Food pretty good just don’t understand the frisbee of bread that tastes stale that has been given with the food. The pot of sauce also may aswell of not been there. Meat very nice chips and bread pretty average

We ordered the same food of the previous order but we received something totally different. We had 2 pittas with bread and sauce on the side and a box with all the ingredients. This time we received a pitta already assembled with barely half of the food that we received the last time and no sauce at all. We are really upset with this because we had a lot of expectations since the last order.

I wouldn't order the Iskender. A bowl of soggy burger buns with some straggly meat on top.

Not great unfortunately. Ordered the beef iskender, chicken shish and chicken strips with chips. Couldn't make out if the beef was actually beef, or some kind of other meat (I dread to think what). It was greasy and didn't look fresh at all. The chicken shish came with a pathetic half slice of tortilla wrap, which was hard around the edges. I can't comment on the chicken stripers, but my daughter wouldn't eat them and she's not a fussy eater. Everything was cold too. Won't be ordering from here again, it really wasn't nice.

What an extraordinary place! The food was truly fantastic. Particularly loved the German Donna meat. First time I’ve ever tried it. Quite large portions. We had so much left we’re going to use it for another meal. The milkshakes are so nice too. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered 4 meals, 3 of which had items missing. I contacted the restaurant who advised that they were unable to send out the missing items and they could offer a discount next time. They advised they would call me back in 5 minutes and then hung up the phone. They didn’t take any of my contact details so clearly I will not be getting a discount next time! (Not that I will be ordering from here again). Don’t waste your money.

Disgraceful, large doner “2 skewers of chicken”=6 pieces of cold chicken. Handful of chips. 35-50 mins ended up being 1:30hrs. Turned up cold. Ate what little was there but ended up throwing the rest away. Oh got stale dry bit of cake I didn’t want for my Troubles. Never again.

First time I’ve ordered from here, and it was simply delicious… portion was just right, as we were sharing… it was a beef Iskender.. just simply gorgeous !!! it was laid beautifully in the box. The packaging was fab!!! Instructions were followed precisely, salad on the side, even got a slice of cake!! The sauces were divine… tasted so authentic not like the other kebab shops.. the spices were just right, and the meat was fresh and flavoured perfectly.. will definitely be ordering again.. really pleased.. thank you so much for a fabulous meal..

Delivered on time but food had clearly been on the road a while because it was cold. That said the food was delicious. I ordered the meal deal and only got one item. The spicy chips I was really looking forward to were not in the bag. I was told at 19:27 it would take 30 mins to deliver them. They never showed up and I missed a call from them at 20:20. Delivery is always a bit hit and miss. On this occasion it was a definite miss. Disappointing. I probably won’t be back.

First time ordering…… Was looking forward to this as loads of people told me how nice it was. Food arrived cold no sweet potato fries was told they added skinny chips instead and I was fine about that I ordered mozzarella dippers and halloumi fries got 2 lots of mozzarella dippers and no fries called to complain and the guy said I will phone back when the drivers back he never phoned back also got a random piece of cake….

The food was absolutely amazing. Completely recommended. About the delivery: the person who delivered was very kind the only problem was the delay because he was confused with the road. I will order again for sure. 🤗

I ordered a chicken burger and only half way through I realised something was wrong. It was raw! I called up and the guy on the phone said it was impossible. They sent a driver with a new burger for me and offered me money back. As if I want to eat something else after having eaten half a raw chicken burger. Then the driver kept me under the rain explaining to me how I have not been compliant because I refused more food or my money back. I told him all I want is not to get sick! And I felt he was angry at me for refusing it. The delivery driver raised his voice and made me feel like I was in the wrong.

Only complaint is I ordered German dinner grill sauce with 1of the meals and 2 fruit shoots and never received any

Chicken shish delivered without pitta! Apparently that’s how they sell it but the Just Eat menu states shish, chips, salad, bread…as it should. Made no effort to correct their error. Disappointed as first time switch to this vendor. Won’t use them again. Back to Kebabery!

Truly the best kebab in town… beef ishkender so succulent and a tasty homemade sauce on top.. fresh crisp salad with crunchy pickles. Mozzarella sticks crispy with hot melted cheese inside. Hot french fries.. delivery driver so polite with a lovely smile. Thank you for the lovely meal.

