No free garlic bread once again... Food tasted like last nights leftovers... Customer service, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Never again will I order from this dump...

Food is garbage and customer service is nonexistent. Will never be ordering off these again 🤮

I ordered from here for the first time and unlikely I will order again. The food was 20 minutes late, chips were a bit cold and soggy. I ordered a 12 inch pizza and it looked more like a 9 inch. And the bbq sauce tastes like pure sugar. Not happy with my order. The only good thing was that the driver gave my friend a lift home hahaha 😂

Food was very nice but took nearly 90 minutes to get to us and when I called I was told 2 minutes that ended up being over 10 minutes only ordered 3 items

Didn't send free offers when spent over the amount stated and was missing additional sauce ordered and payed for tried to phone the takeaway no joy constantly engaged peeeed me off!!!

After sending my burnt gourmet burger back and getting far better replacement I'm happy with my meal. Everything else was perfect.

The garlic bread was burnt completely and inedible. Also didn’t get our free chips for ordering over £12. Previously food quality has been good but this time it was quite bad.

Food from here took 30 mins over the restaurants time so an hour and a half in total from order to doorstep. Mediocre food was warm. Rang the restaurant to ask how long was told 5 mins (came 25 mins later). Won't order from here again.

I asked for salad and sauce on my burgers and got the saddest plain burgers ever. It was supposed to be a gourmet burger but what I got was two buns and a mangled patty, they refused to redeliver. The chips and onion rings were alright though.

Shocking food . Wings burnt to a crisp . Kebabs was the worst I have ever tasted and garlic bread smelled really funny. Refused refund . Don't waste your money guys

the chips were hard, the kehab meat tasted off and the chicken burger not very nice.

Food was okay but my order was wrong. Ordered 2 burgers without salad and both came with it. I also was given the wrong dessert. All in all was still nice but would have liked what I ordered.

One of the best kebabs I’ve had and I’d certainly order again

I’m sorry but I really did not enjoy this food. The pizza was tasteless and the chips were soggy and tasted a bit like school dinner chips. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money if I’m honest. Delivery time was fine. That’s the only good thing I have to say really.

After reading some good reviews thought this would hit the spot. Sadly I was mistaken. Food was very poor burger was pure grease and onion rings were awful. Had nothing great to say about any of the food. Driver on the other hand was very pleasant unfortunately this didn't satisfy my hunger

Chicken tasted of washing up liquid and there was no garlic bread and cheese

Decided to only make the chips fresh after attempting to deliver early and keep my "gourmet" burger, pizza and garlic bread sitting for half an hour. Disgusted and won't be ordering again. Saved us wasting 30 quid a week.

The delivery time was excellent, however the quality of the chicken in the kebab was really poor. It was really fatty and greasy and not the same quality that we have had in the past from there. Such a shame as we used to really like this place for takeaways. Also noticed the prices have increased quite a lot, yet the quality of food just isn’t justified in these new prices.

The kids chicken burger meal should of come with a Fruitshoot, but we was given a 10p carton.. just one! The chicken tandori kebab i ordered was really chewy and the sauce was so sour i couldn't finish it, horrible! I have had the tandori chicken kebab loads of times over the years from Burger bar.. however, i haven't had one for a good 6 months and this tonight is completely different to all the others which leads me to think the ownership has changed hands. Lastly, the £2 cheesecake was absolutely tiny! We have had cheesecake from all the takeaways in Horwich, and they all give a good portion size. This one Burger bar gave us tonight was worth about 50p, my 9 year old daughter ate it in 3 bites :( It's the last time we order here!

ordered donner on a naan, naan was soggy and dripping in garlic sauce. the donner meat was cold due to the amount of sauce. I mean if you’re a vampire come nowhere near my house, the garlic could wipe out a whole family of poor vampires. I’m now sat here hungry, no tea, and no replacement, bonus is I can sleep tonight and not worry about those pesky vampires.

