Absolutely terrible, went here last night.. picked up a Donna chicken and veggie burger with chips, I could actually count the chips, 10 chips.. what a joke, and the chicken in a tub was like a dogs dinner.. paid £17.50, was better of going next door and queuing.. avoid at all cost

Food was delicious as usual; however, reason for 3 stars is because they are now filling the kebabs and wraps with more salad than meat, so it is not worth the prices being charged. Also, staff are a bit clueless sometimes. Sad to see the change. Used to love GDK. Now standards have dropped. Unhygienic staff and toilet. Very disappointing.

Had German Doner today at lunch and it really hit the spot. The meat was juicy and full of flavour, and the fresh salad added a nice crunch. The sauces were great too. Portion size was decent - kept me full for the rest of the day. Tasty, quick, and definitely worth going back for.

Last night I’ve ordered a non-spicy plant-based OV Kebab to take away. After calling my order number, the guy at the counter has glanced at the receipt, crumpled it and tossed it away without even asking if I need it. When I came home and unwrapped the kebab, I have realised it wasn’t the vegan one I’ve ordered, but instead a regular chicken kebab and with a spicy sauce. I suppose it was meant for one of the two customers who ordered together and got served before me. If the guy at the counter has crushed and threw away the receipt after seeing it and handed me the wrong pack consciously to coverup the mistake, it would be a horrific violation of consent and utter disrespect. Of course there is no way to be certain how and why this happened. At the very least it was a complete lack of diligence and care. But given the red flags, I’m going to try to steer away from the place moving forward.

Customer service 0/10 the waiters unprofessional. I ordered doner wrap they gave cold and I asked her to change the put it in microwave. I left it on table. The made my night crazy. 19/04/25 at 11.10 pm.

piss take. honestly to the staff serving today and the people that just made my food, I hope you get served with the same attitude and lack of interest whenever you are hungry and pay for a meal. some random meat and 100g of sauce thrown around. none of the extras I paid for actually present. in your place, if you don’t want to be there, just do everyone a favour and quit the job.

I recently visited GDK Uxbridge and was blown away by the exceptional service from the staff! My order was taken promptly and the food was delivered quickly. Special shoutout to Laiba Zahir who provided an outstanding service. Her positivity and enthusiasm was contagious, and she truly made my day. The food, of course, was delicious as always. Overall I had an amazing experience there.

Tried GDK for a second time hoping they would have improved, but to my disappointment they have not improved at all. Same disappointing experience as last time, extremely dissatisfied with the quantity of food, very low value for money. They do not provide sufficient quantity at all, I ordered a Doner rice box this time, the taste was good but the quantity is sad. Will attach 2 pics, see for yourself. Not recommended at all

Never again 👎🏻👎🏻I had a mixed wrap,also I didn’t mention any spicy sauce but they had put hot spicy sauce on it and inside the wrap they put all latus instead of chicken, lamb and I’ve throw it to the bin cuz I have allergy with spicy sauce,😣also I was asking that lady for some extra napkin she was not even answering me cuz she was busy with her in phone in the customer service department anyway it’ means they have very bad management and very rude customer service I’ll never try again
