Giacopazzi's in Perth & Kinross

On the passing, I fancied an ice cream, so I popped in. I was served by a young chap, Order duly placed. As he was making up my ice cream, I commented, "cor, that's a bit miserable. He just smiled. Well, what can I say, although tasty enough, £3.50 extremely expensive for what was given. I truly wish I'd told the young lad I wasn't paying the amount asked for what was received.

Excellent customer service, from the 2 young men who served us. Ice cream 🍦 never let us down it was so yummy 😋 we all had different flavours it was 👍. Thoroughly enjoyed it we all did!!!

Utter dispicable customer service and false advertising of ability to use lottery machines. Essentially you can buy tickets but cant cash them due to staff incompetence.

Long time customer, lovely staff, always a joy to visit. Only moan is the breakfast roll fillings can be a bit dry.

Found it very disappointing and run down in my opinion, staff were more interested in gossiping about their colleagues and social life than taking care of the customers also found the grocery department very poor indeed very sad to see a once great little family owned store get to this state

Cannot go into Milnathort without stopping far an a homemade ice cream,flavours galore.Hard to choose.

Overpriced crap, that always seems off!! Woman that manages the Kinross store is extremely rude. Shame cause the rest of the staff and very friendly.

Testament that looks can be deceiving :-( Awwwwww. Gutted. I had heard great things. But the place failed to deliver. Here is the low down - the ice creams LOOK great, but don’t deliver glacé greatness. All the excitement is sprinkled on the top but, unless you get a bit of the top layer you don’t get the favour you hoped for. Just bog standard, average ice cream. And, having had the vanilla, it is average. Not creamy. Not exquisitely, luxuriously, vanillaly. Just ok. AND, to add to the disappointment: the tablet ice cream doesn’t contain or taste of the great Scottish high-sugar fayre. It is just sprinkled (see above!) with those teeny, weeny fudge squares you buy to decorate cakes. Anyone who is Scottish, or spent any time in Scotland, knows fudge is fudge and tablet is tablet. So all in all I left skint and disappointed and with the distinct impression that, if everyone is saying it was great maybe it was, but corners along with quality have been cut to make a cheaper - but not cheerier - product. Gutted.

Don’t advertise anchovies on pizza if you don’t know what they are! This is the 3rd time you have got my order wrong and you have given me artichokes. Jesus!

Overpriced and basic supplies. Makes up for it with fantastic staff, ice cream and a wine selection to inspire and amaze. A pillar of the community and a refreshing break from the never ending Co-ops!

Limited parking on both side of road narrowing the main road down to virtually one lane, luck if you leave with your wing mirrors!

For a small village store, Giacopazzi's manages to pack an awful lot of produce into limited size premises. Supplied primarily by NISA they also have a good range of non-Nisa products to make your shopping interesting and pleasurable. An enviable range of wines also makes this more than just a village store. The staff are friendly and helpful and despite the queues (mainly for ice cream in the summer) you never have to wait long.

Friendly staff and a tremendous choice of fantastic ice cream. Also a good variety of wines and beers and Puddledub products. I can also recommend the Yorkshire cottage cheese. It is a deli come supermarket come ice cream store and post office - amazing!

A general store with quite steep prices. Now also has a post office as well. Their bakery goods are good.. They come from Stuart's in Buckhaven I think.

This has got to be the finest purveyor of ice cream in the east of Scotland. The shop prices are extortionate and need addressing but as it's the ONLY shop in the village they will always have the commodity. Wonder why that is?
