Food quality is not good, used to give 2 sauces but now charging extra for sauces,

The lady over there NIDA was very friendly and helpful and understood what we were trying to say.

Awful experience, absolute silence from 3 staff, looked like COVID times . The £8 Donner box is terrible, a few pieces of dinner meat and a half portion of fries.

Food was really good and the girl Nida who served me the food was very kind and pleasant. She did answer any questions I had and didn't leave until I was fully satisfied, her Customer Service skills are really good. As for food, it was hot and well presented and served really quick. I just want to add something. If the restaurant gets disposable plastic cups for their store to serve customers who might not like using cans, bottle or straws, this will leave an even better reaction as the customer can ask for plastic cup and drink from the cup instead of can or straw. It appears that for the last couple of months, whenever I order a box doner, the takeaway portion is consistently half the size. Even when I ordered an extra chicken tonight (20/03/2024), it was still only half the usual size, which is disappointing. I don't understand why this is happening, especially given the price I'm paying. Could you please let me know how many grams are in a regular portion and what the standard serving size is? Thank you.

Well, we went to this restaurant late in the evening, we wanted to eat something relatively quickly and not for much money, and we hit the jackpot. Very good fresh ingredients, the only minus was the meat was cold.

I've been hearing about GDK from family and friends, so I had to try. 50/50 kebab was fantastic. It was filling and extremely tasty. It's not greasy or stodgy. I would recommend to anyone that hasn't tried it or never had a kebab.

Food is ok its tasty but we come me my husband and child we order 4 meals all meals she brings separately first is come my after 2 min my husband and child Doner boxes we wait for ages really very long I even start ask where is rest of food…we come for dinner family and want eat together not all separate till she bring my child food are food is already cold ….its not nice if I start eat my food and child is hungry look at me …we fill not welcome

GDK is the place to have a delicious kebab sandwich. The price is reasonable and the service is good. recommended .

2024 update: There is now a price discount. You can now get a kebab for £5.99, a very competitive price 👍 ******** **** ********* A good place to get kebab in Manchester. One of the few places where you can still get a good meal for less than £7 (price has now increased since autumn 2023). Food is great, decent portion. The shop is clean and hygienic. There are two machines on the side that also accept card payments as well. I hope they bring back the buy one get one free offer on Tuesdays as that's what they were famous for.

Great location, staff and atmosphere honestly. The food is great too, no complaints, but the only thing I would say is that I wish the food had a bit more sauce. That could be just a subjective thing but overall, great experience.

I had veggie kebab without any customization - it was so delicious. Crispy patty and juice vegies with apt sauce make it so tasty. Staff is also very friendly. Def would recommend this.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant, often ordering online for pickup through services like Uber Eats and Just Eat. My loyalty stems from almost a dozen orders I've placed (in under 2 months), amounting to a significant sum over time. However, my most recent experience on December 27th was profoundly disappointing and has led me to reconsider my patronage. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I encountered an unfamiliar staff member. I had forgotten my order number but had a screenshot of my order details from Uber Eats, which I presented to the staff. In the past, other employees have used this information to efficiently locate my order, especially when there were only a couple of orders ready for pickup. This process has always been smooth and professional, demonstrating a clear respect for customer service. Contrastingly, the staff member I interacted with that evening displayed a complete disregard for customer service. They dismissed my explanation and chose to attend to a customer who arrived after me, despite my having been there for over 10 minutes. Their behavior was not just unprofessional but also rude, showing a lack of basic courtesy. When they finally returned to me, there was no apology for the delay or the earlier oversight. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and informing them of my decision to not return, their reaction was indifferent, as if my patronage mattered little. This encounter was a stark contrast to the typically pleasant experiences I've had with other staff members. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed my previous positive ones and led me to explore other options. I've since found several other kebab shops on Oxford Street that offer not only competitive prices but also the level of professionalism and respect that customers deserve. To the management of this restaurant: I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The importance of consistent, respectful customer service cannot be overstated, especially for regular customers. A single negative experience can indeed overshadow many positive ones.

Stop here because it was near my hotel but wish I had picked one of the many other fast food places as the service here was average at best and the food was awful probably one of the worst Donna's I've ever had. The chicken was chopped up so small it looked like the leftovers and tasted like it, the extra hot sauce I paid for was in a pot so small it was not worth having which was a shame it might have taken the taste of the horrible away. My advice use one of the many other places near by.

I’ve been waiting for almost half hour after you accepted my order and then you just cancelled it. That’s very rude and unprofessional. Will never use this irresponsible company again. Shame.

I was there on a Saturday evening around 10.30 p.m. She ordered food to the table, but it turned out that you couldn't sit down at the table. We decided to eat inside but were asked to go outside! No respect for the customer

We spotted this takeaway as it was bright orange and looked very inviting. My partner doesn't like kebabs but he said he would try one.They are absolutely gorgeous! Only problem now is my hubby wants one of these every night.So we are now looking to see where they are available in Manchester
