gosh why are they not saying they are closed when they are not open!!, my nacho buds wanted milkshakes

I visited your shop yesterday, but it appeared to be permanently closed. There was no notice of this closure online, so I wasted my time and fuel by making the trip. I would appreciate it if you could update your business details to reflect the closure, so that other customers do not make the same mistake.

It's been a while since our last visit and in the interim there has been a change in management. You can tell, and not for any good reason. Dirty tables, slow service even though we were the only ones in. Forgot the waffles on the sundaes which weren't loaded like they used to be. I think one nutty sundae had banana ice cream in it which isn't part of the menu option. One guy behind the counter with his coat on, being bossed around by two girls in dressing gowns helping themselves to milkshakes isn't a good look. No toilet paper and he rounded up our bill on paying. Don't know what they're thinking here but they're not going to last long with that kind of approach. There's too much competition on London Road, which we will be checking out in future.

Not the first time this has happened, but repeatedly orders are getting rejected through the Just Eat portal. Takes several days for funds to clear back into the account, principally because they apparently can't be bothered to delist themselves from Just Eat, if they're not taking orders through there. It's a shame, because they're good for allergens, but the last 4 times we've attempted to order, it has been cancelled, with no explanation given, well ahead of closing time.

Food was insanely sweet for a dessert shop! To the point the dessert couldn’t be eaten! I love my sugar, but nope! Not for me!

We went to this place cause didn't look very busy but that was a big mistake The food was mediocre, service was quite good But that's vere it stops because the facilities in Restaurant were dated and the toilet facilities were disgusting I don't think anybody's clean those toilets in 6 months. This is not a place that you want to visit when you go with your family for a dessert over priced quality is very poor

Absolutely terrible. Milkshakes are decent but the waffles taste like paper.

Made an order through UberEats. They accepted the order and waited 30 minutes before cancelling the order last minute. No warning. There was plenty of time before closing. Poor service

I ordered from here literally an hour ago. They waited until one minute before the delivery time to cancel my order, all the while after accepting my order and claiming to be preparing it. There were other places doing milkshakes for better prices which are now closed for new orders, so thanks for the total waste of time.

I ordered at 11:30 pm for delivery, its 1:30am as of me writing this and yet I have heard and received nothing. I have been waiting this entire time and nothing, I tried calling the store 8 times and every time they let it go to voice mail. Save yourself the time.

Disgusting service. The management has made the overriding decision not to answer the phone meaning noone can amend their order or delivery address. What an abominable way to run a business. I sincerely regret putting money into this person's pocket. The one star is purely for the delivery driver who was very kind and understanding, the only good thing about this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Estoy absolutamente disgustado de que acabamos de recibir nuestro pedido hace 10 minutos y no llegó nuestra explosión de tango. Cuando llamé sobre esto, el caballero dijo que estaba destinado a llamarme, pero se olvidó de lo que le dije que estaba bien. Cuando fui a beber las bebidas de reemplazo que me había enviado, probé algo gracioso que resultó ser moho de mi bebida.Me disgustó que mi hijo de 7 meses pudiera haber bebido esto, me dio un estómago extraño al instante y la comida fue un mal esfuerzo. ¡Estoy absolutamente disgustado!

Do not order from here!!!! Shockingly bad, ordered on Uber Eats 3 hours ago to then be told at last minute they are closed and cancelled order!!! Kids been awaiting all that time! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely little place love going here with our lass

Absolutely disgusted with how we've been treated - placed an order, and after having waited an hour and a half for our food, wondering where it is, the website said you was open, and that you'd accepted our order, but you wasn't answering the phone, you then inform us, after such a long wait and us trying to contact, that you are closed - and our money will be refunded to our account in 3-5 working days. Was the first time ordering, and will be the last. Shocking is an understatement. If your desserts are as bad as your service, I am glad we missed out.

My partner and I have ordered from here previously and it usually is prompt. However the service today was shocking so we will avoid from now on. After 2 hours it had still not arrived and when we called them to request a refund they put the phone down on us. We tried to call them back but they ignored our call. Avoid.

Orders take long and the waffle came cold

Absolutely shocking. Still not arrived it has been over 2 hours since ordering. Called up multiple times and they have lied to us both times the first time saying that they have set off and it should be a few minutes and the second time telling us the first time we called they hadn't set off yet and they have now. So it should only be a few minutes yet here we are still waiting half an hour later. DO NOT order from this place. I suggest going to the place if you step buying from here. Horrendous service. Lied over the phone and was rude about it. Now they are ignoring out calls and leaving us to voicemail

Quiet place. I like it. The choice is so-so, but it will work for me

I took wife and kids to this place last week. Absolutely amazing gelato mango scoops and gelato shakes.The kids loved this place.The service was fantastic and the presentation was even better.Would definitely recommend this place.Im from Manchester so next time I'm in Sheffield I will definitely be going here.

