Fantastic food. No 1 vegetables was wonderful. Beef stew was good. We never tried the more exotic options this time. But looking forward to going of the beaten track next time out.

This is the best Ethiopian food I’ve ever had. We ordered the special platter and it fed my table of 7. Food tasted amazing and the waitress was very nice.

I visited this restaurant when I was relocated with my job in liverpool. it was summer 2024 during uefa football was on.it seems to me that the food was not great, no texture with the first order and I did order another one,it wasn't great is either no flavour or texture.so I decided to leave honest opinion basic in my experience not worth for the value I paid for.but it was great to see one of the Eritrean artist met him in there.korchach

We had a lovely relaxed meal. The food was authentic. We particularly enjoyed the shiro and the Doro wat.

Great food, could be quicker and slightly cheaper although admittedly the portions were a good size, would highly recommend, nicely decorated restaurant, helpful service, clean and peaceful

Tried Geez Ethiopian today the first time trying Ethiopian food.. The flavours, the taste just everything about the food was 5*. Lady waitress on shift was amazing. Good value for money excellent service would definitely recommend.

Smelt amazing, real friendly staff, real nice food, real nice coffee, popped in on my own for a coffee and ended up staying for some scran and a couple beers, portions were huge so better value for money than ur getting anywhere else, will be back

What a beautiful place to visit, beautiful decorations that satisfy your eyes and delicious habesha food that’s tasteful makes you bite your tongue. Great service, great people and wonderful hospitality. And most importantly Abel is very friendly guy that provides warm welcome. 👍🏽

I ordered 2(Two) pieces doro wot for me and my daughter and I only get 1, and whats inside was really sad when I open it.. I paid 27 pounds for this and I got a 1 spoon of beef and a boiled egg with the sauce and they stuff with the bread it's like 90%bread 8%sauce 1%breed 1%boiled egg.

Food was spilt all over the bag. First time having this food and did not like the bread at all. Would have been better if the bread came separate rather than the meal wrapped up inside. Now having to buy a McDonalds for tea 🙈

Beautiful little restaurant/ cafe. The atmosphere was amazing. Cleanliness was on point, absolutely immaculate! ( even the toilet! ) Our waiter Able was incredibly attentive, professional & friendly. We honestly couldn't have asked for better hospitality from him. The owner also found time to come & greet us, which I thought was really kind & considerate too. We will definitely be returning as the food was delicious & something different to our usual. My only criticism would be that portions could be slightly bigger, but overall, this place was amazing 🙂 I forgot to mention after eating we ordered another dish ( no.9 Doro wot ) that was absolutely bloody delicious 😋 & highly recommended!

Didn't come with awaze, and if it was a choice between awaze and injera that choice was not given. Ended up with dry meat and Injera and I didn't eat the injera. Made my own rice and sauce for the meat. Super disappointed

The people who run the place are very kind and welcoming. The food was amazing and such a big portion for the price. My friends are mostly vegetarian, so the beyaynetu is perfect for us. The person who served us was willing to explain the dishes to us ignorant brits which was great. We'll definitely be back!

Today, we had the pleasure of trying Ethiopian cuisine, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We decided to order the Ge'sz Special, which consisted of delicious dishes like kitfo, Dulet, Kikil Firfr Tibs, and Gored Gored. The combination of flavors and textures offered a tantalizing experience for our taste buds. While enjoying our meal, we received assistance from a kind Ethiopian girl. She mentioned that the portion size of the Ge'sz Special was intended for three people, but it was actually large enough to comfortably feed at least four individuals.

Good food and ambience. Delicious taste with good selection of lentils and vegetables. Bread was soft and tasty. Staff was nice and warm. Strongly recommended !

What a lucky find. We stumbled on this gem on opening night keen to try Ethiopian food. It did not disappoint, the tastes were like nothing we had before, the service was friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Good luck with the new restaurant, wishing all the best for the future.