Mixed grill, the small burgers with it are pink inside and not cooked, absolutely disgusting and they have a bad smell coming from them, going to complain to food standards agency

Sunday afternoon, There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children. We ordered 2 mixed doners in pita bread, 1 doner burger, 1 chicken burger, and 1 beef doner. In addition, we ordered 2 portions of fries and 2 soft drinks. The total came to less than £30. I recommend it.

It stated pitta on the description but it was more soggy chopped bread under the meat which was odd. I only didn’t get from the description whatever tomato based sauce that was on the meet and the yogurt style dip that was over half of.

I honestly love the chicken in this place, the rest is also great, but I don't eat bread or chips so I specifically go here for the meat and it's fantastic. The owner is very friendly and understanding and first of all he's a very human guy and helps out. I recommend people who like meat to eat in this place, its really really good.

Just had the chicken Iskender. Yum yum yum. Huge portions also had chunky chips which are really good and also the veg rap. Gonna have to keep the rap for tomorrow as the two of us couldn't finish the Iskender. Would highly recommend. 👍👍

I don't know what happened with this delivery. Firstly turned up and 20.05 - Delivery expected between 19.20 and 19.35. No apology when delivered. Your food was extremely below your usual excellent standards. The food was cold, NOT WARM COLD! Onion Rings Over-Cooked and nearly burnt. Fries were inedible soggy - thrown away. Mozzarella Sticks had completely turned to mush - Unrecognisable. Burgers were lukewarm and had to reheat them. Tried ringing but the phone went unanswered after 5 minutes. I own and run a food business and would never have let the food that poor leave my kitchen in that condition. I don't expect to have to reheat my food when I pay for delivery. I think you need to speak to your staff on duty last night and find out what exactly went wrong. It will be a very long time before I order from you again. Extremely disappointed with what is normally a delicious and one of the best delivery restaurants around.

Wow, these burgers are absolutely fantastic! Great meal deal offer. The only thing I must comment on though is the foil used to wrap the burgers as all the cheese stuck to it. Maybe a little re-think. Also, keep the cans in a separate bag as they made the items cold. Other than that I will be ordering from you again.

Second time we’ve eaten here - both delicious! We love the falafel pita - really fresh and unlike the other kebab places in town. We pick up the food, so it’s always been hot :) Service is great and really friendly! Only feedback would be the chips - could have done with a little longer. We’ll definitely be returning!

I asked for garlic and chilli sauce in the extra info section and i received neither. It was very dry and lacking sauce.

It was my scond experience and both wasn't good the first time got much less chicken donner in my sandwich coz it wasn't enough for hem to compleat the next order and charge me full price that wasn't cool.scond time I called and struggled to tell hem simple chicken donner meal he didn't understand that then he said ok 12 min to pick it up went to the shop after 12 min waited 10 min extra and then he try to start the order infront of me after 22 min so I said just forgot about it and you know what to mock me he said OK THANK YOU . Its an absolute West of time and money . I wouldn't go there again

Chips undercooked. Hardly any meat. Was mostly a big bun with salad and tiny amounts of kofte meat. Not good value for money at all. Delivery was quick though.

Food was 45 mins late. Cold and missing 2 sauces, a bread and with tiny salads and a miserable portion of soggy wet chips. Shame as last time was good and the meat looks like it would have been great. Man on the phone was less than helpful saying ' its just gone out' I asked if it had been in a box for an hour. Which it had, but he didn't know or wouldnt admit. We live less than 2 miles from the restaurant. This is a mickey take and a far cry from the first one we had.

Not really sure how people are complaining about DONER KEBAB being greasy - i mean its doner kebab, its greasy 🙈 we didnt actually even find our food that greasy anyhow. Lovely thick turkish style bread, not the usual thin pitta, which btw is not the norm for a proper kebab, large portions and tasy doner meat all prepared fresh. We done a collection so saw our order as well as several others being prepared. Extremely reasonably priced compared to similar outlets in the area. My husband is originally from Turkey so knows a good kebab. We were very impressed and both really enjoyed our food tonight and the service was fantastic despite the lady being rushed off her feet. We will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

Tasty Kebab. The pickled salad that came with it was quite something better than you would expect from this type of place. The dips looked fresh rather than from a bottle. Will order again.

Don’t normally leave reviews but tried these for the first time and wasn’t disappointed, ordered the mixed grill loads of food and the doner meat was one of the best I’ve tasted not greasy like all the others in the town, will definitely be ordering from them again 10/10
