Ordered for delivery through uber eats. Food should have been delivered at roughly 8.45pm then at just past 9 I get a message cancelling my order after I had already had a message to say that someone had my order and was on their way... NOT IMPRESSED

I came in on Saturday and was served by Michelle, she was very attentive and polite, couldn’t have asked for better service. Every time I asked for something, it was always brought over with a smile. Food was dished up by John and tasted so good! Thank you both!

I recently visited German Doner Kebab for lunch and had a great experience. The environment was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Mary Ann super helpful Update Mary Ann was super nice and apologetic from my last review And helped me decide what to order and it was super nice And kindness goes a long way Leaving my last review here Can’t leave a zero rating or I would have. I paid extra for more meat and it was the same amount as a regular what I load of crap speak to the boss and he just makes up some numbers out of nowhere didn't even see my receipt for what i ordered, just made it up very disappointed will boycott this shop … never go here they will take your money and not give the food they used to give and they wonder why there going out of business John is always a great help for me when I come in He exceeded my expectations every time I come in and see him John needs a promotion

my kebab was missing from the inside of the box and the chips were left open scattered all over the place

We ordered and paid for delivery (£60+) but the delivery never came! Rang German Doner kebab to tell them and they said nothing to do with us - contact Just eat and put the phone down! They knew who the driver was that they sent out with the delivery, but didn’t give a damn about our order not arriving! Absolutely disgusting! No customer service at all - take your money then dont give a damn! ***** Contacted GDK as they said they would like to redeem themselves - only to be told, again, that it’s not their problem! Avoid this place at all costs! Couldn’t care less about their customers.
