Never again! Food with hair twice. This is disgusting. The fries arrived after 30 minutes. I order without jelapenos came with. That's a joke. Never again! The manager behaves badly. He was rude. I don't want to hear it when I come to eat. Person from the service very nice. I wasn't there my first time but it was 100% the last. Thank you and good luck.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at GDK UXBRIDGE BRANCH. The food was served cold not once, but twice, even after I requested a replacement. This shows a complete lack of attention to quality and customer care. It’s unacceptable to serve cold food repeatedly, especially when the issue has been pointed out. This experience ruined the meal, and the lack of effort to resolve the problem was shocking. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic standards of service or food quality.

Ordered Gym box but received a Box with Doner and Chips instead of the gym box. Ordered a Cheese beef and chips box but received and box with just beef and cheese in it. Food tasted good but order was wrong. Should be more careful. The team did give out free beef spring rolls to everyone and including myself which was a nice touch. The staff was polite and did their best to provide quick service. They just need to focus on getting orders right.

German Doner Kebab delivers consistently high-quality food. The ambience, food and service are fresh and well-seasoned, also with tender meat and crisp vegetables. A great choice for a satisfying and delicious meal!

A regular customer, accustomed to enjoying quality kebabs, recently ordered a Chicken Doner Kebab and a Kcal Kebab. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as the portions consisted predominantly of salad, with only minimal kebab content found on the outer layers. The substantial salad portion overshadowed the kebab, which failed to meet expectations in terms of value for money. Overall, it was a letdown.

I'm in absolute disbelieve what I got yesterday! I had brought donner box meal and there was 6 donner pieces and filled with salad and onions... I shouldn't be able to even count how many meat pieces there are! I threw the whole thing away, I didn't want to just eat bread with salad! I could have made that at home! I didn't need to pay for uber eats delivery charge for bread with salad, sorry I forgot about the 6 pieces of chicken donner! It's such a waste of money. I tried calling them last night and they never picked up and after waiting for 30mins I had picked the call back option when they are available, never got a call back either. You are better going to or ordering from the normal donner kebab places, atleast you get decent amount of meat.

I visited German Doner Kebab on 29 October and had a disappointing experience. I initially ordered at the self-service kiosk, unaware that it was faulty. The kiosk took my payment but didn’t process my order, which I only discovered after a 20-minute wait. Only then were other customers informed about the issue with the machine. When I spoke with the staff, they assured me that I could place my order at the till, and that my initial payment would be refunded within 24 hours. I reordered at the till, but despite their promise, my refund has not been processed, and it's now been nearly a week. I’ve tried reaching out by email, but the responses have been unhelpful and my payment is still unresolved. While I understand that technical issues happen, the lack of communication about the faulty kiosk and the unfulfilled refund has left me disappointed. This experience has felt like my money was taken with nothing done to make it right.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I ordered this from deliveroo a fries box with chips and it came with no chips! How is that even possible? I am beyond annoyed because this is NOT THE FIRST TIME! They basically sent me a salad and there is barely any meat in there! I don’t understand how that is even possible?!?