I bought soda float from them and they only filled the cup less than half😡. I'm very angry and upset.

Shame there wasn't a zero star. I ordered my dessert at 7.30 should of come at 8.45 but no comes 45 mins later. Stone cold wasn't happy. Apparently delivery driver had been already but I didn't see him on camera. He apparently phoned 4 times but hadn't. Delivery driver then told me he had been parked down the road at the petrol station. Don't order from here go somewhere else because you will only be disappointed. Spoke with manager in store didn't want to help. So I took the desserts black, he said you want a fresh one. No I want a refund .

Llamado para hablar con alguien acerca de mi orden fallida, todo lo que recibí fue el "gerente" (quien se negó a decirme su nombre), presumiblemente el Sr. Mohammad, a quien esta compañía (disuelta) está registrada, gritando por mí por teléfono, diciéndome fue mi culpa el ordenar de la forma en que lo hice y luego dejar el teléfono constantemente mientras hablaba, aparentemente para hacer cosas más importantes y luego volver cada cierto tiempo para comenzar a gritar nuevamente. Le expliqué que pedí 4 cucharadas de helado completamente diferentes, pero se vinieron todas juntas en una taza de batido y se derritieron. De hecho, si no hubiera escogido sabores tan incomparables, podría haber esperado un poco y tomarme un batido en lugar de tirar postres para 2 personas. El gerente me gritó que dijera que así es como siempre sirven el helado si se ordenan 4 cucharadas en lugar de 4 individuales y, en primer lugar, fue mi culpa por haberlo pedido de esta manera, lo cual es absolutamente ridículo. Luego le conté sobre el "sorbete de limón y el batido de frutas con menta" que en el menú de la aplicación aparentemente está hecho de "fruta fresca y sin azúcar agregada". Sin embargo, esto se nos sirvió como helado de chocolate con menta y agua (¡no es broma!). En 10 minutos, todo se había cuajado y se veía y sabía desagradable. El helado regado con chips de chocolate flotando en el fondo sonaba como nada comparado con el refrescante batido de frutas que habíamos pedido. Nuevamente me dijeron que había cometido el error, al parecer, lo había recibido de la forma en que estaba destinado a ser y lo habían eliminado del menú, ya que a otros les parecía desagradable. Cuando pregunté por qué se anunciaba mal, me gritaron de nuevo y me dijeron que se había servido de la forma en que debía ser, como si no entendiera el idioma inglés. El postre fue arruinado para 3 de nosotros esa noche. Lo único que disfrutamos fuera de todo el pedido fue un batido fererro, pero con al menos otros 4 (excelentes) lugares de postres dentro de un tiro de piedra, no volveré a la pasión gelato solo por eso. Y tampoco querré que me griten por teléfono después de las numerosas veces que he estado en gelato pasión con amigos y familiares y también ordené de ellos. Que manera más asquerosa de tratar a tus clientes. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas, lo haría.

This is a nice dessert parlour which is quite cheap compared to other similar ones. The downside is that is really hit and miss when you order as they don't always prepare the food as it's outlined. For example when I order the Nutella cookie dough it is supposed to come with Nutella ice cream and strawberries. This does not always happen and more often than not I get no strawberries and just standard choc ice cream. It's still nice though. It's also worth noting that the portion sizes of the cookie dough seem to have got smaller and smaller as the months have gone on

Its not bad. Sundaes are really big for 1 person and would look costly. They should give the size options like regular and large.

He estado aquí varias veces a lo largo de los años y cada vez que parece que tenemos el mismo problema, no importa el tamaño del grupo al que ingresamos. Parece que llevan siglos en el momento de sacar los postres. Traen el postre para una persona y para cuando ya han sacado el último postre que todos los demás han terminado. Esperaba que estos fueran escenarios únicos, pero ha ocurrido sin falta al menos en 3 de mis visitas. Tontamente sigo volviendo pensando que cambiaría. En una de mis visitas, a mi mamá le dieron natillas frías, pero no me lo contó hasta que nos fuimos, ya que ella sabía que haría una escena. Es increíble que aún lo hagan a pesar de otros lugares de postres en Sheffield que tienen mejores postres y servicios como Rassams y Treatz, por nombrar algunos. Habría dejado una reseña hace años, pero la sucursal de Sheffield no apareció aquí hasta hace poco por alguna razón.

Good selection of ice creams and cakes. A little bit slow in services. Overall experience was reasonably satisfactory. Customer service could improve a bit. Place is clean and neat. Good facilities. Prices reasonable and affordable. Nice place for decent desserts after meals.

Great desserts, only downside is they are cash only at the moment.

messed up our order, was two hours late and the food was cold and hard when it finally arrived. don’t recommend this place, the man swore at us down the phone after taking ten minutes to complete our three item order.

