German Doner Kebab in Northampton

food was stone cold. instruction given to restaurant to make sure food is hot!

Order time was asap took 1hour and 27 minutes to get delivered to my door

took over an hour and half to come was freezing cold and soggy

I don't like bread.. It's very chewy...

The food as always was excellent. However, an hour and a quarter wait when the app originally said 30 minutes is for me unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

The portion was very small, no sign of jalapeños, and it was warm, rather than hot

Food was cold, and stale. It tasted like it was reheated. Everything was hard and chewy. I asked for extra tomatoes and lettuce and had hardly any veg visable. If they were low they could have notified me. The meat was no not fresh. Although delivery driver was on time and polite.

Cold food delivered, with appalling customer service

Normally when it comes it hot. Today I ordered it, took ages after the app kept pushing the delivery back. It came and I could tell it was cold just by opening the box up, chips were stone cold and the kebab was cold and wasn’t their best. I ate it but was expecting the usual and value for what I paid

The delivery driver never delivered my order

I went there yesterday and this German Doner Kebab in Northampton is a great spot for a fresh and flavorful kebab. The food is well-seasoned, juicy, and packed with unique sauces that make it stand out from other fast food options. Highly recommend!!

i’ve just ordered food and he’s gave it to the wrong house

arrived cold. the eta 15 - 30 mins which is why we chose to order. 45 mins after then food was too cold to eat with shrivelled up chips. not happy

Quality of the food getting worst and worst every time. The kebab bread was literally microwaved, no salat at all, overall taste 1/10. do not recommend! and on top delivery was late... Shame as it used to be very good food when it was opened few years ago..

Well I had a problem with Uber eats applications when I got my food dosent come how I was want it , aniway there is lovely lady was helped me out in site the store and she had my report on her phone ,and she was happy to change it for me , was went realy good happy with the service Thank you , keep up the gj:)

GDK might be a good place to eat your doner kebab but their doner kebab is not. Felt moist and squishy to me. You can order it by yourself on screen or just ask one of their representatives whatever you want. They are friendly and understanding. The atmosphere is a bit darker and I didn't like it, not my taste but it's a me thing. I would recommend GDK if you're new to Northampton and want to try DK.

The wrap was very tasty, especially with extra cheese sauce and pickles. It was my third visit to this place, the staff was higly attentive and motivated to help customers, especially Aom, she guided me through all the menu on my first visit, after that this was my third visit in a week. They cut meet infront of me, I can saw through open walled kitchen, all the things I ordered were fresh.

Food had fallen out the boxes into the bag. Food was cold. Cheesy hash browns were wet and the paper had stuck to them. The spring rolls were slightly warm but tasted lovely.

Driver collected order at 20.05 and delivered 50minutes later. All food was cold.

Visited recently. I was told about this place by my friend, who suggested, I should try it out. Kebab was appealing and absolutely tasteless. They say their donner is a beef, but it's blant, and tasteless. The only taste comes from tasteless sauces. The spicy sauce is everything but spicy, and the garlic one has nothing to do with garlic. And you get them on the side, not on food, so the food itself is dry. Place is not heated in the winter, so the only warmth is coming from the kitchen and warmth of customers. Because of this, the food got cold before I could finish it (and I finished in about 5min). Overall I found food very low quality, and HIGHLY overpriced. I was disgusted by the place and I don't think I'll be coming any time soon. If you really looking to eat a proper kebab, try Magic Donner in Kingsthorpe. Their meat is nicely seasoned, portions are bigger, freshly prepared, and cost a fraction of the price in comparison to this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Place was dirty and their meat was practically raw ordered a large and when given a small I tried to tell them and they instead argued with me and had terrible service

The food wasn’t warm , the meat tasted off , the fries were cold . I used to love GDK in MK but now it feels off. the one good thing I can say in the lady who brought me my food had a smile and was so polite

I sent through an order at 12:02, my partner had to wait home for our food and he didn't recieve it till 17:35. How it took 5 and a half hours to prepare one meal I don't understand. The food was freezing and rock solid by the time he got it.

I ordered two doner boxes with fries . One was chicken and other was veg. Chicken’s outer layer so overcooked which was hard to chew. Fries were raw. I am genuinely a big fan of doner boxes but got disappointed with my food. I hope could have removed that outer layer. Not happy after spending money

I've heard about GDK but never tried one, today was my first time and I was impressed with the good quality of food they served and the service was very good. The team made sure we've got evérything perfect and the restaurant was so clean and comfortable

Portion size very poor. I have ordered here a few times and at the start the portions were great now your lucky to get a strip of meat unfortunately, there is more bread to meat.
