Sending cold food to customers! Will never order again. Received cold food a couple of times now

By the time the food actually arrived, over an hour after the original stated time, it was pretty much stone cold. The driver had it with him for 50 minutes whilst he delivered to lots of other different places before. The food would have probably been really nice if it wasn’t cold and soggy!

“Kebabs done right” clearly not 🤣I visited German Donner Kebab and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a mixed donner box with fries and salad. The chicken I received was quite clearly raw, When I brought it up to the staff they claimed it was “normal” and refused to give me a refund or make me a new one. The inadequate manager thought it was appropriate to tell me to come to the back so i can check the chicken meat myself?🤣 am I a staff member or customer?he had the cheek to refuse the refund because apparently I had “ate most of it”. I had eaten the top layer which was the salad and underneath was the meat which was untouched. if I fancied having raw chicken for my dinner I would have went to a farm and caught one my self. Appalling service and very useless staff.

Frozen cold when I got it. Had to warm it up. So the meat was like rubber. So disappointed.

Really cold. Got 8 hash browns not 12 and no sauces. It wasn't in a box so everything just fell out into the paper bag it got delivered in. The last one 1 got was bad but thought it was a 1 off. This time was worse. Never again.

I was served by Maiesha and Anjali today. The food was good not a problem however what made my visit pleasant was the server. From taking my order to service and making sure ive got no allergies and with that top notch behaviour. I was so happy. 10/10 for customer service.

Ordered off deliveroo, doner was absolutely disgusting and pretty flavourless I was disappointed. I also Ordered some mini donuts which came with a chocolate sauce, they were beyond average. Save ur money and go elsewhere it's really not all that.

Was cold on arrival coming through deliveroo. Nasty garlic sauce and overall poor quality Donner. Wouldn't recommend, find any local takeaway... It will likely be better than this!

ordered on uber and got a call off the alleged manager saying they couldn’t make my order because it would take too long and they can’t cancel it. they said they would send me chips, salad and a wrap. i said it would be fine as long as they were being honest . they sent me a salad box instead with nothing else. this is a waste of my time and money and i got not one thing i ordered.

I ordered OG Kababa through uber eats. It was on offer with 40%off. It was wrapped woth a thick bread and too cold as if prepared 4 5 hours before. Don't give low quality food for offers. I ordered because it was too good in Metrocenter.

Food wasordered at 1125pm was told delivery time was 1158pm and foos showed up at 00.50am it turned up stone cold and indeable and with the price i paid i am deeply in happy with this food wasnt even delivered in the delivery bag

changed the address to the billing address for delivery a couple of times placed order saw the address had changed to GPS address rang restaurant told had to do it via you could not change address could not cancel...then entered the loop of doom told to call u guys explained you were an app then checked guess what your help told me..u guessed it ring the restaurant..had to stand out in the winds of a major storm to get an order missing drinks and side freezing cold the lot went in the bin

We ordered through deliveroo and we were satisfied with the taste, the bread was very nice, sauces very tasty. But the portion was very small for the price. Around £35. Small amount of meat in og kebab. Small amount of chips in large chips. And very tiny bit of cheese on cheese hashbrowns. A little underwhelmed. And foe £35 for a delivery, you'd expect 2 people to be full. We were still a bit hungry. Maybe we will try dining in next time.

Would not recommend. Waited over 3 hours for food and they miss stuff off the order, phone up shop and cheeky woman on phone laughs and hangs up. Think she forgets she makes cuts kebab for a living, would no recommend in slightest, and when food came it was freezing cold, don’t make the same mistake as me

I placed an order on January 7, 2025, through the German Doner Kebab website. It’s now been 3 days, and I still haven’t received my food. I’ve called multiple times, but they keep saying there’s nothing they can do. It’s like a joke! I even submitted a complaint through their website, explaining the issue and attaching a photo of the receipt, but still no response. They don’t seem to care at all. They’ve taken my money and now refuse to take any responsibility.

Ana was fantastic very accommodating, the guts preparing the food were very friendly and not deterred when they were watched which means they knew they were shit hot at what they do. Definitely returning, kid friendly.

The kebab made me a better man, Doughnuts were soft and delicious . 10/10

The is freezing cold I can’t eat any of it, missing a can of coke also. How can you expect food to still be warm when the delivery driver comes on a pedal bike. anyone with any sense could see the food will be freezing cold the distance it travels
