and there wasn’t much fish under it.

Half order missing plus fish wasn’t great atall, sent curry instead of gravy, on a whole a major disappointment

Feels like I've just been robbed. I bought a hamburger on a roll and a can of irn bru. It costs £7:10. No chips or fritters. I couldn't believe it. I didn't have the heart to say, forget it, but I'll not be back.

Didn’t get a notification when it arrived and the door wasn’t knocked once like I asked on the notes so by the time I got the order at half 10 (the latest delivery time) when I went to check it was cold cold! Couldn’t re heat the chicken burger as it had sauce on it but tried to re heat the rest and it just ended up over cooked and inedible and don’t know how long it had been sitting there

Food arrived on time was cold and hard, the people saying this is a good place must be getting paid, kingrib was brick hard the haggis supper was over cooked and hard chips cold rolls like bricks and the glass bottles of juice extremely overpriced they should be ashamed sending food out like this never again

Chose this place due to the good reviews out of several places available and was a little disappointed. I hate complaining but the food was average at best. The worst part is i paid £1.60 extra to have cheese on my fries and they turned up without it?
