Lovely meal and excellent service from Shantelle

Just got food delivered and this was what was in the pannins. Food was nice but for 45 pound nearly, the meat content was very poor. Also curry chips is just curry powder on chips. Not worth the money and won't being using again

Had a lovely Doner and Fries box with melted cheese for lunch! Perfect portion size, came piping hot and delicious. The lovely customer assistant Maiesha helped me order when I had a query, she was extremely friendly. Great experience, looking forward to coming back x

Surprising comparable to a kebab you'd get in Berlin, a little bit more pricier than one you'd get there but still good all the same! A better deal as a meal than stand alone!

Bread wasn’t toasted or hot like it usually is, chips where cold and hard , chilli cheese bites where cold & dry and had no cheese inside , ordered from here lots of times usually really nice ! This was bad and has put me off ordering again :( very disappointed

The menu is packed with delicious options, and what stood out the most was how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. I opted for their signature [Dish, e.g., "Cheeseburger with fries"], and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on a soft, toasted bun, while the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just the way I like them.

The food was cold and the chicken wrap sandwich was not good at all, the doner kebab was dry, you could not eat it, you could just throw it in the bin.

This is a review for the new one just opened in The Metrocentre, not the Newcastle branch. I can’t seem to find a page for the Metrocentre branch but anyways we decided to try this on Sunday afternoon just for something different and because I used to like kebabs. We ordered one of the mixed wraps and I only had two bites of it but both bites were full of gristle and fat. I spat both mouthfuls out, it’s a shame because the flavours were nice but the meat was really poor quality and so that let it down badly. The chips have no flavour, the only thing I liked literally was the garlic sauce which was banging! I won’t be wasting my money on this again, I’m glad I tried it but it’s awful seriously, it made me feel sick afterwards. Save your money! These hyped up overpriced places keep popping up all over Newcastle and every time I try them I’m let down.

Maiesha was absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service . She was very welcoming , kind and patient. She went out of her way to check in and ask if everything was ok with everyone that was sitting in to have their meals . Very positive attitude and honestly after the long day I had today this interaction was genuinely worth commenting about . Well done Maiesha , genuinely great customer service. :)

Terrible service and time management. Food was cold and un edible. Never order from here! Gave wrong portion sizes unless their large is classed as EXTRA small. Way overpriced for the quality of food. I will never order from here again.

Had order at 2am , on Deliveroo and everything was lush . Only Ayran was missing and was swapped with Zero Sprite . So i jst shared this to deliveroo and right after that saw a small note apologising for not having Ayran. I had already reported it and feeling so bad seeing and apology note ..dunno how to cancel the claim/report or i would have . Sorry! Everything I had was outstanding !

I had to wait over a hour after the first delivery time

instead of a box it was all loose and hardly and chips and it was all mixed couldn't tell which was which. also when ur says donner chips and cheese. there was no cheese it was dry. wouldn't try again