I asked for my chicken to be well done... Instead it was gooey and quite fatty. I don't know which part of the chicken they used, but it wasn't breast meat.

First time ordering from burger bar. Food was okay we didn’t get a free garlic bread even though we ordered over £19.00 or the relish we ordered. Onion rings were cold and chewy but the other things were okay. I think they have a lot of variety of food might try again.

food was all over cooked chicken nuggets like rocks fries hard and chewy garlic bread was suppose to be with cheese not just a sprinkle of cheese pizza over cooked! the only thing that was good was the jacket potato’ but let’s face it nobody can mess up one of them!

absolutely disgusting! ordered 2 pizzas, a large fries and a free garlic bread with cheese. the pizzas where both ordered as deep pan, came thin crust. one pizza had far too much tomato base and all the toppings slid straight off. the other pizza tasted like it had curry in it. it was supposed to be chicken, ham and mushroom but was inedible. had one slice and the whole thing went in the bin. the free garlic bread with cheese......wow! it was so dry, had barely any cheese and was really burnt. I would never ever order pizza from here again. I have just wasted nearly £20 to be hungry and have a bin full of food!

usually great and fast food but today the food was greasy even the bag it came in was dripping grease. I advise no one to order the garlic mushroom, it was a load of mushrooms in a tin, looked disgusting, no garlic and the mushrooms were dry. I hate leaving bad reviews but something had to be said.

Tuesday order, food was half hour later, cold and sweaty like it had been sat on top of the warmer. ice cold drink in the bag that made it worse. I think we were forgotten. not good.

Waited over 2 hours for food, just eat showed delivered then when I called the shop apparently it was 2 minutes away. A further 20 minutes later and the food arrived. Everything was cold and poor quality, the chips were practically fried to a crisp - scraps!, the drinks had been placed on top of the food squashing the burgers, the driver practically hammered the door down, no apology and didn’t even get free garlic bread after spending £15!! Shame as it USED to be a good take away. Will certainly not be ordering again!!

Not overly impressed. Food was just warm... the gravy was like jelly and the chips were horrible. Every thing else was okay. When I rang to ask where my order was as it was late the staff were nice enough and sorted it out quickly.

My pizza was very salty, as though someone had put salt on it twice (if salt was even added). l couldnt eat it which is a shame because it was cooked well as was my garlic bread and bbq ribs.

Ordered two pizzas and a mixed kebab. Pizzas were terrible too much cheese. Picked up a slice all toppings slid off. Meatballs were cheap nasty meat. Tasted like cheap hotdogs out of a tin. We left both pizzas. The shish on the mixed kebab wasn't nice either. Won't be using burger bar again

Ordered a chicken tandoori kebab and the size of the portion was absolutely ridiculous. It was tiny and there was about five small pieces of chicken if that. Rang them up to complain and was offered no resolution other than 'we will fill it up more for you next time' well what about now? If we had known about the service and the food portions we would've gone elsewhere and not wasted the money. Stop if price for the amount you get. Won't be coming here again

A mistake was made upon delivery but a quick phone call was made and within 3 minutes the driver was back with our baking hot pizza! These guys are only human and can make mistakes but how well they rectified it was 1st class service! Well done guys and the food was superb as always too. Always happy to recommend Burger Bar

Ordered today and not happy. Little girl ate her kids burger but she was the only one who ate it properly. Little boy didnt touch his kids burger meal (he isnt well anyway) but ate the free garlic bread. ordered a cheeseburger on its own for mum and ended up it coming as a meal. Ordered a zinger burger meal with NO salad and mayo (plus extra mayo on chips) it is described as onion rings and cheese on the burger aswell as chicken. Took 2/3 bites out off it and it suddenly got really hot. I took it apart and found out it had jalepenos on so now my mouth is burning when i dont do spicy food. not happy one bit and i have ordered with you for a long time now.