Ordered from here today, order was 40 minutes late. Waffle was soggy and cold. Forgot part of order. All in all. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Visité un domingo por la noche y era muy tranquilo, agradable y limpio lugar con muchos asientos. Una buena selección de menú optamos por "hacer tus propios waffles", elegiste 4 salsas del menú y cualquier gelato de sabor. Muy bien presentado, recién hecho y sabía muy bien. El personal es amable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Delivery came much earlier than was told. Then had to pay extra charge for delivery even though I had already paid via the website. Food was bad as well. Avoid!

Ive tried this place maybe twice and enjoyed their atmosphere and their desserts...would recommend to others and love to come again..it is at the end of London road which is a bit of a problem finding parking. Good choice of desserts

Just want to thank the guys for the excellent customer service and welcome they gave me and my family really enjoyed the desserts especially the milk shake that's was specially made for me with a mixture of snickers and kinder Buenos highly recommend thanks..

One of the best dessert places I have been to, purely based on the quality of food and service!! Located in a very new and vibrant part of Sheffield.

The milkshakes are The best I've ever tasted. Well worth a visit.

Disgusting milkshakes. I ordered a Flake milkshake. It tastes like expire milk. I didn't taste or find any flake in there at all. Same with my brother.

I had a falooda from here. Not impressed with it. Probably I will never visit here after the quality. On the plus side, service was quick. In fairness, i have given it 3 stars.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible , the staff have no manners , rude, ignorant. They didnt even acknowledge that were even in the shop. I was really disappointed. * this is the one on London Road* not any other place Update **Your staff did not say a word to me at all , didnt acknowledge me at all, i found it very rude to be honest and having read some other reviews it seems to be a common theme. However i will certainly try your place again as i can also see you have some great reviews.**

Quality is amazing. Staff are a bit ehhh. But who cares when you've got amazing gelato and waffles. MUCHH better than rassams.

We ordered the Black Forest Gateaux and a Chocolate Waffle. The chocolate waffle was really nice, unfortunately that is not what I ordered. I ordered the Black Forest gateaux where the parts with the chocolate cake was dry and the cream had a weird consistency almost like it had been kept for too long. I was severely disappointed. I would not suggest you order this as you cannot guarantee when this would be fresh.

Fabulous gelato and quick friendly service

Staff here need to sort their attitude out (no customer service skills) especially when there is so much competition practically on their doorstep! My son accidentally spilt his milkshake all over himself and the floor, now when staff were alerted I apologised profusely and offered to clean up the mess. So the lady came out dumped a big roll of tissue onto the table and left me to clean it up. I understand it was my sons fault but it was an accident and the lady didn't even offer to help! The staff just seemed to have a 'I can't be bothered attitude'. Won't be going back which is quite sad as my kids normally always insist on going here for ice cream. When I went to order another milkshake, the staff didn't even offer to give a complimentary milkshake. I don't expect free food but the offer would have been nice seen as though he's a child and it was accidental.

Absolutely nothing like the photos! Hygiene levels of this place are absolutely disgusting. I was going to order online as it was night & it had shocking reviews so I called down the next day as I was craving one. Absolutely disgusting inside behind where they make your food no gloves on people scratching there head the going back to food, one girl had a head scalf on & she was constantly flinging it round her neck at one point i saw her scratch her nose with it the go back to what she was doing THEN I saw her scratch the inside of her nose & then carry on. Could not believe my eyes. The sides was not clean during the proses of them making the food. Disgusting could not believe it & for what you pay do not recommend & I will most definitely not return ! I highly recommend anyone that wants a gelato passion go down & pick it up yourself get a feel for the shop. There is another one on glossop road. Now that is the place to be

I have never actually tasted anything from this resturant and I doubt I ever will. Resturant delivered the incorrect order which could not be eaten. When I asked for a redelivery or refund they refused despite it probably costing them very little to do so. Seeing as the food cannot be eaten, it will be wasted. I wouldn't waste my time trying to order from this place, there are many Desert places that will actually deliver your food quickly and correctly.

Takes far too long to put Milkshake / Ice cream into a plastic tub (because that's all it is...), not only that but they got my order wrong. No way was I waiting another two hours for them to rectify their mistakes.

Ordered take out from this place and it never arrived, they never answered the phone ... still took the money. Not a happy family.

We ordered last Saturday and had a huge mess up with our order and waited just over 2 hours, we complained and the manager was really apologetic and explained the situation to us. They sent us some free ice cream on the night and gave us an entitlement to a free order up the value we spent the previous night. Initially not worth the wait and the faf around but in fairness to them they really sorted us out in the end. Cheers guys

Love it here, great food, great host

Thought the ice cream was great and reasonably priced. You can order in advance to reduce waiting time or get it delivered. Cookie dough and sundaes strongly recommended.

We go there regular they give good size portion and always give us on time our order

Massive portions for the price, we all had waffles which were delicious. Will go back and try just the flavoured gelato next time.
